We've been seated right away but no server comes to the table until we ask multiple times and there is still a delay. We've ordered passion fruit margaritas and have received mojitos on multiple occasions. This most recent visit we waited about an hour for our appetizers to come out. And entrees took almost 2 hours. Just updating after another FABULOUS experience. My husband and I immediately noticed the recent renovations/upgrades to the restaurant. The upgrades are great - they've made the space more chic and intimate. Great decision!! Food - again - was amazing. We enjoyed literally every bite... My favorite part was the smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese side. It was THAT good. Drinks were AWESOME. Loved the presentation. Very yummy. Service was great. Went here in a Saturday night around 8:30 . It's pretty small in there . And the tables in the inside are very small . So be mindful when sitting with parties of 4 or more . Table is very small to have food , drinks and etc for that many ppl . However it's a nice vibe in there wit90/2000s rnb they play in there . Food takes a little long to come out . I mean everything takes a wait ....drinks from the bar took 20-25 mins to come out . I order a sangria but ended up with a wrong drink which I waited for then it was fixed 15 mins later waiting a total of 40 mins for the right drink . "Dining Done Differently!" This black female owned restaurant is my new favorite dining spot! From the scrumptious food to the attentive service, it was well worth the 30-minute drive to Douglasville to escape the Atlanta scene and explore a different atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make my 6-person intimate Sunday brunch birthday celebration in the Hollywood themed igloo a special affair. My guests raved about how unique and special the setup and food was. There is a QR code to access the menu. Our waitress, Rachael, was the BEST! We kicked off service with bottomless mimosas for just $20 per person. You can select from a variety of flavors (classic, peach Bellini, poinsettia, and French). The passion fruit was hands down the group's favorite! My entrée was the Ol' Country Breakfast (eggs scrambled hard with cheese, hashbrowns, and I upgraded for $2 to be mesmerized by the million dollar bacon). I also tasted the lemon pepper wings and truffles fries. All my guests' dietary needs were met (meat lovers, vegan, and pescatarian). The owner, Takeya, personally came over to welcome us and chat about her business. Igloo Dining: It was easy to make a reservation for the igloo on their website. It will connect you to a 3rd party website (Resy) to select your date, time, and theme (Boho in Soho, French Quarters, and Hollywood Hills). There is a $12.50 per person fee which is immediately charged and a $50 booking fee ($100 booking fee for Saturday). There is a minimum fee (which was $100, but with 6 people it was easy to meet). You have 48 hours for cancellations. The reservations are for 90 minutes. There was a space heater, blankets, a Tic Tac Toe game, and speakers so we could enjoy the live music that was being played inside. Hours of Operation: Table 25 Fork + Wine is open Wednesday/Thursday from 4-9 pm, Friday 4-11 pm, Saturday/Sunday Brunch 12-2 pm and Saturday/Sunday Dinner 4-8 pm. The restaurant was near the exit and was easy to find. There's amply free parling in the lot. I'll definitely be back to taste more menu items and to enjoy their happy hour and other events. I got the Burger with fries and the food was amazing. Great ambiance with a DJ and smooth vibe, where you can to eat and have a couple of good drinks. Feedback is a gift so I will put this here for a manager to review and other customers to read and consider before going. Just had dinner here this evening 10/8/23, the restaurant was nice, great atmosphere. However, customer service was lacking. Opportunity for improvement. 1. Food came to the table, and we had an issue with an item. In talking to the waiter, he did not want to listen and "ManExplained" the issues away. Never a good sign. He mentioned he was going to talk to the "Owner" never came back to the table to follow up. A manager/owner never made his/her way to the table. That summed up the experience for me. At this point, not much could be explained to me or for me to reconsider my review. 2. The tip was added to the bill, this is something that should be addressed. This is a sign that the staff needs to be evaluated/retained. Any good server should walk away each night w $500 + in tips if they understand customer service and being attentive to patrons. When you force a tip, you are implying that you do not have the best staff and you're trying to put money in their pocket, so they do not go home without fruits of their labor. Forcing 20% to a ticket is shortchanging the server. Great customer service demands 40% or 50%. Tips/granitite is a way of life when customer service is outstanding!! read more

Table 25 has been bookmarked for me for a while so I finally decided to make the drive to Douglasville to check them out. I went for brunch, but since it was a little after 1pm I was no longer in the mood for breakfast food so I ordered the chicken burger with a side of truffle fries after the server recommended them over the regular fries. I will have to say I was disappointed in the fries they didn't really taste any different from just regular fries and there was a $2 upcharge for them. The burger was really good and flavorful. Even though I enjoyed my burger I can't say I would drive out of my way again for it. read more

