The Bell can be helpful. For some reason this chain, sometimes has been named the "best Mexican restaurant." That's beyond so funny. It certainly isn't that. Taco Bell is Americanized fast food, and the drive thru is quick. Plus I do like their chalupas. Also their chicken soft tacos, are quite decent at the price point. Also a tasty treat is nachos supreme. This with beef and sour cream. How can you not like it? The employees here are very friendly. It's clean and fairly organized. This won't be considered fancy, but it serves a necessary market.

Plastic in the cheese!!! Really? This is the last time I eat here. I've been disappointed too many times.

I like the self service kiosk but I suggest that it be closer to the the entrance or to the side. currently it is near the counter and it clogs up the line. Everything is pretty much just assembling since everything is pre cooked. Fast food with a hip vibe.

No soap in the men's room . Makes you wonder how employees are (or are not) washing their hands???

In honor of the return of the mexican pizza, I had to review my favorite Taco Bell on the planet! Just take a bite and you'll be sold

They forgot to include my Quesalupa on the quesalupa combo order.

Food: Tried the shrimp cocktail (shrimp, avocado, tomato,…read morechili, and onion), birria sope, beef gordita, and birria tacos. Everything was flavorful and fresh. My favorites were definitely the birria tacos and the sope. Price: 3 birria tacos for $12 -- pretty fair pricing for the portion and quality. Atmosphere: Very packed, which is usually a good sign, but still nice and organized. Plenty of seating and the restaurant was decorated really well. Family-friendly atmosphere too. Service: Customer service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall: Good food, fair prices, lots of options, and a nice environment. Definitely would come back!

We drove out of our way to try this place and honestly it was a bit confusing to figure out where to order. There are two lines and it's not very clear which one we are supposed to get in for what. Especially because some of the items are duplicate on both menus. I noticed there was barely anyone in the "restaurant" line. Anyway, we sort of got a little bit of everything and wasn't completely brown away. I liked that they let you add your own toppings, and all of the sauces that have available were great. But the taco meats all sort of lacked a bit of flavor. Carnitas are my favorite but these were a bit inconsistent. Some pieces were very nice and juicy where others were hard to chew. I will say the place is very clean and spacious. They're pretty quick with your order as well. The food was lacking flavor for me personally. Overall, I don't think I would go back.

I came here during a visit to Fairfax and decided to see what was happening in here while visiting nearby Barnes & Noble. Nice clean spot with a bar and monitors. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded. I ordered the spicy mushroom, taco Bamba (skirt steak), and chicken (Peruvian). My biggest mistake was eating the spicy mushroom first. It was so hot, I could barely eat the other two. For my taste, I didn't enjoy any of the three. They just don't taste like Mexican tacos, and I guess that's the whole point. I guess I should be impressed by the variety of ingredients, but a good taco is a good taco. Sometimes a simple hamburger just beats a steak. Other diners looked happy and content, so I'm sure this place has their following. This is a strip mall with solid parking, retail stores, and other places to eat. I wouldn't call this a destination spot, with exception for the book store, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, and Capital Grille. The main section of the parking lot was quite full and all the stores along the mall appear to track solid business. I was hoping to sit down and eat at the bar, but it was empty with no good games on TV when I visited, so I ordered takeout, which took about 12 minutes to prepare. I wish this place the best.

The signature fish is what we always go for, whether it's a bowl or taco. Their other tacos like chorizo, shrimp, steak etc are always so delicious! They have indoor and some outdoor seating. Service was friendly and fast- probably the best part of the visit. I ordered a tortilla soup and the small steak quesadilla. I did like you could order some "smaller" options. I originally wanted blackened fish tacos but got notice on their website that they were only doing blackened salmon which wasn't what I was craving. You get a number and your food is run out to you. The food came out pretty quickly while I was sitting outside. The small quesadilla came out first- it was a nice size, especially if you were getting other items. The steak had initially decent flavor - it almost reminded me more of barbacoa then steak. However as I had a few more bites, the steak was very greasy and the 2 cheese blend they used was a bit overwelming and fatty. I could only eat 2/4 without feeling a bit sick from the fat content. Also, I was surprised the quesadilla was served with no dips- no pico, no sour cream, no salsa for 9.75$ - feels a bit of a rip off. Now the real star of the unfortunate show- the tortilla soup. It was probably the worst tortilla soup I had. It was very brothy but without flavors- veggies were raw or undercooked and there were barely any tortilla pieces. They added a lot of chicken but the chicken was bizarre- most chicken tortilla soups have finely cut chicken or shredded chicken. It looked like they put in a whole scoop of taco chicken meat- the pieces were chunky, fatty, and barely fit on the spoon. Overall it was off putting, nothing melded together and with almost no flavor, I was left really disappointed. Did I get all the wrong things? Maybe. I may try it again one day but it was truly a huge let down.
