The past two visits at the Taco Bell on Tuttle Crossing Blvd have been great. Both times, the person working the drive thru has been friendly and attentive, and when I ask for a lot of mild sauce, they actually give me more than 2 packets of sauce. As you can see from the pictures I posted, there is finally someone preparing food that isn't stingy with the toppings. My Nachos BellGrande actually looked similar to the picture on the menu board and in commercials. There is nothing more disappointing than getting home and discovering a tiny amount of ground beef, a drizzle of cheese sauce, a teaspoon of sour cream, and 3 cubes of tomatoes. This is not our usually Taco Bell and how refreshing it was. We order Mobil pickup through the drive through. The lady at the drive through was friendly and kind. The food was fast and good. All tacos were filled abundantly and the order was perfectly correct (our location could never). There was a worker scrubbing the place from top to bottom so that gave me confidence in the cleanliness. Even the windowsills were getting wiped down and every surface was heavily cleaned. read more

They supposedly serve breakfast starting at 7am. I ordered a Breakfast Crunchwrap and paid for it on the app. I arrived at 7:30am to get my food, but nobody would answer at the menu board. I pulled up to the drive thru window. I saw one employee inside, who walked over toward the window, but he got a drink at the drink station, then turned around and went back to where he was. Fortunately, you receive a confirmation email when you order through the app and I was able to cancel my order and not get charged. The bigger problem is that this seems to be a reoccurring problem with this location. Horrible management. Welp shoutout to the argumentative, miserable woman taking drive thru orders around 9:16 this evening. She insisted on arguing with me due to the way I wanted my order. Upon arrival she had a shitty attitude. Tried to disregard it but she couldn't help but to argue. Clean interior, good service, typical Taco Bell food. My primary problem with this location is that on some items, they charge slightly more than other Taco Bells in the area. For example, the $5 cravings deal box (currently the nacho fries box and the double cheesy gordita crunch box) that costs $5.00 at other Taco Bells (like the one nearby at Bethel & Sawmill) costs $5.29 here. If you're in the area (i.e. at the Tuttle Mall), this location makes sense. But if you live anywhere else in Columbus, you can probably save a little bit by going to a different Taco Bell. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite on my way home from work as I didn't want to cook. These places are so easy to order food from, and you get such a good value for what you pay for. It's really good food that hits the spot. My order: Triple Double Crunchwrap Box for $5! The box includes one triple double crunch wrap, one Doritos Locos taco, a crunchy taco, and a Drink. This is a really good deal and it's very filling. I started with the crunchy taco, then moved on to the Doritos Locos Taco, then for the finale the Triple Double Crunchwrap. This is definitely one of the nicer, older-style Taco Bells in the area. I have eaten more at this Taco Bell than almost any other. Why? It's good food and it's conveniently located just east of the Tuttle Mall right off of 270 in the northwest part of town. It's not the most advantageous location for a fast food franchise, because you'll pass approximately 20 other restaurants before you get to this one (that's if you're coming from 270 of course). This never distracted me from getting to the best fast food burrito in America though and apparently it hasn't stopped too many others either. This place has been around forever. I'm pretty sure that it precedes even the Tuttle Mall. It may be a dinosaur among a bevy of younger competitors, but this Taco Bell could probably survive a nuclear strike. Okay, it's a Taco Bell and it's not the one with alcohol so my expectations aren't super high. Deciding between 3 or 4 stars. When I come to this location it's usually pretty fast, but I came during dinner hours and waited 20 minutes in line in the drive thru. The way it's designed, you can't really leave once you're in line so I stuck it out. Staff is always friendly.
