Service was awful. Taco Bell does not pay me to kiosk my order or figure it out. I have the time nor patience. The fact that was the only option was ridiculous. So I got in my car and was going to go through the drive thru. Now understand that I drive a brand new car. I could not hear the speaker because either of the mouses on the other side spoke loud enough or the new equipment is broke. I usually order the $5 Cravings Box. It can only be ordered online/app which is fine since I can customize it the way I want. The Crunchwrap Supreme is my fave. I don't really care too much about the sides and usually just get a regular taco and some chips and cheese. More than half the time, my teen will swipe one or both. The only problem I've had recently is several times they have been out of Baja Blast Zero which you don't know until you go to pick it up. But otherwise, it's just a great $5 cheap meal option. read more

Let me preface this by saying I know it's fast food. My 8 year old begged so I took her! When we got there we were the only customers in the restaurant and there wasn't a long line in the drive thru. We placed our order, but were not told about any product outages. The drink my boyfriend and I both chose was out-no signage so we had the pleasure of tasting straight carbonated water. When we received our meals, my daughters order was COMPLETELY wrong. My boyfriend and I each ordered a cravings box and discovered our chips and cheese dip had been substituted for cinnamon twists- neither of us are fans. He asked why the sub and we were informed they were out of chips. He agreed to a swap of the Cinnabon buns instead of the twists. About 10 mins later, we still don't have my daughters meal or the cinnamon buns. The cashier stated she forgot to tell them about the buns and "they must not have heard her" tell them about her incorrect order. Then we get her order of 3 tacos, no sour cream, and I kid you not- they all had sour cream. They made it AGAIN and this time she was finally able to eat. Lastly, all of the taco meat was very cold, as if it hadn't been heated or stored properly. We weren't really given an apology or anything, and when I asked to see the manager, he did apologize profusely and give me some coupons for free tacos. Last two visits asked for Chicken Roasted Chulpas and both times gave me beef. Second time even emphasized that I wanted chicken not beef. The drive up of course was busier and slower second time through so told them to keep the Chulpas or give them to the guy behind me for his wait. I will never eat at this Taco Bell again. I ordered a crunch-wrap and a cheese quesadilla and when the lady set down the bag, I didn't hear her say my name, and when I asked again, she said my name then she turned around and looked at the customer and stuck her tongue out behind me in disgust. How awful. my crunch wrap was barely grilled, very flimsy and slightly soggy. It had sour cream on one entire side and not the other, very gross. My quesadilla is barely grilled at all. It is cold. It has black flecks on it from the grill and the cheese is not melted. Disgusting! Horrible food, horrible customer service. Horrible review. The service here getting worse. Every single time we go here the food just isn't made right and the orders aren't difficult. It's mainly the kids something after we get home too late for me to cook dinner. Chicken quesadilla for Jordyn and a crunch wrap supreme for Kylah. For the last 3 visits Kylah's order is soooo poorly made that she doesn't even want to eat it. The visit before this way worse. I have been eating at this location for years however, in the past year the service is beyond out of control when you get bad food or bad service you assume that they may have been having a rough night but when it continues over and over and over the main thing is whoever is prepping the food is using a third of the ingredients as standard procedure. And you can go to the two other locations that are within several miles and the food is out of this world. proportions are on point. They should have someone from the Helena and 119 stores come and train them as for their quality has gone down the drain and me and my wife usually eat here two or three times a week if not more. Today was one of those indecisive days where I wanted a salad and loaded nachos. So I decided to venture out to Taco Bell and see what they had to offer in those to categories. Now I have been here a million times, both drive thru and indoors. This review reflects the place as a whole. Anyway. Back to the story at hand, drive thru was typical on a lunch day. But not so bad I wanted to pull my hair out, I had time to look over the menu again. I came across the number 13 combo called the chicken power salad and decided to try this bowl out. (My go to has always been their steak chalupas) I was amazed at the portions and size of this salad! Which is a great thing because it was WAY more than I expected for the price, which BTW the 13 combo is 5.99 which includes a large drink. #winning! The Power Salad is a large of bed of rice, layered with romane lettuce, grilled chicken, black beans, a large scoop of guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream and I had ranch and mild sauce for my topper. I was stunned that this place even offered something like this for the price. Overall. My experiences here have been good. Dinning is usually well maintained and clean. This has to be the worst Taco Bell in existence. For starters the cashier mumbled everything and was no help at all to everyone waiting on their food. As I stand here, still waiting on my food there is a couple at the register awaiting the cashier to discuss a problem with their order but he's busy avoiding them and talking to his friends. I've been standing here for going on 20 minutes along with several other people. The people in front of me were served immediately somehow and people that have been here longer than I have still haven't gotten their food. I'm not over stating this: This is the most well managed fast food location I have ever experienced...and I am including ALL, not just TB. I have been frequenting this location for lunch since the shopping center was built. The staff is pleasant EVERY time. Drive thru is pleasant, and easy to hear and confirm order. The staff has changed over the years, but every one of them seems happy to see you come, and appreciative as you're leaving. Perfect. Added bonus: it appears that the staff REALLY tries to make the food look like the picture! LOL!!! read more
