Great place to eat. Really recommend it. If you want to get your burrito on just come here. In my experiences here I've eaten a ton of food. Bathrooms are better than dirty but worse than clean. Food is great with big selection of sauce. Tables are kept very clean even though people eat tons of food. Floors are spotless but sometimes there would be an occasional cinnamon twist or if your at an unlucky location you'll find a burrito supreme on the floor. Giving all rights it's a pretty location and yummy too. If burritos are a habit buy one here and you'll have a party when you finish yours. Food has never had a problem with it. I haven't seen that many problems. Cinnamon Twists are like a complimentary fire in your stomach that makes you fill like you've never eaten something that good. In conclusion I would love to say that this food is like twigs in a fire and you will feel that this food is better than anything and if you think your mom makes better live with that but this is great. The blonde basically screamed at a male customer who was grabbing hot sauces that looked like it was for customers to help themselves to the hot sauces because it's a absolute pigsty in this place. It happened to be behind the counter but it doesn't look like it because the counter is completely open the door that opens is open their stuff over the ground at him multiple times to get out of the building when he politely apologized and said that he was confused as to where he was supposed to grab sauce. I went today (10/9) with my 4 kids around 4ish to grab them something to eat before finishing some Sunday errands. We sat in a 9-car lineup for nearly 25 minutes before getting to the order menu kiosk. The whole time we waited, the car line keeps moving slowly forward with new cars keep coming in behind us until the line extended into the street. But after making our way through that line and sitting with no service at the order spot we pull around to the windows where you can see something is off as there seem to be no employees. My teen goes around to see whats up and sees taco bell workers smoking/chilling in their cars, on the sidewalk, and indoors. Apparently, on Sundays "corporate" taco bell decided the new hours are only 6-11 pm (drive-thru only). I am appalled that they are letting 9 cars every 15 min-20 min sit in a line that is not going to serve them. I observed one 8.5x11.5 sign giving ALL hours posted at the 2nd Drive-thru window. None of the cars sitting in the 9-car pile-up have any hope of knowing they are wasting time. When I attempted to explain that they should communicate this to their customers. First I spoke to a young man smoking less than 50 yards from a massive line of cars who have no clue. He told me the hours are online. Implying I should have checked there and not just assumed taco bell would be open on a Sunday in the late afternoon. Next, a woman comes outside of the building where another 2 employees can be seen. She's laughing. Apparently, a new confused patron yelling "hello" into their kiosk every 5 min. is hilarious to them. So hilarious they plan to let it continue unchecked for the next hour or two or until they reach 100 Angry customers. Whichever comes first... Last, a manager gets out of his car (likely 20 feet from the clueless cars running back to the street. This man yells @ me and my kids. Says there are signs "everywhere". I said I saw one sign and it was not explicit and could be easily missed. I told them to look @ the cars, but none of them can see any signage. Even the drive-through menu has no "closed" or "6-11 pm" only language. It could be hand-written (just slap it up there). The man proceeds to tell me "it's not their responsibility" to explain the new hours. He rants and raves and cuts me off by climbing into his car and slamming the door and rolling up the window. None of these employees felt they should help solve an obvious and growing problem. Instead, led by this manager it was clear he felt folks were idiots not comprehending they were closed. They seem to think letting us all waste time was fitting since we couldn't deduce that taco bell was closed. I was disgusted with their apathy and disregard. The manager's temper tantrum was mind-boggling. Worst fast food experience ever.My one-year-old was so hungry he cried for the next 20 minutes. As that wait pushed him past his limit.
