I stopped here on the way home from a camping trip because I was craving a bean burrito. This particular location looked really good from the outside because it's one of their newer stores so I was expecting it to be a good experience. I walked in and one employee was messing with the soda machine and having trouble getting a part reconnected. There were three other employees behind the counter and I was the only customer. A female employee looked at me and said "she'll be with you in a minute". I guess she meant the employee struggling with the soda machine. Another employee chatted with the employee messing with the soda machine and fixed himself a drink. Then he took my order. I got my food quickly from the fourth employee, who then yelled across the counter at the employee working with the soda machine (I was expecting him to say this customer wants to get soda) and told her she can't leave a bucket on the counter. That's right, a bucket. It was a bright yellow cleaning bucket. My burrito was fine. But the experience was strange. I know I was at a Taco Bell and not a Michelin award-winner, and I know COVID has caused staffing issues, but basic cleanliness and customer service are generally something you can get most places. read more

This place has to be one of, if not the best, Taco Bells ever. It is exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly and on-task. The food is always prepared to my specifications. I order on my app and pick up in person or in the drive thru and it is always ready exactly as I've ordered. That is not always the case other places. In addition, the staff is never rowdy or talking about inappropriate things. Now this does not bother me when I see it as I, myself, worked pizza places as a teen and know it can be boring. But the fact that they don't do this means they've been trained well and respect their jobs and management. That says a lot. read more

As we first walk in, a girl who works there is standing talking to another coworker. They decided to finish their conversation before waiting on us. I should have left right then, but we had been on the road for awhile and were hungry. After ordering we went to take a seat the tables are dirty. The chairs even worse sticky to the touch, with years of nasty grime on the seats, backs, and legs. Yuck plain just nasty. There is no pride by management or team members in this store. The food was good. The kid that took our order was nice and friendly. There was another crew member in the back who was mocking my daughter while she was ordering her food. Then as we are leaving we notice a pit bull walking around inside the store. It belonged to a guy who was inside. I am assuming he was a friend or family of the manager as they acted like old friends and he was not told to take dog outside. I can tell you for a fact this was not a service dog.
