We stopped here on the way back from Athens and we never will again. This place was absolute garbage. The drink machine only had maybe 1 item that tasted fresh. We ordered multiple food items and didn't get everything that we ordered. It took them 17 minutes to get our food ready and they weren't even that busy. When I confronted them about the food they took 12 minutes to make 2 hard shell tacos, a Mexican pizza and 1 soft shell taco. Not to mention when they remade the Mexican pizza it looked and tasted terrible. I don't know what was worse seeing the white mans belly hanging out of his shirt that was working behind the counter or the shit pie they made us that was suppose to be a Mexican pizza. The worst Taco Bell ever!!! Placed a mobile order and went to get it. Pulled into the "mobile order" parking spot. As I pulled up, an "employee" walked by the front doors. I went up to enter the store and the doors were locked. I looked inside and tapped the door, a male who was clearly not an employee stuck his tongue out and raised his hands to gesture " what". I then drove to the window and the rudest "employee" I have ever dealt with snatched open the window and said I was supposed to check in at the drive through. I told her I wanted to pick up a mobile but couldn't get in to do so. She practically threw the bag at me. When asked who the manager is, she made a noise and slammed the window. pls understand what i'm saying worked for tacobell for 41/2 months i was bullied,discriminated,and was fired wrongfully ,because i found out that my hours manipulated from the same who was bullying me because of me knowing if i loose my job i would be homeless..she threaten me if i carry on with the meetng her boss pertaining to my hours being stole .i went through with the meeting .i got fired for attendance .now i worked on my day off as well my schedule. i have screenshots of her bullying me to come in on my day if i dnt come in dnt come back..i have audio of it the bullying ..smh .since then i became homeless and helpless ..she threatened my job through my friends that i knew ...and i have not gotten my separation papers because she cant find anyone to co-sign with her and gm who is now in cooperate elevation ..i'm going to be in the cold wondering why is this happening? cooperate will not answer my calls to check on my complaint .i have uncontrollable diabetis? and was discriminated and pressed for that and knowing my job was my lifeline ..and can't go to the dr and my mental health help cause of this depression have became unbearable..so pls prayers this christmas for me and ppl like at this tacobell in madison ga .cause its ppl gets mistreated on no breaks,manupulation of hours that cant eveb get christmas gifts for they love ones.but cant afford to leave ecause of homelessness will follow .. read more

Came in on a Sunday around 2pm. No one in the drive thru and no one inside, yet the lady inside told us to order at the kiosk and then walked away. The kiosk was not user friendly and trying to order several items and customize them was time consuming. We ended up leaving. Pure laziness of the staff members not to take anyone's order and insisting on the kiosk. I can understand if there was a line and the time consuming kiosk may be quicker then waiting in line but the fact that we were the only ones inside and there was no one in the drive thru was insane. Other employees were just sitting at the tables hanging out. Only positive was the bathroom was clean so I will throw in 1 star for that reason. Don't recommend this taco bell at all. read more

The website says you open at 9 it is now 9:17 the lady working sat in her car until we pulled up then told us she doesn't open for another 10 more minutes so she put a literal cone behind our car so no one could order after us. People were trying to get in line after us but left as we should've . The lady was ugly to us and yelling on the microphone then still talking when we pulled up to the window. Drive Thru wait took 20 minutes, and there was only one car in front of us. Very rude woman at the window. They finally gave us our food a simple order of soft tacos and a couple bean burritos. Then... made us pull around to wait for our drinks!! The tacos were a mess, with half the meat on outside of the taco stuck to the side, and the burritos were the wrong thing! I love Taco Bell, but my experience today had too many things go wrong. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and asked for beans instead of beef. Also, I ordered a wild naked chicken chalupa because I wanted to try it! I was asked to wait by the front door after ordering in the drive through, and I didn't mind waiting at all! Then, after I had gotten back to work to eat my food, I did not have a wild naked chicken chalupa, and my Crunchwrap supreme had black beans instead of the refried beans. They are supposed to put refried beans. If they were out of refried beans, I wish they would have just let me know, and I probably would have ordered something else. The black beans were just not good on the Crunchwrap. I was very disappointed in my experience today. read more

Waited in line for over 20 minutes for 1 meal in the DRIVE THROUGH. There was a divider blocking us in so we couldn't pull out after waiting, and so we had to just sit there. So much for FAST FOOD! I went to this location on 22Nov16 at 1207pm. Greeted by the cashier Marcenia L, she appeared that she didn't want to be there and that she didn't want to take our order. No a welcoming mood. We got our food in an okay time due to the amount of customers vs staff on hand. The quality of food was horrible! Made a huge mess.
