There were two cars in the drive through so I thought it would be easier than going inside. 30 minutes after placing my order my toddler started crying in the back seat. When we finally got to the window I had to ask them to pour me a new freeze because mine had been sitting there melting the whole time. No napkins, no receipt, no customer service regarding the insanely long time I was stuck in that line. If there hadn't been a curb blocking the side of the drive through lane I would have left without waiting for my food. Other places have been known to ask the front car to pull into a parking space if they are holding up the line like that. People only give a fast food restaurant a rating when they want to complain. I'm different. I've been going to Taco Bell since the mid 1900's! This one is incredible. Whoever is working the window is always friendly and, after a long night of working at the bar, they're even friendly late, which is amazing. When you go inside, the food looks like the picture! The food flavor, temperature and delivery time were all okay, That is the good part. The service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was a new item on the board that I asked about, was given a description, ordered and found it not to be at all as described. When I went to get a table, only one was being used in the dining area. the rest had food smeared on them so I had to clean a table before I could sit to eat. They weren't all that busy so the casher, appeared to be very tired as he laid down over the top of his register and shut his eyes for a very quick nap. This was interrupted when the employee from the window came over and they started goofing around. I guess if you don't mind eating whatever comes out of the back, cleaning your own table, and enjoy watching workers that sleep and goof around, they may have earned 3 stars. This taco bell has never let me down. We used to walk here from Granada during high school when they still had open campus. They're food is always good. Which is good, because there are some nights that taco bell is the only thing that sounds appealing. It's on my way home from work too. The Carmel apple empenada is one of my favorites. The one drawback with this location is the sometimes huge drivethru line, like stretched through the parking lot. I don't know if it's just a popular location or slow service, or both. read more

Okay, this Tacobell is the ONLY one in town that can get a damn chicken quesadilla cooked right!!! I live across town but I make the drive because their food is cooked better here. Including the 5 layer burritos. This is also the only Tacobell that is open later than the others. It used to be 3am I'm not sure what it is now, but I love me some late night tacos. Amanda, the lady who works in drive thru, she is amazing. Absolutely amazing. She makes it a better experience even if its just 2 minutes at the window. She's hilarious and she's never made a mistake with my order (i don't know who would be the one to blame if there was a mistake) I'm a huge Tacobell fan so it goes a long way when my food is cooked correctly and when the order is correct. I also love seeing Amanda, she recognizes me and my friends every time because of how much we frequent this place. read more

I came here with my girlfriend at 12:15am for a late night snack and I was greeted in such a friendly manner as soon as I pulled up to the window. Scott Danovan was the man working the window that night. We told him we needed a minute at the window and he said "no problem" he said, "are menu has a lot on it now and a few things have changed so let me know if you need help finding anything" we said, "okay thank you" we figured out what we wanted and then told him we were ready. He asked if we wanted anything else and we said, "no" he then said, "You have a girl there with you, you might want some sweets. We have some great Cinnabon's have you tried them?" We chuckled from his comment and said, "no" he then said, "they are really good and I don't like sweets but I know you'll like them" we said okay so we ordered them. We drove to the window and he gave us our drinks and asked what sauces we needed. My girlfriend couldn't remember what sauces they had and he said in a polite and friendly way all the varieties they had. He left to go and get our food and when he came back he said "I know you'll love these cinnabons and if you don't, come back and I'll refund you but I know you'll like them" he handed us our bag and said, "check and make sure you got enough sauces there" and we replied, "we do thank you" he said, "to have a great night and be safe." This I must say is one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had. I'm so impressed with his upbeat attitude especially for how late it was. This is some of the best service even better than most servers in restaurants. Thank you so much Scott for being so friendly and caring when we came. There's a hair in my Fricken food. When I pulled up to the drive thru I was told to wait & so I did. & after 5 minutes they took my order. Which took another 3 minutes.. All I asked for was 4 chicken grillers. & it took him a few minutes to enter it when it should only take less than 30 seconds. Anyway. I paid for the food went home, sat Infront of the TV & started eating............ Then I saw a few white hairs in it. Never coming here ever again! Plus the burnt the food! smh. I'd been to this location before and wasn't too impressed with the service, but I decided to give them another shot (Spoiler: it didn't end well). Walked in and ordered a crunch wrap supreme. This crunch wrap supreme was the only item I ordered and there weren't many people waiting. I looked in the back and they looked really understaffed and the drive thru was packed, so I expected to be waiting a while, but not as long as I did. I was acknowledged that my food was taking a while at around 15 minutes so I was cool with that. However, I waited longer and around 25 minutes I was acknowledged again, and I figured it couldn't be too much longer. After 40 minutes and still no food, I finally got fed up and asked for either my food or a refund. I guess the incentive got them to give me my food.
