She even took a moment to compliment my hooded sweatshirt from the Hudson Valley Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics . I shared with her that my wife and I participate every year to help raise money, and she was genuinely kind and engaging about it. That small interaction really set the tone for the visit. Everything was cooked to perfection--my burger was exactly how I like it: fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and my fries were great too! I then asked if they could add Cajun seasoning to my fries, and without hesitation, Jocelyn said "absolutely" with a smile . Carlos took care of it right away and handed them back--no attitude, no problem at all . On top of that, the place was very clean. The floors were spotless, everything was well-stocked, and the whole environment felt organized and welcoming. I've been to other Five Guys locations where peanuts are all over the place and things can feel a bit messy, but this one was the complete opposite--nice and clean all around .
