This time, I got my usual favorite, the spicy potato taco, and it was just as good as always. I also tried a salad taco for the first time. it was decent, especially for $2.99, so it's a solid deal. And of course, I had to get my go-to dragonfruit agua fresca. it's one of the best I've had at any Taco Bell. Super star service and amazing workers! I drive thru and get eggs and ice tea each day. They have an amazing staff. The main star of the show is Ada!!! She is usually in charge of the drive thru. She is professional, friendly, quick and on point with her customer service skills. I can tell she's a natural leader and I swear if she ran for president - she'd have my vote. The manager is also great. He's professional and very focused on customer service. I also see the entire team outside washing down the surrounding area and cleaning. I'm very impressed!! This was rough. Opened the bag and it looked like everything got tossed around lettuce and cheese everywhere, sauce packets just thrown in. Packaging was messy and didn't hold up at all. The taco itself felt half done. Barely filled, uneven, and just not put together with any care. This place is ridiculous. They don't even know the difference between a burrito and a taco. The cashier's name on the receipt was Jose Garcia. When I do speak about this, there's no lies if anything is the truth. I would proceed to tell you what happened on March 3, what had happened was when I went inside the drive-through in Taco Bell I was not greeted with a hello how are you? Are you ready to order?" not only that is very rude but unprofessional while working during your shift., the person that answered the phone or the call was Julia R with braces, with big lips. I had ordered a steak, Chalupa and a chicken quesadilla . She had asked me "are you done ordering? Is that all?" I was shocked even baffled. Julia was also cashier so I have seen her and she said the total and give our card back. Then we had asked her if everything okay because she was highly rude and obviously uneducated base off her behavior and equity. She probably don't even know what that word means. Taco Bell is not real Mexican food, so if you want that you are not even close to the right place. What they have is fast, cheap eats, sort of Mexican food. Don't get me wrong they have tacos, burritos and even churros, but that does not make for the taste and texture of Mexican food. It is tasty though and we like it very much. When on a budget this is the place to go. During Covid you can't eat inside, but the drive thru is open and delivery is also easy. The store is super clean and the service so very friendly. This Taco Bell always seems to have pretty lengthy lines, however it's so worth it! :) all the food is made fresh and I haven't had any errors on my orders. I decided to try the new TACO BELL CHICKEN WINGS from the menu! They were sooo crispy, fresh and delicious! I couldn't stop eating it on my drive! The oil they were fried in was fresh as well. Every bite was hot and crunchy. The skin on the outside of the wings were my fav part! The tacos were just as great. It was just disappointing that the Freeze machine wasn't working at the time. I was really interested in trying the Strawberry Crème Breeze but it wasn't available. Still, a great choice of quick fast food for decent prices. Taco Bell released its collab with Cheez-It and one of the items being the crunchwrap (my fave), I had to give it a try. It was just okay. The flavor of the Cheez-It cracker came through ever so slightly, but it was nothing special. I prefer the original crunchwrap supreme. We also had the mexican pizza, crunchy tacos (regular & supreme), and a beefy burrito. Everything was underwhelming, but I think it's my preference that changed. On a positive note, the drive-thru time was quick (this location always has a long line every time I drive by), the person taking the order was very nice, and they got our order correct which is always a plus! read more

Taco Bell is my guilty pleasure because of the Crunchwrap. I don't have an issue with the Employees there because they work hard. My issue is their drink refill policy at this location. I ordered my food on the window and the cashier gave me my soda first. I started drinking my soda while waiting for my order because in any and every Taco Bell, you have open access to the soda machine. When my food was finally ready, I asked if I can get a refill on my soda and they said they don't do soda refills. Excuse me? I'm not about to argue with the employees though because it's probably the store imposing this policy. But it's ridiculous. They should have a notice stating "NO REFILLS" on the front. If we can get free soda refills at the Taco Bell locations around me, why is this one an exception? So I guess no Baja Blast for me. read more
