Keeps raising its prices. Most expensive taco bell in the area. The one on Green valley boulevard is cheaper, has better staff and will make your order without mistakes. This taco bell is always dirty, gets mobile orders incorrect and never checks its soda machine. Owner doesn't care about it's customers. Just a commodity in Alamo. Honestly just taco bell location that does a disservice to the name of Taco Bell which is a low expectation already. I happened to stop by Taco Bell in Alamo, Ca . I'm not from the area so I just happen to see it , my teens were with me and were hungry ! As I walked in the restaurant was very clean , very organized! The cashier that took our order very friendly, repeated our order correctly.. I could see the cooks in the back - wearing gloves, and masks ! One of the cooks " I believe his name is - Saul" Came and brought our food out , asked if we needed anything else and if there was something else he could get for us! 5/27/22 Well, 2 things, the first you may not care cuz more people do takeout these days.... but the insides are probably the dirtiest Taco Bell I've EVER seen. And you know, and I KNOW you know, that's saying something... But 2ndly, what I do care about: this place is also by far the stingiest on meat. I didn't even know that was a thing cuz it seemed like Taco Bell was pretty good as far as making sure different stores at least have the right proportions of ingredients. But not here.... at first I thought they forgot the ground beef COMPLETELY in my crunchwrap. But, after eating half, I did taste a few tiny pieces of individual ground meat specs........ or I should say, felt them on my tongue. So, they didn't forget, but they only added maybe a teaspoon. And my burrito was almost mostly a bean and cheese, not a meat burrito. So, I guess it's a thing--some stores do indeed cut down on meat. This used to be one of the best looking Taco Bells in the area. It was actually a well designed comfortable place to grab a bite. The food is what you expect, and the service is a bit better. Well they remodled. Of the goal was to create an uncomfortable place to sit, and visually repugnant environment, then money well spent, because this place is a horror show. I work down the street and went in to grab some empty calories, but I walked in and nopped right out to spend twice as much at the Mexican restaurant a few doors down. I will never return. read more

Taco Bell is always a great, go to place. Yet, the staff at the Alamo, CA location are clueless. The last three times I have ordered from the in-store kiosk. Each time I have had to go to the counter to ask the staff to prepare the order. Today there were only 3 people ordering. I ordered, as always, using the Kiosk. Again, after 8 minutes I went to the staff and asked them to prepare the order. I did tell the on-duty manager but being a Saturday, I really do not think much will get done. Taco Bell in a strip mall in Alamo. Easy to miss. You won't see it from the street. No drive-thru, limited seating. A few really tall tables and some lower booth-like tables. An odd couple meandering around with their one year old, not ordering food, not eating, not anything, Just letting their one year old put her dirty shoes on every table top. Service a bit off. Not forgiven was the two staffers who were furiously mopping, scrubbing what seemed to be a two square foot portion of the woman's bathroom during most of the time it took Cinzia & Reno to eat their chips & cheese and 2 soft tacos. The noise was unbearable- scraping, banging the mop head against the floor and the wall. What happened in that bathroom then? Eww. This is the first Taco Bell my man took me to in the area. Again, due to city ordinances, you will not find Taco Bell's as drive thru's. See, me being from Phoenix where even the liquor store is a drive thru, this was almost unheard of to me, but whatever. One cannot rate a fast food joint higher than good/average (which to me is a 3 star). This might change someday, but in my mind, that is how it is. This location is small. This location does not have a self service soda area. This location was odd-the food wasn't prepared correctly nor did it taste as fresh as other Taco Bells. This is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Lol I don't often review fast good chains, but this particular store is always clean and the service is... Well there's actual service where there doesn't have to be and they're happy to do it! Always taking an order with a smile, asking I we want water when we didn't order it specifically, and even bringing your good to you when you sit down. Went there today to get a breakfast crunch wrap, (menu price says $3.29 ) cashier tried to charge me $5.76 because she brought up a different item on the menu, I told her that wasn't my order and she said it was the same price. I told her not is not and I showed her the menu, she told me " oh you ask for steak that's why is price is higher" I showed her the menu again with the steak price. After couple of minutes of her playing around with the register she told me the correct price. I got my food and left, after few minutes I was about to eat it when noticed they gave me the wrong stuff! REALLY? . I went back and there was another cashier, I told her I got the wrong food and told her what I wanted, well guess what? She kept on telling me that was a breakfast crunch wrap WTF? I showed her what I got , it had lettuce , ground beef tomato etc, I ask her where was the egg and "steak". She still was confused. I rarely go to Taco Bell, but it was a quick decision in a very nice neighborhood. So I thought why not. Probably the most unprofessional establishment in this area. Not only is it ran by less than professional adults, it's a free for all party in the back. Clearly when the cat's away the mice will play situation... As I came to the door to walk in there was a sign that said break 15 minutes. After I came in, first of all there was 6 people in the back laughing and carrying on. Very loudly! Then it continued while people were waiting for there food. As if they were partying making peoples food. The last straw for me was when an apparent old co-worker came in with her child and as people were still waiting for their food they gathered around the child and played with her. The cashier even came around the counter to play chase with the child. This is all when at least 10-15 customers are eating and waiting on food! Did not expect this from such an upscale area. Taco Bell restaurants located in shopping centers in Northern California are seldom stand-alone stores anymore. They typically occupy one unit in a strip mall or small shopping center. Of the few Taco Bells I've been to, this is one of the better ones. Good customer service, and very clean restaurant (a plus considering it's Taco Bell). read more
