New location on Beretania seems to be a fail, at least from the Drive Thru perspective. Lunch time today, Saturday, two guys sitting/talking/taking orders from the cars lined up out the driveway. One seemed to be on break, but given the 30 full minutes I was in the line (I started with about two more spaces behind me on arrival), one of them should have been inside cooking/packaging/or otherwise contributing to moving the production line along. Back when I worked fast food, you cross trained so you could do multiple jobs when needed. Back to the order taking guy...he did have a chair and umbrella, but there should be a covered area for an order taker if this is their normal order taking Plan B. Plus, there was no preview menu board until you are one spot away from the normal ordering station. He had a handheld 8 1/2" x 11", but not very practical. I do not see what benefit there was for production to have the order taker outside. It seemed clear the bottleneck was in the packaging and delivery, as my #6 was barely warm after less than a ten minute drive home. (If I take the time to pick it up inside, it is always still hot when I get home.) The order WAS correct, so I'll give them that. The order taker had obtained orders from 3 or 4 more cars behind me, and all of the cars from me up to the actual order station, probably 9 - 10 cars in a row total, then went back to his chair. By the way, there was only about 4, maybe 5, other cars in the entire parking lot that were parked and NOT in line, so they were not very busy inside. One last annoyance, and this is certainly not unique to TB: I'm not sure what the cashier was waiting for, but they held on to my CC until they could hand it out WITH the meal bag and drink. This makes it cumbersome at best to return the CC to my wallet, and the wallet to my pocket. Please hand the CC and receipt back together. Then hand out the food and drink. read more

Food was cold by the time we made it to the drive thru window from the order speaker and we received no taco sauce that the order taker specifically asked us which sauces we wanted. If you don't mind missing foods or waiting in line for almost an hour and a half then this place is for you. This taco bell on beretania has to be one of the worst on the islands. The customer service is going downhill, employee at the drive thru window was talking in a mumble can barely hear. I only ordered 1 item, nachos bellgrande with jalapenos instead i got nacho fries. How do you mistake nachos with fries wow? Workers get so mad when you check your bags in front of them but sometimes you just gotta check because it's normal for taco bell to mess up your order 100%. read more

Went to Taco Bell this morning, reach there at 6:55 am. Doors open at 7:00, while waiting I had ordered my food online. An employee was exiting the back door, emptying rubbish, but never acknowledge me. 7:05 am doors are still closed, 7:06 mgr arrives. I had informed her if she's going to open soon. She said they open at 7:00 a.m. it was past 7:00 already. She finally opened the door at about 7:08 a.m. as I entered she turned away and walked towards the back never acknowledge him me or greeting me. Morale is down, it all reflects on the manager. Note: Almost immediately after I wrote this review, I received messages from the business with apologies, letting me know they will address the issues that occurred with my order. I was also offered a free meal during my next visit. I really appreciate the outreach and offer. IMHO smart business personnel pay attention to reviews, both good and bad, and use them to help make things better. Most of the time it seems reviews are ignored. Worse, I've seen a few times where owners and managers attacked reviewers. Regardless of your views of Taco Bell, kudos to them for paying attention and responding. I somewhat shamefully confess I love Taco Bell. I know not everyone shares this sentiment. I don't have it very often anymore, but it's my birthday today and it's what I wanted. My favorites include any of the crunchy tacos, the Crunchwrap Supreme, and the Beefy 5-layer burrito. I've had delivery from this location before a few times without issue. The food was always hot and tasty and the orders were correct. Unfortunately, my birthday order was an exception. I ordered a dozen Cinnabon Delights (a stand-in for birthday cake), but it was left out of the order. The tacos were cold and getting mushy. The tomatoes were on their last legs, close to being spoiled. I paid extra for "supreme" versions of each item, and that includes sour cream, but only a very small dab of sour cream was on each item. I know that these are first-world problems and mean nothing in the grand scheme of things. I know that we have a lot more to worry about right now. Gave this location a second chance because the last time was horrendous (long wait, tons of people waiting, rude cashier, wrong order) and I'm glad I did! The people working today were very friendly and efficient. I got my order very quickly and it was right! Still haven't gotten a response about my issue with the rewards app that I submitted, but who knows if they even check that! Main thing is I would come back to this spot. I ain't trying to snitch but they need better workers, especially since this taco bell just had the revamp/renovation. What's the point of the fresh look if nothing else improves? Came here to try the new grilled cheese dipping taco and it tasted pretty good. The Mexican pizza, chicken quesadilla, tacos, chips where all pretty good too. Where it gets a usual 3 for pretty good. Per the app, I went thru the drive through but was told I had to park and come inside despite the app's instructions (see photo). I had to get out of the drive thru line and find parking. Once inside I ask the cashier why I had to come inside even though the app said to pick up via drive thru. She ignored me! Horrible, horrible customer service. I used their app to order some food and used the T-Mobile coupon, which gave me a free taco. After ordering, my receipt said $0.00 for the free taco. I went up to the counter, gave my name, and was able to get my order pretty quickly. The staff were nice in the beginning. I ate my taco and then I got a notification that Taco Bell charged me for my free taco! I immediately went up to the cashier and stated that they charged me. I wanted my money back. They immediately said that it wasn't their fault and that they can't do anything. I said, "I ordered on your app, so you are responsible for all of the changes." I only come here after work, around 11-11:30 pm. Drive thru wait time can be 30+ mins, so unless you're really craving Taco Bell, you might as well go somewhere else or eat at home. Food quality is alright, though I do find that the crunchy tacos and Doritos tacos fall apart every single time. Bottom of the shell gets soggy and ends up splitting in half. Just got back from this Taco Bell. I ordered two cantina chicken burrito meals, I got one sauce for two cantina burrito meals and both nacho cheeses were 25 percent filled ( enough cheese for about 5 nachos. My burritos were super dry. I don't recommend getting anything from here. read more

Worst fast food experience. Used the mobile app to do an in store pick up. However, I didn't realize that the store would have closed before my order was ready. I wish that in store pick up wasn't an option and said could only do drive thru. After that being said, I waited in my car with my kids until order was ready for pick up. I tried going to the door but doors were locked since they closed at 9p. (I placed my order at 8:58p, order was ready at 9:05p). Ended up going around parking lot to get in the super backed up drive thru line that had about 12 cars. I had to wait for over 30 mins to pick up my food. My husband and my 5 layer burrito looked like a 2 layer with 2 tortillas in them.
