So as a long time Taco Bell fan, I was excited and actually celebratory to see the item returned to the menu. Unfortunately if I want to eat at Taco Bell at all, there's consistently some sort of reason this one can't serve me at all. I've been three times this week. On Tuesday they closed at 6, on Thursday they were out of beef, and today after watching the car in front of me order their food, someone comes on the intercom and apologizes because their "system is down" and that they aren't accepting orders at this time. I don't know who the franchise holder is at this particular location, but perhaps hiring more staff at reasonable wages and changing your current management is in order here. Every other fast food spot on the block doesn't seem to be having this type of problem, just this location, so what gives guys? The whole purpose of taco bell is so that you have a restaurant that sells people tacos and taco-like items. Is someone over there trying to pay inexperienced teenagers 7.25 an hour so they can spoil their own kids? As we're two years out from COVID and this business is still closing early and oftentimes not even staffed enough to have someone put up a sign, I have to wonder on the behalf of the franchise holder if Brayden really needs a new corvette and if the third racehorse simply must be purchased prior to getting your damned business in line. Pay the people that make you all of your money more and you probably won't be having these issues, just sayin'. read more

This restaurant is so poorly managed it's pathetic. Probably three out of five times when I come through for breakfast at about 7:15 AM the restaurant is closed and for whatever reason, unable to take orders. I don't know this until after I've placed my mobile order, paid, and then arrive to the store only to be told they won't be open for awhile. So then they have to issue a cash refund. I've heard excuse after excuse, but the bottom line is management is in capable of managing. I've also gotten talked back to from an employee when I (politely) asked for salt. His response to me was "I don't know why but sure!" I don't understand why he felt the need to make that comment but it was inappropriate. Regardless - it's about a 50/50 chance that this store will be open within their posted business hours, they close early quite often too. read more

I would give this location a negative star if i could. I ate here in 2006 and got such bad food poisoning from this restaurant i ended up hospitalized. I haven't had any taco bell since having food at this location. read more

sadly this is the closest taco bell to me or I'd never go to it. no matter what time of day or night it is, you wait forever. I totally get that in the evening it would be slower due to the fact it's busy, but that does not give employees and managers the right to be rude to customers. Numerous times I've been given attitude because they are busy, even when I'm patiently waiting and trying to be nice. Sarcasm is a huge thing with the evening employees. I've waited 20 mins at times to get someone to take my order and when I get to the sign to order i get an attitude like I shouldn't be there. read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell in Columbus. Employees are rude and I can't figure out why there is routinely a 10-15 minute wait for tacos.

Workers were extremely rude when they did not abide by the hours. We pulled up to the window where the manager opened, and told us they were closed "on their clock". Then continued by shutting the window on our request for food. read more

I was just at this location and apparently, now they open an hour later than they used to. I rolled up to the drive thru at 7:24 and waited 5 minutes for some woman to rudely come on the intercom system and say that they don't open the drive thru until 730. Not great business and whoever that woman was should be fired. It's not like they have their hours listed on the menu board so to come at me with the attitude she had was unnecessary. I don't know what fillers they are using in their Taco meat, but it's awful! It's worse than the worse meat because you just don't know what is in it. I've noticed this for years, but it's getting worse. Kind of like a paste. Spend 2 extra buck and go to Chiptole where meat is meat. read more

this 10/10 5/5 stars restaurant wooed me into the Mexican culture . taco bell is in my top 5 favorite restaurante (restaurant in Spanish haha) of all time. the crunch of the taco shell really floats my boat. the crisp juicy taste of the mountain dew baja blast gets me every time. it a big thirst quencher. i would consider myself a taco bell regular and the staff‍‍is superb and beyond compare to any other restaurant in the world. i don't think i would be the same person i am today if it wasn't for taco bell . it changed my life in ways i can't imagine. My go to is a beef 5 layer burrito (with no sour cream of course ) Another amazing cuisine selection is the diritos locos tacos (my favorite is cool ranch btw ) i hope this review changed your life like taco bell changed mine. The inside is usually filthy. There is a 50/50 chance of your order being made right. That is when you finally get your order. The inside wait isn't that bad, but you'll have to have an extra 2 hours to spare if you want to go thru the drive thru. Skip this place. Ska-Doosh! read more

This Taco Bell location is by far the worst one I've ever been to! I was given the wrong order, the food was cold and when I called to complain to the manager, he hung up on me. I called him back several times and each time he picked up the phone and hung up again. So much for customer service. I have had it with this place! My kids love Taco Bell and now I am forced to go to the one in Hilliard that is much farther away from home because this place has ripped me off for the very last time. I stopped by Monday evening and they didn't give me two sides of rice in my drive thru order. My husband stopped by tonight and they didn't give us two orders of nachos in our drive thru order. Without fail there is always at least one item missing... Done with it! Called to complain and they hung up on us! Done. If you must go through drive thru, please check your bag before you pull away!! I give it ZERO stars but I had to select at least one star to get this review posted!!
