Not bad, but not the best. Given the lack of boba places in the area, this is considered good. Definitely better than quickly. Food/snacks here are meh/subpar in my standards. I say this cause the popcorn chicken is mostly fat more than meat and the fried tofu was kinda soggy. I've had their potstickers before too and it was very bland if you dont dip it with a side of sweet and sour sauce. However, their drinks are actually decent. If you're not starving, then I recommend just getting drinks. They have a good variety of drinks ranging from tea to milk teas to smoothies. You can adjust sugar and ice level. They have a variety of toppings. The one topping that I do wish they have is the mini boba, which they dont have :( but at least they have coffee jelly. Love their boba and their milk tea, the drinks tend to be very consistent and you always know you're getting something good every time. It's never anything phenomenal, but will always get that milk tea craving satisfied. I love that you can customize your drink's sweetness and ice levels, and add as many topping as you want. Was craving for boba so I took a detour. There are so many boba places out there but for a chain, T4, is by far my favorite. You pick your flavor, pick your topping(s), pick the sweetness, and pick the ice level (so, I'm not sure why some people on here are complaining about it being too much ice or too sweet.) If you order 30% of ice and get 70%, you should have said something while you were in the store. I'm sure they won't have a problem fixing it. I also love that the drinks are sealed so it's pretty much spill proof until you get to your destination. They also have a small menu of great snacks like egg puffs, basil popcorn chicken, fried calamari and more! I recently tried their fried noodles with calamari...amazingly good. I ordered it togo but it smelled so good, I ate half of it before I even started my car! The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food or drink that you get. I've placed a DoorDash order since I'm sick and was looking forward to my usual drink as a little pick me up. I was about midway through my drink when I took a sip and noticed a hair in my mouth. They have specials posted on the TV screen, but you need to talk to the cashier to make sure the special is going on as the deal can be old. Is it expensive, well it is like the price of going to Starbucks $4.25 to $4.75 drinks and then there is the toppings to consider which can be an extra 50 to 75 cents depending on what you get. They have a good variety of snacks to choose from. We tried the egg puffs, the spare ribs must get and popcorn chicken. You can get the chicken in white or dark or a mix which is very nice. I've been here many times since they opened and it's my favorite place in Folsom for boba drinks. They're tucked away in a corner in the same plaza as the BJs and the H&R Block here. It can get very busy on the weekends with mainly a younger crowd, but it's never been an issue. It's a really relaxed but fun environment where you can get a drink and snacks, play a board game/cards (they provide them), and plenty of seats/tables. I've always had friendly service. The drinks are quite good and they always have a promo going if you're signed up for the rewards system. I like their snacks as well. The crab wontons are a must if you go.
