So how could they provide me with so much sauce and so many napkins and forget about my cinnamon twist. After waiting almost an hour in the drive thru you would think everything would be good. Well it wasn't, my sons food was dry. My husband and my 5 layer burrito looked like a 2 layer with 2 tortillas in them. I didn't get my Doritos locos taco that was supposed to come with my deluxe cravings box and the chalupas had next to nothing in it. Not even my sour cream. I'm getting so over Taco Bell. Since the Mexican pizza "came back" I've been excited to get my Taco Bell fix like I used to when I was younger. First, this is a crappy location because there's an overflow on the street. And if the line is long, it causes traffic. Every time I go here, NO MEXICAN PIZZA. Why did Taco Bell even "bring it back"?! It's annoying AF. This TB is the absolute worst, and I've given it three chances. Never again. The burritos include such a mass of onions that they're inedible. The beef crunch wraps should be called "stale old cold wraps:" no beef and flat as the 49er flapjacks from the Original Pancake House (which btw ARE yummy!). Newly renovated and open 24 hours I would expect that this would be a great experience. the parking lot was empty and the line for the drive through was not crowded.... So I thought that it would be a fast service. NO. When I first walked into this Taco Bell there was a customer already complaining about that they did not get her order correct (I didn't think much).. didn't order a extravagant order (taco party pack and power bowl) I waited almost 10-15 mins for my order. The person behind me got their order before I did. It seems like they cater to the drive through orders in stead of the walk in customers. It's funny because there was a lot of employees making food bUt not my order. I could hear one of the managers yelling at the employees on how come my order is not being made when she asked the staff if the front people food were made. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I decided to try give this location another chance. I was desperately craving another steak quesadilla, so I brought my girlfriend with me to enjoy the craving. As I arrived, I ordered on the kiosk so we got to order for our liking. But, after waiting for around 10 minutes, we didn't get our food so I confronted the cashier working. The male cashier there was patience and respectful, but me and my girlfriend waited for 30 minutes for our food, and it wasn't even that busy. They weren't understaffed or anything, they had like 6-7 workers on the kitchen, and they can't even get my two steak quesadillas that I was craving. The male worker had to tell the kitchen workers TWICE about our order, and when we got our order one of the workers THREW OUR ORDER ON THE COUNTER. Taco Bell is a great place to get food. They're prices are inexpensive and they are pretty quick. Sometimes, I like to order from Pizza Hut, which you cannot order from in the drive through line. A quick tip though, is if you and someone else are going to eat there, but one of you wants Pizza Hut food instead, be sure to order from Pizza Hut first. They usually take a long time, between 10-15 minutes to cook the pizzas. And Taco Bell is pretty quick with their orders. Whenever my other half wants Taco Bell and I want something from Pizza Hut, we always order from Pizza Hut first. If we order at the same time, my food comes out way after he has already eaten his food. When you eat here later in the night, the dinning area is open until 11pm on the weekends. Be careful and be mindful, because the last few times we have eaten here late, there were some pretty interesting characters that still in. Tonight, there were some druggies, drunks and a few crazies. Not to make fun of other people, but why come to a walk in dinner area if you are plastered, high or not all there!!! I mobile order my food and no matter if it's drive through or picking up from inside-- expect to wait roughly 20-30 minutes. Sadly, today I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. Roughly 10 cars in the drive through line. When I've tried to go inside on previous occasions, I've watched as the drive through line beats my mobile order but only slightly. There is either a volume/ demand issue and corporate needs to consider a second location and/or management needs to figure out the efficiency issues of this location. read more

Worst drive through experience in town. It appears they put all orders including walk up into the same queue so dreadfully slow as walk up inside has multiple kiosks. For the past few months, the wait here has been ridiculous (30ish minutes from when you get in the drive thru line to when you get your order). If you order on the app, don't rely on it being accurate for your order being "ready". On multiple occasions, the app said it was ready but I waited at least 15 minutes for my order. The drive thru line typically goes onto the street. Most times, it's because there are just so many people in line. But sometimes, I see that there is someone taking orders while standing in the parking lot instead of near the menu board, leaving gaps large enough for several cars to pull into. read more

I got my refund after opening a soggy Chalupa with tiny bits of beef (no where near a double that they promise). There was no cheese sauce and had a messy, nauseating look to it.
