Although the drive thru may be slow at times, the friendly service is what keeps me coming back. My orders are always accurate and fresh. I don't know why the drive thru is slow but they are so nice and you can tell they are trying. The kid with braces is still so sweet despite how frustrating working in fast food can be, I would know! And it's hard to keep a good attitude with impatient, hungry customers. I hope that they only continue to improve as I respect their effort and appreciate their service! read more

This has got to be one of the smallest Taco Bell's or any major fast food joint I've been to for that matter. The drive thru comes in from and exits onto a major intersection so sometimes it can be a pain. I thought I would park and dine in but they only have seats for a handful of patrons. Came here on Thursday night 10.15.20 and they were so extremely rude to us. It was busy and I understand these are overwhelming times, but that has nothing to do with treating customers terribly. Not only will I be leaving a review here, I'll be contacting corporate. I was placing my order and the window cashier became frustrated with me and yelled "Just tell me when you're ready".... I guess I was taking too long for him. All I ended up ordering was a cheese quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce. I wouldn't have gotten that if my daughter wasn't so hungry because the attitude from the staff was terrible. I get to the window, the lady has an attitude, snatches my card, brings my food back, hands it to me and turns around. I ask if I can have my receipt, she rolls her eyes and hands me "my receipt" except it wasn't mine. I paid only $4.00, she gives me a receipt for a party pack and other items for $15.06. I didn't say a word, just left. I'll never visit this location, but I will everyone about this experience. Also the quesadilla has jalapeño sauce... thanks my 4 year old loves that! Ugh. read more

This location 5 minutes away from my house is one of the best Taco Bell's I've ever been to. Everyone that works here is nice and polite there is a girl in the drive thru she's the nicest skinny light skinned Latin girl with colored eyes. The other night I stopped by a location in Santa Monica and from the moment the girl at the drive thru opened her mouth I could feel the rudeness . Anyways she got my order wrong very wrong and I was the only car. But here in this location I get nothing but smiles. Minus one star for not having enough parking or seating inside it's hard to get in the drive thru cause it's a busy street but other than that if you want good customer service at a fast food chain look no further read more

Let me start with this - I love Taco Bell. I'll also say that I work in customer service, and treat even the worst of servers with dignity and respect. I always wear a smile, open doors for others, say thank you, etc. I consider myself to be pretty polite, which is why I don't understand why the service here always feels like they saw me piss on their front window. I've been going to this Taco Bell for at least 10 years since I moved here. I really enjoyed the old, rustic location with the staff, and really appreciate the remodel as well. I live down the street so this is my home Taco Bell if I'm ever having a craving. Today is probably my last visit to this store as their speed this particular location is painfully slow. To add insult to injury, they're not the most personable people while on the clock. Since they reopened, I've visited many times always seeing the same guy working the window in the evenings. I'm also an early-adopter of the Taco Bell Live Màs app placing all my orders through it. For me, I use it to help them be more accurate with my order, to help get my food out more efficiently, and to help move the line quicker. It's supposed to make it easy, right? When I visited today, I ordered from the app. When I arrived to the location, I stated in the app that I was at the drive through. The line, as sadly expected, wasn't moving. There were about 4 cars in front of me, and I was able to listen to about 4 songs on my car stereo while in line. When I got to the intercom, I told them I was picking up an order for Kris. I got back, "Oh, uhh, let me check my mobile orders... yeah. Please pull forward." I thought that was odd since every other Taco Bell I go to reads it back to make sure I'm getting what I'm expecting, is very clear about it, and politely asks me to pull forward. When I finally got to the window, it was the same guy I always see. From my memory, he's bald, wears a hat, appears physically fit, and this time hardly made eye contact or spoke a word to me. I can say that he wasn't wearing any name tag since I was looking for one to finally identify him to his management for better training. So I'm not sure of his name. It wasn't even on the receipt. He finally opened the window and quickly handed my food to me. I said "thank you very much," with a big earnest smile to him. I think he mumbled something like "thanks" and shut the window in response. The experience was just off this time through, which is sadly consistent for this location. Even after I've complained to them before, nothing happens. Other Yelpers seem to have some good experiences, but I have yet to encounter one myself. For reference, the food was great. I've definitely had great service and lousy Taco Bell food before, and that's not here. This place is the opposite of really slow, impersonal, and serving good food. So if you're in a time crunch, or want some personality served with your food, avoid this location. I'm saving all my future Taco Bell runs for when I'm out running errands outside of my neighborhood. read more

