Everything is homemade and FRESH! Family owned husband and wife duo Frank & Erica served me today and it was a pleasure to meet them. They both take pride in what they serve to others and it shows. You cannot say you offer x,y,z if it is consistently not available... was pretty comical when the staff would ask which protein you wanted even though, there was no choice!! I can also make packaged shaved steak by myself! Used to go to Frankie fresh WEEKLY when it was at the old location. Customer service was great, quality was great, cleanliness great. I was convinced to go today by a friend and I probably will not come back any time soon. I could not say the same about this new location.

Sandwiches are large, even the half size. The balboa is tasty, even if the roast beef is not rare once it's been grilled. And the wet poor fries were good. Cole slaw was a bit plain, could have used some lemon. Inside it's a typical bar, narrow, dark, with a row of booths. Outside we had a nice breeze. Twenty or so beers on tap. Nice variety. Ended up being a great place to rest our legs on the ride to Rochester!
