Ordered on the app in advance. Food was cold and soggy on arrival. People were friendly, but the food was terrible. The crunch wrap supreme didn't have any meat in it at all, or if it did it was so minimal you couldn't see or taste it. Very displeased with the food at this location and I will be going elsewhere for taco bell next time. PS I'm aware that this is a fast food establishment and usually isn't the highest quality. Wtf, worst service from a Taco Bell I've ever experienced. Sorry, but first of all, it was so cold inside there that I couldn't stay there to eat. I like cool temps, but this was probably at least 63 degrees in the dining area, maybe even lower! My ears were aching and I felt like I was going to catch pneumonia if they didn't give me my order asap. At the end of the day one of my ears still hurts and I have a dry cough in my chest. Then there wasn't as many selections for drinks like some other T. Bell locations. Then the people were either confused or slow, orders were being made too slow! And it wasn't even that busy! Then my churros were not even fresh, hard as a rock. The customers coming here all looked like they live in a trailer park, couldn't wait to take off!! Run far away unless you want an earache, heartburn and cough with your order...definitely never coming back to this location! read more

It took 45 minutes to make 3 tacos. There was a Line inside of the store of people just waiting terrible wait times. Their employees keep prioritizing all drive through order first then doing the in store orders. This taco bell location has really fallen off. When they first opened everything was good. But now, they slap everything together and refuse to take orders at the counter. No one is paying attention to what happens in the dining room. If there isn't a major spill they aren't trying to clean anything. Other local taco bell locations are doing much better so I don't understand why this location sucks so much. One taco we ordered had all the ingredients on one side of the taco. Waited 40 minute drive thru Sunday night at 10pm. Was a one star but became a three star due to taco bell products being delicious. There is another taco bell nearby in Westbury but I dare not risk going there, historically the food quality is better in East Meadow Taco Bell (in my experience). Tips? Might make more sense to do a delivery if you don't want to wait a long time outside of the home. Time is money after all. You might be best to bring a something to help your boredom waiting for your food. I played mobile video games while waiting in the car. If you order, I would recommend ordering a lot because it would suck to wait 40 minutes for one taco. i really hope they don't make you wait on purpose so orders will be abundant. read more

The food is what you'd expect from Taco Bell. However they vastly and grossly prioritize the drive-up customers over online orders, and if you're walking in to make an order, forget it. Best bet is to order through the drive-up and then eat inside because that seems to be the only customers they care about. read more

I had to pickup dinner for myself tonight and decided I wanted TBell, this location is the closest to my house and I've been here plenty of times, but the location has gone to complete $4!t. 1. You're not Chik-fil-a why do you have someone standing by the drive thru taking orders. The "menu" they hold is not easy to see, and it's not even the whole menu. 2. If you go inside to order, they make you order from the Kiosk, which shocker doesn't have all of the menu items. I ask to order directly from the counter and they say sorry you have to order from the kiosk. 3. I've lost count of how many times my order has been wrong/missing an item entirely, to the point where I feel it's done purposely. 4. The latest issue has been cold food and stale chips. The last time I was here, I ordered a Nachobell Grande, and a few Chalupas. The chips were stale, the cheese sauce was cold, and the meat in the chalupas were cold. I'm at my wits end with this location, and until something is done I'll take my business to Westbury or Levittown. I also plan on filing a formal complaint with corporate. read more

Service is always awful. Counter workers have the worst attitude and seem annoyed they have to deal with customer, when it is their job. Every time i place an order i stand at the counter for over 20 minutes waiting for the food. There's no one in charge and no one giving direction. read more