I wish I could give this place 20 stars because of how delicious it was. This is a black owned business and they really go above and beyond for the customers. We were there to see a live band " The band smoke" on a beautiful Sat afternoon. The food was amazing and the drinks were fantastic. If you're coming on a Saturday night make sure to make a reservation and pack your patience it will be worth it. The food is delicious! They truly follow COVID protocol so I really felt safe eating inside. I watched as the young teams cleaned the table and the igloos. So my wife and I have been here a couple of times and greatly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. One night we even got to enjoy some great comedy hosted by comedian Vanessa Fraction. On a recent Saturday we had the very rare opportunity--because they never visit this area--to fellowship with some friends who happened to be in Douglasville. They wanted to know what good restaurants there were on this side of town, and without hesitation we suggested Table25. Now I fully understand the staffing woes of the restaurant industry during COVID. I truly do. Although some are delusional enough to think this pandemic is completely over, the effects still loom large. And many places continue to have trouble putting together a full team for their weekend rushes. But if you know that you are short staffed, you may want to (gasp) limit capacity so that you can properly take care of your guests at an adequate staff-to-patron ratio. Here's why... There were six of us. I met my wife and friends there, and they were already seated at one of the outside tables when I arrived. After three different (already flustered-looking) people showed up to the table to half-heartedly greet us and bring half (yes half) the table water and take a drink order we finally got an actual server. Although periodically the other flustered-looking folks would come over to the table because they were unsure who was officially taking care of us and couldn't remember if it was actually them and if they had promised something they forgot to deliver. We decided to start with Spinach Dip, which took about 30 minutes to arrive. When it did arrive, the dish was only about half full. We asked the young lady if it normally came this way, and we were told that it did because it was usually ordered by parties of two. Hmmm... Seemingly unhappy that we had dared to ask, she told us that she would bring us another order on the house. After a little while longer we were finally able to order our meals, which took another 40 minutes to arrive. Preceded by about 10 minutes by the second spinach dip. While we waited, we experienced the obligatory "Hey, they got here WAY after us and already got their food" syndrome when we looked at some of the tables around us. Most of the other tables were in the same boat we were in though and waited in vain for their food, locking eyes with us every so often in silent, hungry solidarity. This where it gets messy... literally. They finally start bringing out our plates a couple at a time: A Shrimp Caesar Salad, two orders of Fried Chicken with sides, Linguine with Chicken and two Chicken Burgers with fries (one upgraded to truffle fries). My friend to my left and I ordered the chicken burgers and were the last two waiting to be served. After about 8-10 more minutes (as we watched everyone at our table eat and complain about their cold food and dry salad because the requested extra dressing never arrived) my chicken burger buddy and I decided to cancel our part of the order. We're over 50, and eating after a certain hour can be just... uncomfortable. It is what it is. When asked why we wanted to cancel we cited the wait time initially, but what happened next was what really sent us over the edge. As we looked over at the server finally bringing the two chicken burgers out the door we saw her drop one of them and BOTH orders of fries. Two our horror, we watched as she sat the remaining chicken burger on a nearby table (mind you we're outside) and go inside to find something to clean up the mess. The burger sat... and sat... and sat... and sat some more before she finally came back out to grab it and take it inside. When she didn't come back we told the server again that we didn't want our burgers. He insisted that we "trust him" and give him a chance to check on them. About seven MORE minutes go by and they bring out the burgers that we tried twice to cancel. When I touched my burger and found it to be ice cold and soaking wet on the bottom from the tomato that was seeping through the bread I was beyond done. I am convinced that it was the burger that was sitting on the table. Change my mind. The truffle fries were hot, but really had no flavor. Tasted like they were pulled out of the fryer and then just doused in truffle oil. We asked for the manager and explained EVERYTHING that had gone wrong from beginning to end. The most egregious thing to me being the fact that we were never TOLD about the dropped food. We just happened to WITNESS it. He comped our meal (we paid for our drinks), but it didn't have to be this way. Communicate effectively with your customers. If the problem is explained we can deal with it. And like I mentioned earlier, if you don't have the staff then limit capacity. It won't be a good look to those who get turned away, and I know it feels like you're letting money walk out the door, but you'll potentially make a better profit from food you don't have to comp. read more

