We love stopping by Taco Amigo for a Soft Taco Combo! Their soft taco is pretty simple (flour tortilla, ground beef, lettuce, and cheese) but when you pair it with their house made hot sauce, the combo is a great one! Their fries are perfectly cooked (to order, always nice and HOT) with plenty of salt and their fry sauce is yummy! Try the strawberry shake - so good!

I've heard Taco Amigo has great shakes- and wasn't disappointed! We got the Oreo shake. Great value for your money, and the food wasn't bad! The drive-thru line was long when we rolled up, so we opted for eating on the patio since we had our dog. However, I was surprised at how quick the line moved!

This place is a great place for a shake. Especially the seasonal peach shake- DEFINITELY worth a stop. Typically I get soft tacos or a burrito but today I decided to try the big amigo, burger combo. Good deal for the price. The fries are similar but better than McDonald's. Burger was cooked perfectly, with right amount of Fixin's -- good burger. Good not great. But, I love that this place has a family photo on the wall. I'm giving an extra star for being family run and consistently great shakes. I like to support family room businesses. It's been a North Orem go to place for a lot of years - I finally did a review. Great place.

I honestly wish I had something amazing to say about Taco Amigo but I just don't haha. I ordered the enchilada today but on previous occasions, I have ordered burgers and fries and have never been super impressed. I think their fries are much better than McDonald's fries but the burgers are honestly worse. I'm a sauce girl through and through, too, so the fact that they only have fry sauce, taco sauce, and ketchup is heartbreaking for me (although their fry sauce is definitely on my list of favs). The service is also just OK. I tried to ask the cashier what some of the menu items had in them, and he had no idea. I would expect that my cashier knows the menu well enough to tell me whether something comes on a corn or flour tortilla, but maybe he was new. Ultimately, I'm not dying to come back nor would I ever suggest it to a group of friends for lunchtime or any other get-togethers but I wouldn't say no to it if my friends were all going and wanted me to come along.

This review is for the SHAKES! My husband and I have lived in Utah County for over 6 years now and we have been crazy about shakes ever since. We've searched high and low for the best shakes in the county and Taco Amigo has landed as our #1 shake spot! It took us so long to try this place because we could never trust a restaurant with tacos and burgers on the same menu. Finally, in a desperate effort to find Utah County's greatest shake, we stopped in to give this place a try. We were so surprised, and so pleased to find the best shake in Utah County here! Best of Utah Valley awards has finally announced what we already knew. These guys know how to make a shake! With a great vanilla or chocolate base, you can add a variety of mixins to create your perfect ice cream heaven. Our recommendation though? The seasonal fresh shakes! We dream about the fresh strawberry shake all year long and the fresh peach shake in the fall is the best peach shake we've tried anywhere. Delicious vanilla ice cream packed with fresh fruit just hits differently. I'm going to be honest, the food here kinda sucks. We knew it would. No fast food place that claims great tacos and burgers can actually be right. The food here is pretty on par with McDonald's. But THE SHAKES! That's where it's at.

You want burgers and tacos? Taco Amigo is your place! I wasn't feeling a burger, so I got the chicken burrito with a side of fries. The fries are shoestring fries and they have a pretty good fry sauce to go along with them. The burrito was pretty small, especially for the price, so that was disappointing. But the flavor was pretty good--would be pretty hard to mess up chicken, cheese, and hot sauce. My sister got the chicken enchilada. It also was pretty good, but was very small. I probably would've given this place a 3 star review because it was nothing special, but what brought it to a 4 star for me was the fresh strawberry shake. WOW. I'm not usually a strawberry shake type of girl, but this one was soooooo good. A bit on the expensive side though.

This place is nothing special. The food is honestly not great. I am fine with low quality Mexican fast food, but if it's going to not be that great then it needs to be a looooootttt cheaper. 2 stars for food. The one redeeming quality of this place are the fresh fruit shakes. They manage to earn back a star for those. I got the strawberry shake and thought it was great! I will most likely be back to go for one of those fresh peach shakes. And then I start thinking about how my shake cost the same as my chicken enchilada..? Hmmm something just not quite adding up. I will be back to try a peach shake and that's all.

I've been to his restaurant in Las Vegas, for the posh and sexy crowd. So when I noticed Bobby's Burgers popping up around the country I counted the days till one was close enough for me to try. So when I saw the Provo locale on a recent visit ...of course I HAD to stop. I downloaded the app and ordered ...the location was very sterile...I guess I was expecting something a little more personable like the man himself...but ok...what really matters is the burgers right? I don't mind paying $13+ for a burger but it better be tasty and worth the price. I got the Crunch Burger and Cheese Fries. The ingredients were definitely quality and I'm loving the buns they used. There were a bunch of signature sauces (that I had to sample...I mean BF loves his sauces and I wanted to see what he's working with) that were alright...just fancy Fry Sauce really. The burger was substantial for sure!! Love that it wasn't OVER seasoned like too many places do, to cover up inferior meat like a metaphorical dead body. It was almost perfect....the chips were beyond soggy....creating a not so appetizing texture...they were like the freeze dried potato slices you get in a box of Potato AuGratin. However once I got those off I was VERY impressed with my burger. All in all it wasn't bad and it was pretty cool after being a huge fan for years to try a Bobby Flay burger.

The Crunchburger was just not worth it though. It needed some variety and other flavors. I definitely don't need to order it again, and it didn't convince me to come back. Maybe the other burgers are better, but they cost $13. At least my Crunchburger was free, thanks to signing up for the app.

I've thought it the best salad by far from any fast-casual dining experience. I've noticed in the last several months, the quality has wavered and gone down from years of experience in ordering this item. Salad seems to be smaller. The new bacon bits seem odd. The freshness of the salad leafs are not always fresh. It's just not as good as it used to be. On top of that, the girl bringing the food to my table was not customer friendly. Just kind of threw it on my table without saying a word. I miss my once majestic Chubbys. Please come back.

Lol I ordered a bacon mushroom burger, cinnamon scones, beer battered French fries, and the baked beans The bacon on the burger was amazing. It was thick and cooked to a crispy texture. Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and mushrooms rounded off the patty that was not cooked all the way. There was no seasoning on the burger and unfortunately, you could taste the blood from the meat not being cooked all the way. I thought the bun was not dense enough for the size of the burger. The beer bettered fries was the best! I loved the coating on the fries that gave it that extra crunch but had that soft texture that I love. The chubby sauce was fry sauce with some added spices with a little kick. It was awesome! The baked beans had a really nice flavor and not too tart. Instead of bacon, they put beef chunks. I didn't mind the take on it. I broke off a piece of the cinnamon scone and I didn't think it was anything special. That was until I noticed the glaze that was underneath the scones. I didn't realize that it was there until it got cold. I think the glaze needs to go in top of the scones. Living in SLC, I'm not sure if I'd drive back to Oren for this place. I'm glad I tried it.
