Lobby closed at 8pm due to only 4 people working.
Chip S.

Locked all entrance doors and closed Lobby at 8pm. Only 4 people working tonight. Meaning if you mobile ordered to walk in and pick up your order you are SOL. Which sucks. However you can sit in a long drive through line to get that walk in mobile order. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this taco bell. I see on some other reviews they may have done this before. I wouldn't mobile order here. They may only have 4 people working so you may have to wait 30 min to an hour in a long line. Do love some bathroom long Taco Bell but not for any amount of drive through wait. I mobile pre-order to be in and out.

06/16/21- Wednesday Our kids enjoyed the food! Thanks for the great customer service!!!

My last review was about nachos with low cheese. Maybe they could afford to fill the cheese if they didn't have such supply waste? This is hot sauce for a bowl and one soft taco. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Management - isn't there a "2 per item" guideline or something?

Whoever hired LIZ did such a great job ! She was so friendly definitely better than the last time I went to this Taco Bell. This was the best experience I've had at this Taco Bell. We received everything and the customer service was great. Definitely will be back again ! Thank you so much Liz (:

This location is terrible. It is impossible for them to ever get and order right or complete. Not sure they really even care.

This visit did not disappoint me. The tacos were delicious and flavorful. I also tried some recommended favorites of friends. The Lobster and Shrimp Taco was amazing. It was well seasoned and the scampi sauce was finger licking good! It was delightful and delectable bite. The Philly Cheesesteak was loaded with peppers, onions and lots of meat. It was a great tasting and fun taco. The Spicy Mango Margarita on happy hour was perfect. It had a nice kick and the tajin rim was the perfect touch. The ambiance is so cool for tacos. It's just the cutest place. A happy and colorful restaurant. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Service was good the waiter was pleasant. I took my mom with me and she enjoyed herself. I left feeling happy, full and SATISFIED! I think places deserve second chances. I can say it lived up to the hype and exceeded my expectations. It was an incredible experience and excellent visit.

The menu has so many tasty offerings and the food was delicious. However, the prices are, in my opinion, steep for street size food. My Mahi Mahi taco was delicious, but it was small. I was still hungry and could have easily ordered a second or even third taco BUT at $11 for one taco that was too steep for lunch. Instead, Dani and I PAID to split chips + salsa - not free, but a paid appetizer. Our server was so quiet we had trouble hearing him and he mostly left us to ourselves, occasionally dropping by to fill waters. Dream Tacos has excellent food, but the portion sizes and cost are far too steep for this area and for being a taco joint. Sadly, I don't think they will last at these ptoces in this location.

It is a fantastic spot, and I will absolutely be back! Ambience It has the ultimate hidden-gem vibe. The dining area is tucked away right in the back of the market, which gives it a super casual, no-frills, and highly authentic feel. They feature a giant menu packed with traditional Mexican dishes, so there is plenty to choose from. Service The service was efficient and helpful. They handle the massive menu well, and I really appreciated how accommodating they are with letting you customize your order, especially when it comes to picking your proteins. Food + Street Tacos (Tripa and Lengua): Particularly enjoyed these! Both the tripa (tripe) and lengua (beef tongue) were prepared perfectly and tasted incredibly authentic. + Quesabirria Tacos: These were absolutely on point. Rich, savory, and delicious. + Gigantic Burrito (with Lengua): This thing was massive! I love that you can choose any meat to go into it, and putting lengua in it was an awesome choice.

First of all the customer service wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. The cashier lowkey seemed annoyed as soon as I walked in. She wasn't like rude but she wasn't particularly nice either. Also, the pricing is kinda sketchy. They have a sign saying that the pricing they have up isn't accurate and is subject to change with inflation, which, I understand, but still. Even though it was kind of a red flag, I was already committed to the adventure! Plus, as much as I love food, I have no problem paying a premium for anything as long as the food is fantastic/the overall experience is worth it. I wanted to try a few things so I got the taco plate which comes with three tacos, and rice and beans and then I ordered two additional tacos a la carte so I could try other protein options. So the taco plate + 2 additional tacos (5 tacos total) up being $22.72. Which - seemed kinda wild, but whatever, obviously at this point, my expectations are through the roof! I got the Fajita Beef, Fajita Chicken, Al Pastor, Carnitas, and Barbacoa tacos. Unfortunately, none of them blew me away. The rice and beans were standard. The salsas were solid, as well, and extremely spicy! The fajita beef was the most flavorful of all the protein options, but everything else was just okay. Edible, yes. Fantastic? Absolutely not. I actually had to add more seasoning to each protein when I got home. Also, I noticed that, (with the exception of the fajita beef), the meat on the tacos was somehow pretty dry while the taco was greasy at the same time. Not sure how that's even possible. The Al pastor was the most disappointing. Not only was the flavor lacking, but it didn't come with pineapple, which is typically my favorite part. Also, nothing on the receipt was itemized, so I don't even know how much the taco plate was or if I was even charged correctly. For the price, I was expecting this to be an above average experience, but unfortunately, it was not. Definitely a bummer because I've been looking for a really good, tucked away, taco gem in the area, but baby this is NOT the one!

Creamy, flavorful, and great for sharing. For our meal, we tried a variety of items, including the shrimp taco, jerk chicken taco, barbacoa taco, and the chicken quesadilla. Everything came out fresh and hot, and I loved being able to sample different flavors. Each protein had its own unique seasoning, so every bite was a little different. I also ordered one of their margaritas, which paired really well with the meal, and we finished everything off with the churros. They were warm, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and a sweet ending to the experience. Overall, the restaurant had a fun, laid-back atmosphere, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. If you're looking for a spot with creative tacos, tasty appetizers, and a casual vibe, Torchy's Tacos is definitely worth checking out. I'd happily come back to try even more of the menu!

I went with the steak egg and cheese and a migas. Sitting at the bar area, they got our food out promptly. While the tastes were alright, they lacked some seasoning and the cheese wasn't melted like I saw with other tacos that came out. Maybe we just got unlucky with them? Their queso is still fire; we did start with one of those and it always hits the spot. Please don't change it Torchy's!

I really like to see local businesses do well. We finally got a group together to check out this…read moretaco place tucked away in the old Kroger shopping center. Here's the good stuff: they are open on Sundays and you can BYOB. We brought frozen daiquiris from down the road. Oh and the barbacoa tacos were good, not overly fatty, very tender , and they didn't skimp on the filling. The not-so-great parts: You order a the counter and they bring your food out on paper plates. Some items had prices listed, some didn't. Very confusing menu to say the least. We got the nachos with fajita meat and while they looked amazing, the chips were beyond stale, like they've been sitting around forever. And the queso was a watery soup. The Duranguesa tacos were so greasy, we never got past the first bite. Pass on these. The camarones a la diabla had zero heat, the sauce was weirdly sweet and watery, like a tomato soup. The rice was fine but bland. And instead of tortillas, it came with two rock hard pieces of toast. Harder than croutons ! Not even their watered down bland salsas could save this dish. Overall nothing our table ordered tasted good. Everything was bland and put together in a lazy way with the worst quality ingredients. Really disappointing experience. For now, I'm not planning on returning. I'll wait to see if other reviewers have a better experience. But for now it's a hard pass.
