Customers are not welcome here, no greeting at all. Took about 30 minutes to get food in the drive thru. They were also out of beef. I ordered another gordita at the window and they told me no at first because "she ran my card already" which they hadn't. Workers were wandering around while my soda sat in the soda fountain for a few minutes after it was poured. They did not suggest any sauces or included any. There is also a shortage of workers so their hours are very limited 'temporarily.' Do not go unless you want to overpay for food and service. I generally like Taco Bell and its hard to have an experience like this. Other similar reviews are not surprising. Its all management. read more

I am giving this terrible Taco Bell 2 stars because my drink was fine (you can't mess up drinks) and they gave me extra sauce. My taco and ZERO substance in it, I didn't go there for a tortilla shell, but that's what I got. I had zero meat in my taco and minimal lettuce, sour cream, etc. My prior experiences there have been similar. Not going to be giving them my business again... The food is fine, the issue is time. No one should wait 2 hours in the Taco bell drive thru. I understand there are staffing issues around town, but no other fast food location has their lobby closed during peak hours, and closes by 10pm when hours are well past midnight. Either management is terrible to employees or doesn't care. The store would be significantly more profitable with more employees as it takes longer to get food at Taco Bell than any other restaurant (including traditional sit-down) in Grand Forks. read more

The wait is excessive and the order is either incorrect or the food is thrown together with broken hard shells. Don't bother coming to this location, go to the one on 32nd ave instead. Every time I've come to this one my order has been wrong, it has taken forever to get my food, and the staff has been rude. he staff spends more time chatting and playing around than they do actually doing their job. I've had to go back every time to get something from my order that they missed, and the one time I sent my husband and he didn't check the bag he drove the 20+ miles home only to find 3 items missing and 2 of the ones they did decide to include completely wrong. I was in Grand Forks on Dec 28th. I went though the drive in at Taco Bell and placed an order. When I got to the window the operator said they had a couple of quesaritoes up and were putting them in with my order free of charge. I didn't even know what a quesarito was but I was impressed that they were giving the food away instead of throwing it out. Turns out the quesarito was very good and I will order it next time. I hope other restaurants follow suit and quit their needless waste of good food. Kudos to Taco Bell! read more

It's way better if you are able to go inside her because the jealous people going through the drive thru make a huge line and it take forever. Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged to place my order. Ordered a chalupa and a quesadilla and waited another 10 minutes to get my order. I've gone to this fast food place I don't know how many times and it's to the point you know you are going to have to wait at least 20 minutes for your food. Tonight I pulled up with two other cars in the drive through and 3 in the parking lot. I pull up to order and get told it's a 30-45 minute wait. With a total of 2 cars in front of me. Long wait times, terrible service and plenty of excuses for both! I have been craving Taco Bell for the last three nights. First night, we pulled up with three cars ahead of us...waited 30 minutes to pull up to the ordering station... only to figure out that they are only taking cash and they have a 25 minute wait on the food due to not cooking enough. Second night, we had one car ahead of us waited 15 minutes to order to be told yet again there is a 30 minute wait on any food due to "technical difficulties." Finally the third night! I do not know what is so different about tonight but one little thing I can see...is a blonde female working the drive through...another female not in a uniform but a white skirt and black dress top...literally had five cars ahead of us and only waited a total of 4 minutes for the entire process...the previous two nights there was a bunch of younger people "working." Three of which were running in and out of the back of the building making out in a car...fix it! This is a huge waste of the owners time and money. read more

