Every time I come to this Taco Bell it's the same experience. The employees barely acknowledge customers and act like nobody is standing there waiting. Service is unbelievably slow even when there's barely a line. The food is either cold, old, made wrong, or missing items completely. On top of that, the vibe is awful -- the dining area feels dirty, unorganized, and uncomfortable, making the whole experience even worse. It's frustrating spending money just to get poor service and food that tastes like it's been sitting there for hours. Would not Recommend trying to pull off a late night Taco Bell run here. Waited in the Drive Thru Line from 10:40-11:30 only to get to the drive thru speaker and their automated voice system relayed a "sorry at this time we are closed". Business hours were stated otherwise. I would have appreciated it more if an employee had come out to announce they were shutting down further operation due to complications (staffing, food, or otherwise.) Quite the opposite of a "fast" food establishment. But maybe that's just God's way of telling us we deserve better quality food. read more

Taco Bell in Navarre is nice! I go frequently and it is always really clean, pretty good customer service, and the food is consistent. I give it four out of five stars simply bcs there have been multiple times where my food takes forever bcs there is a hiccup somehow. Other than those times, they usually are so nice and even will throw in a free item for my wait. I really like the associate, Vilma. Vilma is super sweet and friendly. Every time I go in and she is working, I leave smiling because she is so positive and attentive. People like Vilma make the world a better place! Having gone other times the server/s either handed out the window a tray to place your money in or credit card charger. Always young servers. My wife's bean burrito outer tortilla was like cardboard and the inside was cold. My 5 laver burrito was also cold and tasted like mush. We decided to go to TacoBell, because my friends needed to sober up. TacoBell is the perfect drunk food that's not Waffle House. The inside was closed, perfectly fine, but the neon sign that said DRIVE THRU OPEN was on, so we went to the drive thru just to find out that the menu light was off and no one would even let us know that they were closed. I asked if tomatoes still come on the supreme and they said yes but still they never put them on the taco. I started adding extra tomatoes and still they don't put them on the taco 95% of the time! So here is the deal. ANY good review this store has is from friends or family of the staff. I've worked as a restaurant manager for 14 years of my life. This store is so so poorly managed. The staff can not be held accountable. A manager needs to follow through. The Drive thru orders are ALWAYS missing something. I don't just go once and assess. On 12 separate visits, 12 orders were missing an item. That's not "wrong item" (which are many) but missing. Next, the order and products are always inconsistent. Too much sauce, not enough, too much lettuce, not enough, too much meat, not enough, etc etc. The portion control is insane here. The food cost must be all over the map. I could spend time doing Corp management training and after that spend 1 month in this store and have it whipped into shape. I have to believe the labor hours are as bad as food consistency. I hope your area manager reads these reviews. I know you're thinking "why do you keep going back"? But as a vegetarian living inn Navarre resident I don't have any other fast food options. I still go because They have vegetarian options. Which most fast food do not. But my God theu continue to fail. Ive been to TB locations all around as Ive left ved in many states. CA, OR, AR, FL and this one sucks the lost. Always short on ingredients. Food always taste old. Those are only complaints but they are enough. Ive managed many casual dining restaurants in my life.
