Recently visited Taco Bell before a sporting event for my child. The staff was super friendly and the drive through moved quickly, but we opened our food and one taco literally exploded and wasn't edible without creating a crazy mess. The quesadilla was super hot from the grill, but the interior chicken was cold. The new empanada was also messy and just didn't taste good. We typically rely on Taco Bell for fast food but this experience wasn't great when it came to food quality. read more

When you crave a cheap, basic taco then Taco Bell is the drive-thru to hit up. It doesn't make sense to me to buy ingredients at the grocery and dirty up our kitchen on Taco Tuesday when I can get it as cheap there. My family of 4 got the 12-pack of tacos. You can choose hard or soft shell, or a mixture. Don't forget the mild or hot sauce. We also enjoyed the party pack of nachos with cheese, beans, guacamole, meat, sour cream and jalapeños. We had a great night eating tacos on the TV trays and watching The Shining. Doesn't get much better. read more

Have had problems with this location in the past but they've always fixed it. Order my usual (crunchy tacos, no lettuce/extra cheese and bean and cheese burrito with no onions) get my order tacos are fine. Bean and cheese is LOADED with onions. Go to the door and knock since the door is locked. No one even tries to communicate with me through the door. Go back through the drive though. Kid asks "was something forgotten in your order" said "the two bean and cheese burritos were not supposed to have onions on them" then he tries to charge me for them. Pull around to the window and he passes out the remade bean and cheese. Now there is lettuce in them. You would think "hey. They're busy" nope. 8pm and there was one car in front of us and one behind. If someone comes in and says "no onions" or "no lettuce" you'd think they'd be extra careful to make sure none accidentally were added. read more

It's 1045AM, went to get breakfast. Go through the drive through and sit there... nobody greeted me for several minutes. I drive around to the front and a girl walks out looking at me all confused. I roll my window down and ask "are you guys not open?" And she goes "kinda." I said what do you mean kinda? She goes "the manager made a run because were running out of everything" How do you not have your store prepared to OPEN even after a full hour of being open? I'm not saying it's this managers fault but maybe whoever closed the night before? Who knows, I'm pissed because I missed breakfast. This is the worst Taco Bell ever. At 11:45pm on a Monday night I was informed at the speaker that there was a 5 item limit as they were short staffed and that they were out of cups and something else. No idea why the item limit as it was a Monday night and there was no one in front of me or behind me in the drive through. Last week they ran out of tortillas. 2 weeks before they ran out of beans and cheese. This is poor management at its finest. The things they run out of would be like Baskin Robbins running out of ice cream. If they can't even get staff in there to handle 1 car in the drive through every 30 minutes on a Monday night, much less a Saturday night, then maybe they should pay their staff more or think about closing their doors. Worst Taco Bell ever. Gimpy guy with crutches says their not open at 11:45. I literally came here two weeks ago and the dudes were smoking pot in the parking lot, when they saw me waiting at the order screen, they slowly walked inside.