I have been here a few times and the service is horrible. They have never gotten my order right, either messing up completely or forgetting to put food in the bag. Always check your bag here!! Last time I waited in line at the drive thru forever and should have pulled around and gone in but had already placed my order. Before driving away I checked my bag and of course the entire order was wrong. Went in to switch it for the correct items and the girl behind the counter acted like I was crazy, she then walked up to the manager (who was making food and was only about 10 ft away from me) and told her what was wrong. The manager said "well I don't want to deal with it" and then when the girl came back to get my correct order she had to ask me to repeat it 4 times before she could remember it (it was one hard and one soft taco). The manager then proceeded to make all of the new orders a head of mine before asking me one more time what my correct order was. The manager also had the cashier scold the drive thru cashier right in front of everyone. Couldn't believe the lack of management skills and rudeness of her to her employees. Worst Taco Bell I've ever seen. Management is awful. They can't keep a full staff employed so they close earlier than the advertised time. They pass this off as "computer problems," but everyday they're open until about 10pm then magically have computer problems again. went inside the store tonight at 7:02 p.m. and there was no one at the counter waiting for service, and a few sitting eating. A worker approached the counter and told me it would be a 30 minute wait. I asked her why when there was no one in line and she replied long lineup in the drive thru??? First of all why does drive thru have priority over someone physically coming inside to eat? Secondly, when I left there were 4 cars in drive thru? Such a shame this location just can not get their act together! The service is super slow, the restaurant is dirty and the hygiene is sub par to say the least. When the people cleaning the equipment grab your just cooked shell and toss it with their bare hands to the other side of the counter... can you say NASTY! I complained on their website and finally got a response after 2 weeks. They promised me a gift card but it took 2 months to get it and it was only worth $10 which was much more than I spent the previous visit. Sorry to say that on my return visit to use my gift card the service was just as bad and the place was still dirty. don't normally write reviews but i took the time out of my day because I've never been so angry about food! in canada we don't have the amazing cinnabun delights i always get when i take a trip to the states. my friend was coming home and tried to pick some up and they denied customer service and said they were shutting down due to lack of staff in the middle of the day. while there was still one person there he asked why they couldn't throw a pack of cinnabuns in a box and be done. considering it doesn't take much effort he was still turned away and my cinnabun craving remains unsatisfied. doesn't seem like a huge deal however reading all these other reviews makes a person question how bad does a management have to be until they just shut down this location down PERMINATLY. how unfortunate one individual can put such a bad label on a chain restaurant like taco bell. read more

Taco bell 25 years ago was my favorite fast food place growing up in Fargo. When the chili cheese burrito was introduced, I thought it was the best! Now at over twice the price and nearly half the size, they ruined it. Also, EVERY time we go through the drive through we get shorted one item. I'm not exaggerating. The last four times we've gone there it's happened. It almost seems intentional! After a quarter century I'm done with them for good. It's sad. read more

The wait times can be pretty ridiculous when going through drive through. I typically don't go inside, but the wait is normally long. It took 30 min to serve 5 vehicles in the drive through which might've been 12 people total. Actual restaurant serve times per guest is shorter than this fast food joint, however, the food typically is up to par, but if you're in any sort of rush you're better off hitting up paradiso or JL beers as the wait times are about the same. read more

I've waited over night to post this because I was very upset. Last night we stopped and ordered 3 taco salads and 2 empandas if the covers fit. Well they sort of stayed on but there was no sauce in the containers. One of the salads was pretty dark also. On the 26th of June I had ordered 3 taco salads and extra sauce. The covers came off so the salads were all over the bag plus no extra sauce. We do love taco bell but since the store on 32 nd closed we've been nothing but disappointed. There definitely needs to be a change in management. On the 26th I waited in drive thru line for 34 minutes. Great waste of time and gas. Any one willing to open another store???? read more

Yea the worst Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bells and I've been to some bad ones before especially while living in Alaska. Takes me about 45 minutes on average for the last 5 times I've been there to receive my food. They dont get 2 of the 5 things right on a 5 layer and have received in the past a cheesy bean and rice burrito without the beans and cheese... I wouldnt even trust these people to make me a bowl of cereal because they would probably forget the bowl before they started anything else. One last thing, I just went by there today, and went by in early December as well. Both closed, the December visit was on a Saturday around 3 p.m. and i went today, at 6:30 on a FRIDAY, doors locked, lights black, no one to be found except a few cars in the parking lot, and i know well enough today is not a holiday. Why do i keep coming back if every time I would give them less than a 1 star review, is because there isnt another taco bell within 70+ miles. read more
