This Taco Bell is worst in United States except maybe Detroit or some place like this. Slow and rude is way they are. I ordered food and they gave me other person's food. I gave them back and waited for my food again. Why? Checking bag is easy and asking me is easy. Still they didn't do it. Drive thru took almost 20 minutes and they didn't have any empanada. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. I'm sure the employees are fine but the past I would say 5 times I have been here the drive through had not moved a inch in 15 minutes. We would get so frustrated and back out of line and try our luck inside only to be told by the employees the wait time for food is 15 minutes. Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell location on the planet Earth. You want your food fast? Do not go here. The average wait time is about 25 minutes and that's in the drive thru. If you do manage to make it through the impossibly long wait time, have no fear, they will most certainly be out of whatever it is you will order. And don't bother ordering anything called a freeze, their machine has been broken for months. It really is terrible because I love Taco Bell's food and the other closest one is miles away. Lastly, and one of the worst things about this taco Bell, is for some reason it closes at 10 o'clock pm... Yes I said 10 o'clock p.m., completely unheard of. Waited 40 minutes after ordering our food before asking for a refund. I was trying to be nice. I could see that they were overwhelmed. But after watching people get their food that ordered after us, that's when I got upset. One of the people that got their food before me kinda chuckled as he told me that he used to work their. I cannot believe how long I just waited for my food. This place has no right to be called fast food. I waited in line of the drive-thru for 34 minutes. All I ordered was a Crunchwrap supreme and an ice water. To be completely honest I accidentally fell asleep and took a mini nap and when I awoke the line had moved 1 car length in 10 minutes! From reading some of the other reviews it sounds like this Taco Bell does whatever it really wants. I live in Lakeland Hills and the closest Taco Bell to me is in Bonney Lake the only reason I decided to go to that Taco Bell was because it said it was open until 1 AM turns out it wasn't open until 1 AM. And even though I got there at 11:55pm the lights literally shut on me as soon as I pulled up. There were no cars behind me and taking my order should of been the "right" thing to do. But I'm sure Taco Bell employees had plans on a Friday night so it was more convenient for them not to. Thankfully Jack in the box is always a superior choice. At least in this city. read more

I placed my order at 4:26 and didnt get out of there till 4:50!!!! i was the only one in the restaurant. I got 6 things. I understand they had the cars also but really the only one inside. I might as well have parked my car in the drive through, played a game of chess with an old relative and contemplated my entire life with the amount of time it has taken to get my food. When I ordered, the lady said that they were out of large cups and would I mind if they gave me my soda in a medium cup (which means I'm getting less soda for the same price). Furthermore, she told me that apparently they were out of change so I would need to provide exact change or pay with a card. I placed my order in the drive through at 8:10... There were 3 cars ahead of me... I paid for my food at the window at 8:30... After taking my exact change they said my food would be out shortly... 30 f'ing minutes later I received my food (two chalupas and a soda) and went home to finish this review that I started while waiting for my food. If this was a one time thing, I'd be like what the hell but let it go. But this is not the first time ive waited more than 20 min in that drive through. Its the 3rd time. I go once a month hoping it will be better because I love me some tacos every now and then. I work at Applebees and our food has to come out in 12 minutes or less... And that's a full sit down restaurant with real food that has to be cooked to order. The only reason this taco bell is still open is because its the only taco bell around. Everyone who works there should be fired for being an idiot. And for being super slow. Going here was a mistake. I went on 12/26 just for something different. Tired of burgers. The gentleman in front of me placed an order that cost $8 and some change. The cashier, Anthony P., told him it was $28, then started cracking up when the customer called him on it. Annoying enough. When I ordered, he pretended that he couldn't hear me. He interrupted me with every food item I was ordering by loudly saying, "I'M SORRY! I CAN'T HEAR YOU!" When I finally got the order completed (with him laughing the whole time), it came to $7 and some change. I looked directly at the register, which shows the total, and handed him $8. Despite the line forming behind me, he looked at what I gave him and said very loudly, "I'm sorry, ma'am; your total is TWENTY-seven." I pointed to the register and said, "No, it most certainly is not. I can see it right on your register." Anthony then started cracking up like it was the funniest thing ever and said, "Guess I'll have to cover that up, huh? Gotta keep you guys on your toes!" I took my change and got away from him quickly. After all that, my order was also wrong. I was too frustrated to deal with a manager, and didn't want to have to put up with Anthony again. While eating, I heard another customer complain about getting the wrong order. I don't know if this guy is just an idiot (who thinks he's the funniest guy ever) or if he's actually trying to rip people off in the stupidest way ever, but I'll be avoiding this place from now on. These folks were friendly and reasonably fast for lunch on a weekday. My issue was with their restroom usage policy. The restroom has a key code lock on the door that they wont give out to anyone. Every other Taco Bell I've been to gives out the key code to paying customers. Giving out the key code saves the customer and Taco Bell a lot of time and hassle. Not this one. You must wait until someone has the time to let you in there personally. If its busy in there, you might be standing there for a while waiting for someone to open the restroom for you, hopefully not peeing your pants. I understand restaurants don't want people who aren't customers coming in off the streets and messing up the restrooms but I was a paying customer. Was this level of security for the restrooms really necessary? read more