Went to East Meadow Taco Bell last night. There were only 2 employees & drive thru was closed. Worse part was told on a long drive thru ordering point to come inside. Why wasn't there a sign indicating that drive thru was closed? Waited over 20 minutes for just a small order. Maybe they need robots because this was an outrage on a Sunday night. It's the norm to not expect anything above and beyond from a fast food joint. It's a tough, soul-sucking kind of job, so I give the folks that work there some leeway. However, at this Taco Bell, in my few moments of interaction with the staff, I gotta say, there's some magic here. Maybe they have an amazing manager who inspires them, or they enjoy the process of making others happy with food. Either way, I rolled up to the drive thru here for a free Doritos taco after some basketball team won promotion and was left driving away, smiling more about the lovely young woman who brightened my day handing over my taco than the actual taco. I didn't catch her name but she was so sweet and didn't have that lifeless look behind her eyes so many of her peers have. Okay, I generally have good things to say about this Taco Bell, but not today. I went there with my son this evening. I came in time to order their happy hour baja blast freezes for $1. Along with the other items in my order, my order came out to $10.18. I fished out the exact change, I'm anal like that. So, I pull up behind a car that is in a heated exchange with the girl at the window. Whatever is going on gets resolved after about 7 minutes. I pull up, the girl repeats my order and then tells me my order is $14.94. What????? Almost $5 more than what the order board just said. I told the girl at the window, hey, the order board said $10.18. She was like my manager changed the happy menu for the freezes to their regular price because happy hour is over. I was like that's not my fault, I came on time. If you weren't having an argument with the lady in front of me wasting all that time my order would have still been $10.18 THE REFUSED TO BUDGE. I'M DONE WITH THEM. I TOLD MY SON DON'T ASK FOR TACO BELL IN THE NEAR FUTURE!! I said to them this is the worst business practice ever. I ordered the chalupa box and didn't get the chalupa!! Even worse the employee at the pick up window was not wearing a mask or gloves and was halfway out that window telling me to pull over to wait for my order. The employee who brought the bag out was also not wearing a mask and gloves and also came to speak to me very closely! I was very uncomfortable and the lack of safety precautions are very concerning! DISGUSTED AND APPALLED Clearly ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme. Went home to find it's filled with beef. I'm a vegetarian by religion, and the sacred cow is holy, but whatevs, mistakes happen. I call them and ask to speak to the manager who literally states "okayyyyy....". Lady are you high? This Taco Bell is substantially better than some of the other Taco Bell's I've been to recently. The women who took our order was nice, thorough, and competent. The order was accurate, and everything was made well. There have been times when I have gotten Taco Bell and it's all been thrown together quickly. I stopped in because I had an amazing deal in my app for a dollar chalupa and I wanted to take advantag, perfect timing. Well I ordered online and I was done within minutes, but I waited almost a half hour before I got my food. When it came it was barely wrapped and just thrown in the bag, along with my soft taco as part of the deal. Only go here if you want to receive a wrong order or inaccurate order. I've been here at least twice in the last 2-3 months and both times got a beef Gordita after I ordered chicken, I specified chicken, emphasized chicken, mentioned it twice and verified it on the screen and on my receipt. When I called the corporate hot line they offered me a $5 coupon which doesn't even cover the close to $10 I paid for chicken Gorditas. I had an extremely bad experience at this Taco Bell today, for my lunch break i decided to go to Taco Bell at 9.50 pm, and then when I ordered 2 steak burritos, i got my lunch and came back and when I began to eat, I noticed right away that the burritos had little meat and tiny bits of guacamole, I was in lunch break so I couldn't run back and ask for another one, so I was extremely hungry at the moment and I ate 1 of the whole burritos but it tasted mostly of the burrito roll itself, like plain flour, but I didn't eat that day till 2 pm so that's why I was extremely hungry, so the next burrito I couldn't eat it becuase that's the one that had literally like 4 small pieces of steak in the long burrito which was uneatable, so I eat eat the a little portion of it and took of the steak, I normally would order this selection everytime I come to Taco Bell and the order would be fine but this time it looked like there was a new teenager who got hired and he was the one who made my burrito, so once I got off work I went back and spoke to a cashier outside and he was nice about it and I wasn't looking for a refund, I just wanted them to make only one new steak burrito since I eat the other one already, when I go inside to speak to the female manager, who appeared to be of Dominican descent, (around her late 20s)she appeared to be stressed out already about something else and then I kindly spoke to her in a clam quiet tone and show her the the half of one of the burritos that I didnt eat , she kept on raising her voice at me, I was trying to explain the situation on how the employee didn't put enough steak and guac and how the burrito was dry, she didn't care and was all mad about it, she simply said" next time tell me and I will add extra steak" !!! But the way she spoke wasn't in a calm manner she was loud and she spoke in front of the the new Hispanic teenager who made the burrito,she spoke in a way as if she wanted to look for an argument but I was being extremely nice and talking low volume, I use to come to this place all the time for the past 2 years and 2 of my friends from school actually worked at this Taco Bell and they would always tell me how this place was, back when they worked there I had no issues at all, I think that they need to retrain their new hired workers on how to properly portion the food becuase back then I never complained, this day when there happen to be new workers that's when they didn't do a good job, I understand that the the new hires will make mistakes but that's why there needs to be some supervisor who is watching how they make the food. All I wanted was the manager to let me get only one new steak burrito since I already fully eat the other one, but since I don't like to cause tensions and I'm not the type of person to yell back, all I said to the manager was " okay" and I threw out the Taco Bell wrap (the one that I eat halfway and had 4 pieces of steak) and walked out the door. I just didn't want to make an issue but I feel that the Female manager needs to get trained to be more respectful becuase she wasn't acting nice, as a result until that female manager is still working at that store/// I WILL NO LONGER GET MY LUNCH OR GO TO THAT TACO BELL AGAIN, I will Notify my co workers to never eat lunch there, I USE TO GO THERE TWICE A WEEK AND SPEND 10 dollars each day but that's going to end, If that female manager spoke to me kindly then I wouldn't get mad, what bothered me was how rude she acted even though I spoke to her politely. she said that I already eat most of the of the burrito which was true but I also wasn't asking for a refund, i know that I should of taken the burrito back once i took the first bite but I was hungry at the moment and I was on lunch break and had 10 minutes left so if was to go back there right away then I would of been over my break, i only managed to eat one of the burritos and leave the other one halfway, overall if the Dominican manager was nice and if she didn't raise her voice and if she politely explained to me on why she couldn't make me a new burrito, I wouldn't of got mad and I wouldn't of made this review, I'M NOT UPSET AT THE MANAGER FOR NOT GIVING ME ANOTHER BURRITO OR FOR A REFUND, I'M UPSET BECUASE SHE TREATED ME BADLY AND YELLED LOUDLY IN FRONT OTHER CUSTOMERS TO GET EVERYONE'S ATTENTION, She didn't handle the scenario correctly, I hope there is change in this Taco Bell as I don't recommend anyone to make business with this particular store, maybe when there is a new manager I might reconsider coming back. read more