Buckle up. This is a tale of things going very left in the customer service department, redemption, good food, igloos, and a testament to how one server can change everything. Upon hearing about this place we sought out to get reservations when our parents came in town for the holiday. On their website, we saw that they have igloo dining (an outdoor heated clear igloo tent decorated where you can dine), however, using their selected reservation service (Resy), there was no way to select the igloos for dining. So we just reserved a table and decided we'd call during their business hours to see if the our reservation could be changed to include the igloo dining. The day before our reservation, we called and were informed that we could change to the igloo, but that it would be a $50 charge and $100 food minimum (no problem). We accepted and looked forward to our time there....Now here's where things go very left. THINGS GO LEFT: The next day, we arrived to our reservation to see empty igloos that were undecorated outside and then to be told that no one had informed them that we wanted the igloo, that the fee was actually $100 with a $250 food minimum. When we explained what we were told, the owner was not apologetic. She continuously used words like "IF that's what happened," (which almost insinuated we were making this up) and upon us saying we felt what we were quoted the day before should be honored were meet with comments from the owner like "I can't just give you things for free," which is not at all what we were requesting as I/my party can afford whatever we decide to consume/service we want to use. REDEMPTION: When I pulled the owner aside and had a heart to heart conversation about my disappointment in the way things were handled and how I was spoken to by her, the fact I just wanted what I had been told the day before I would get, and that I in no way want anything free because I can afford it, her demeanor changed. She explained they were training staff and admitted they did not give us all the proper information and seated us in the igloo, offered us a bottle of champagne, and took $25 off the newly quoted fee of $100. THE IGLOO: It was very nicely decorated and warm. A lovely tablescape adorned the table. Faux fur throws were thrown in each seat which added to the warmth and ambiance. We felt like we were in our own covid safe VIP section in a clear bubble. Such a cute concept. FOOD AND SERVICE: After waiting 45 minutes for them to prepare the igloo for dining, we were seated. We were immediately greeted by our server Tyler who offered us his sincere apology (despite this NOT being his fault). Tyler was so personable and pleasant. He offered us suggestions, and solutions since most of the higher ticket items were 86'd (there were NO filets, and only ONE steak left in the whole restaurant, which made it hard for us to make the required food and beverage minimum). We ended up starting with 2 orders of the LOBSTER ELJEAN for our appetizer. It was beautifully plated and delicious. The lobster tail lightly coated and fried and the crab meat was a good portion too. For dinner, we ordered 4 RIBEYE & LOBSTER SURF AND TURFs that were plated on a bed of mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus. The ribeyes were very flavorful, but two were fatty and a bit stringy. We also got 1 HAWAIIAN STEAK which had a sweet and savory flavor with hints of pineapple in the marinade. DRINKS: A few of the drinks we wanted were also not available. $550 later, we were full and laughing enjoying each other in the comfort of our heated igloo. The owner never checked on us which would've been nice all things considered. MY SUGGESTIONS: The igloo dining is honestly mismanagement of a great concept and one of this restaurants greatest attributes. Igloo dining offers customers unique ambiance and more safety in these covid times. It could EASILY be a large part of this restaurants bread & butter/appeal. However, with a menu full of lower price points, and the kitchen being out of most of the higher ticket items, it makes no sense to have an igloo reservation fee AND a food minimum. A $50 fee for the smaller igloo and $75-$100 for the bigger igloo WITHOUT a food minimum would be sufficient and fair pricing and would keep these igloos constantly booked instead of all empty. I also think that the establishment should work on better staff communication (the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing despite this being a smaller establishment). I also think that management/the owner should work on their conflict resolution approach to customers: simply apologizing and admitting there was a breakdown in communication, and honoring what the customer was told would have gone over better. SUMMARY: Better customer service is needed from the owner and management, the food is good, and the igloos are amazing but are not being utilized to their fullest potential read more

I came here with a young lady. We were in the area and looking to dine at a black owned restaurant. We chose Table25 Fork + Wine because it was new and looked nice. It's located in a plaza so there's a lot of parking. We sat on the outside patio. Almost everyone else who was dining there did as well. You could tell they were new because there was not much furniture on the interior. The ambience was nice. They played R&B music and the staff was kind. I ordered the classic fried chicken, Gouda Mac and cheese and some drink. The food was alright. I enjoyed it but I'm giving them 3 stars because it didn't make me want to go back. The price is $$. On October 27, we booked a wedding party of 20 people for dinner. Due to extra people attending our party increase to 29. We were assigned one waiter for this large group even though, she was working very hard to satisfy this large group, so the drinks and foods were very slow arriving to the table. I asked for the manager and I explain to her that our waiter need help. I was told that our party was late arriving and the waiter could handle it. That was a unacceptable answer from management. So we continue to wait for our drinks and food, the food was good that was the only saving grace. No way management should have allowed this to happen.
