The line for drive through was backed up to 3rd street, so I went in to order from the self service kiosk. Once the order was placed, they forgot about me. I sat in there for 55 minutes waiting for my food to be done, asked multiple times, and still they forgot about me. I could have sat down at a Mexican restaurant and eaten my food and been home before I got my "fast food" from Taco Bell, not to mention the restaurant might've been cheaper. I think this is the push I need to not eat fast food anymore. Good riddance. read more

I would like to start off by saying I completely sympathize with short-staffed issues. I have experienced it time and again working for DoorDash and UberEats and I know that it affects all parties involved. This does not excuse the way that I was treated by the managers working tonight at about 7:30pm, especially one who I was informed was named "Max." Here is all that happened in a matter of about two minutes. As many drivers have posted tonight, I was told I needed to go around the drive thru again because my order was not ready. I, like many other drivers, was frustrated and very confused by this notion. Why is it that every other customer can order at the box and have their order ready at the window, but we drivers must wait another 30 minutes on top of the 30 we have already waited to get the same food that everyone else is getting? I asked this. I was speaking calmly, I was confused and upset, yes I will admit that, but I never once yelled, talked down to or disrespected any of the Taco Bell employees. They explained it was their policy. This not only affects my credibility as a driver by the food taking a long time, but this also most importantly of all affects the customers--OUR customers, Taco Bell's and Uber Eats/DoorDash's alike. The female manager (did not get her name) cut in to explain again that she was sorry, but this was just the way it was and if I didn't like it that I could call and complain to corporate. Trust me, I will be calling corporate especially after this, but I was hoping to get in contact with someone directly so this wouldn't just get lost away in some filing cabinet. So, I asked if I could get the owner of this specific Taco Bell's number. So, the female manager shut the window and stepped back to get the attention of the next manager I spoke with, Max. Immediately, he gets to the window, and this is what he says: "If you want to receive the order you need to go through the drive thru again. We cannot give out any personal information. If you do not like that you can call 1-800-Taco-Bell and take it up with them. If you do not want to wait you can get out of my drive thru or I can call the police and cite you for trespassing." So, I get threatened to get the authorities called on me because I asked for a higher up's number? I was stunned! I am in no way a threatening person! I'd been here for all of two minutes at the MOST. In response I started to explain I wanted a more local number: "Sir, I'm not trying to be unreasonable here I just-" to which Max proceeds to cut me off and says "You are being unreasonable otherwise I wouldn't have had to come over here. You can go through the drive thru again or you can leave." I'm very angry and hurt by this. Max antagonized me for asking for a phone number because I wanted to call and make a difference about this. My intention is never to cause disarray. I wanted to make a change for the better, for all parties involved. Instead of getting any results from my simple question, I was threatened and ridiculed. Due to the actions of the manager Max, I won't be coming by this Taco Bell anymore. I will not take any more orders from them through UberEats or DoorDash. I'm going to be reporting them to Taco Bell corporate, I'm going to try and reach a district or store manager hoping to get this message locally as I intended in the first place. I'll also be reporting them to UberEats and DoorDash. The only way I will ever drive for Taco Bell again is if I receive a personal apology from Max and the owner of this establishment. I am always kind and respectful to the companies I deliver for. I never try to cause problems, only fix them. I did not deserve to have my character antagonized and threatened tonight. read more

i ordered door dash and as i'm at home eating my food i took a bite of my cinnamon twist and it instantly tasted like bleach or some type of cleaner.... i spit it out immediately... they smell like bleach cleaner and cinnamon dust.. idk what happened but hopefully they are safe.. im not eating them ( obviously ) but how strange and gross. read more

I was just in there not too long ago, and the guy at the front really fucked up my order. Because I only told him the name of the meal, the crunchwrap supreme, and he roughly assumed I meant just the crunchwrap. NO! I actually meant the whole meal dumbass! Why can't you understand that?? Legitimately the coolest employees ever, especially late at night. Have been coming here for years and have never once had an order messed up. Really appreciate how late they're open, too. Tonight my boyfriend and I wanted to get a shredded chicken quesadilla melt, but they discontinued it, so the cashier rung up the next best thing; a cheesy melt with grilled chicken and chipotle sauce. I honestly think it's my new favorite menu item, up there next to nacho fries. May be on my way back within the next few minutes to get like 5 more of those melts. read more

We ordered a mobile order at midnight online and they charged me but when I got there at 12:10 they said they were closed even though inline said they were identical until 1am and the online app let me order. This Taco Bell will never get your order right. Their I Don't Care attitude is evident in the simplest order. For awhile they forgot one thing every time. They would say here's your five items and there would only be four items or an item that you didn't order. Now the last two times they can't get the food right. Pintos and cheese no sauce and add sour cream has sauce and no sour cream which cost me an additional 40 cents. The taco supreme was just a regular taco. If this is a way of cutting costs it will cost you with no business from us. And, Bring Back The Beef Burrito! Tim C has provided me far and above the best customer service experience I have seen. He is friendly to everybody and makes everyone feel important. My first interaction with him shocked me because of how friendly and kind he was. I realized that excellent customer service was provided to every person that came in. Even one lady placed an order after me and was having a terrible day but Tim was able to show kindness to her and served her well. I just wish other restaurant owners take a note of the device Tim provides because it makes me want to go back there just because of him. i am a LOYAL CUSTOMER, i understand that mistakes happen and i cannot control that. but i also know that dietary restrictions and allergies are nothing new to the food industry, specifically fast food restaurants. about half the time i come oder i made sure to say FRESCO, and i feel bad because i'm annoying sometimes, but even still my food will not be labeled, and incorrect. i always have to check the food because there are allergies i must be aware of. i just wish there was more concern. other than that.. the food is bomb is always hits the spot. luv y'all read more

Absolutely terrible service. Me and my friend think "hey let's help the environment and ride our bikes". So we go to taco bell and the doors are closed because it's rather late. So we go to the drive through in our non-idling bikes and are greeted by a terrible serviced worker who denies service because we are on bikes. He then encourages us to grab a car and drive. Andrea was great. As an adult that's ordered a million times I didn't know what I wanted and was trying to get food for my friends too. She was helpful with ordering and didn't get frustrated when I changed my mind. I had a head injury and sometimes I have a hard time deciding things and I feel rushed and have a hard time. I'm a door dasher and the Taco Bell on NE 3rd street in bend OR is absolutely horrible with their treatment of us and our customers I waited in the enormous line for over 30 minutes for two orders that I was picking up when I finally made it to the window they gave me one order and told me to go get back in a line that was 20 cars long at least for my other customers order as if I wasn't already late enough for these deliveries they refused to let me wait at the window lime any other customer would've had to do I asked if I could pull around to the front and they could bring it out when it was ready and they refused to do that so my only option was get back in line and let the food they just gave me for one customer to get cold and gross or cancel my other customers order I am furious that because I was door dashing they treated my customers like they don't matter and leave me to explain the mess I hope someone who has some authority within this store reads this and corrects this method used by the employees here this took place on Sunday June 27th 2021 between 10:15 and 10:45 pm i don't tolerate poor treatment of anybody especially of myself or the customers I serve read more