My food was ok. I didnt like the way the ladies in the back had gloves on but kept touching money and the computer screen and going back to touch my food without changing the gloves. How can anyone say this food tastes good? Their ground beef in their tacos, burritos or whatever is oily and drips all over the place. They skimp so much on the amount of meat they put in their classic hard shell tacos, one of the items they built their business around. And, if you don't order the deluxe hard shell taco, you only get the drippy meat, lettuce and a little cheese. They don't even put chopped tomatoes on them. Del Taco does and their meat isn't oily and drippy, they put twice as much meat as T B and use freshly grated cheddar cheese and fresh shredded lettuce. Always have had speedy, wonderful, excellent customer service every time I have been here. It's a small place and Alex is one of my favorite staff members, always a smile on his face and remembers his customers! I have been eating here for over 8 years, way before the remodel! Ever since the renovation, it appears they are always short staffed. If I was the manager of this place, I would work during the busy times (like dinner time) and see how slow your drive thru is! That is the number one complaint of all the neighbors who live down the street from this location. I still eat there 2-3 times a week because it is walking distance, but now I started to drive to Del taco near Hollywood way, because I hate your drive thru. You employees are the best, they are trying so hard. But when you have one guy at the drive and the counter taking orders from both at the same time, he can never catch up! The taller gay Hispanic employee doesn't pay attention to your order. First I order a #4 which is 2 taco supremes and a Mexican pizza. Then added another taco supreme. Gentleman asked what sauce I wanted? I replied lots of FIRE. Replies okay no problem. Unfortunately I get back to work with my food. A- no hot sauce B- No sour cream in any of my tacos. Either they need more workers assisting that late at night so Tall Employee doesn't have to remember / do everything on his own. Oooor hire someone better at multi tasking. They're supposed to open at 7:00 in the morning but they never are. I frequently try to go there at 7:10 on my way to work and nobody answers at the drive thru. I ordered a crunchy taco with mild sauce packets and they gave me a Doritos Loco taco (yuck) with hot sauce packets. Great customer service!! I was really craving a crunchwrap supreme today. So I asked the cashier if it was possible they could make me one without the tostada. This place is supppperrr SLOW!!! Sat in drive thru line over 5 mins just to get off Magnolia and did not move at all still sitting on Magnolia. Once in lot, sat another, no kidding 5+ mins before moving up one car...should've attempted to just get out of line and go to another place, but if you've been in this lot, you're pretty much stuck. We ordered 2 double decker tacos and 4 regular tacos. Summing up to 6 tacos. we ended up with 4 tacos in total with 2 being the double decker. The lack of interest to even check the order again is upsetting. read more

I love to attend every day there and I haven't been in years with the tons of studies and I enjoy to stopover and consume the quesadilla with Soda Pop and listening to Pop Tunes and magic mushrooms and love Boppers [music] and I like the fun that the food itself! They didn't put in Fire sauce which is the only one i asked for, mild is for suckers -1 star. The only downside is the entry--A motorcycle cop gave me a ticket for making an illegal left into the parking lot so depending on where you're coming from, a U-turn might be necessary... Every time I come to this taco bell, I ask for a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and onions. They always tell me, "we already put onions" Not true. It never comes on there. Took my daughter to Taco Bell for the first time in ages. We don't usually eat fast food and she's a vegetarian, so it's a bit of a challenge. It was 830 and we hadn't eaten dinner and were hungry. The drive-thru guy had ZERO sense of humor. But the lady at the window was friendly, kind, and funny! There was a long line behind us so we didn't stop to check the order. The lady assured me it was correct. We got home to find it was not. One taco was just a plain taco when we ordered and paid for a taco supreme. Not such a biggie, but... We ordered two Mexican pizzas. One with meat and one without. I had asked that they be clearly labeled. They were. However, the one marked beef, was the vegetarian one. The meat is mixed with the beans inside between the layers of crunchy whateveryoucallit. My daughter was not pleased that hers had meat in it! That's a pretty huge error. Unless we had opened the container and stuck our fingers into the food, we wouldn't have known they made that mistake. Not cool. read more

this is definitely the worst service I have received from a Taco Bell establishment. I do not ever plan to drive through this place again. I will avoid this place and discourage coworkers and friends about going here. After going over the order numerous times, which was not the biggest order nor the most difficult, drove up to the window, and sure enough it was not accurate. Just asking for two orders of three items took a repeat of four times. She even repeated the order to me twice but I had a feeling she wasn't really getting it. Sure enough, I drive up and an order was not complete so I had to have them ring up another order and cause more delay for others that were in line.
