This has been the worst Taco Bell experience my family and I have ever experienced. We waited in line for 25 minutes trying to be patient and once at the window my husband tried to say hello and the worker (who was the manager) ignored him completely and just rattled off the total. My husband then said is everything okay? I give two stars because usually this place is good. Food is hot and I enjoy it. This time the food felt and tasted like it sat around a while before purchase. Well had a bad visit in the past with Taco Bell and dummy me gave them another chance and low and behold they screwed up again. This time it wasn't crappy food they just completely forgot my food in my bag! The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of the quality of service and product it delivers! This Taco Bell is like the others. Staffed by a bunch of (probably underpaid) school-age kids, they want nothing more than for you hurry up with your order and leave them alone! I don't blame them for it. I was the same way. But, like ALL Taco Bells, they find it very difficult to get an order correct, which goes back to the teenage thing. At least they don't argue when you say that your order is wrong. It's a great place to grub, especially late at night since they are the latest joint open. read more

So I am revising my old 1 stat review. This store has really turned a corner. It used to be very unreliable in drive thru and food quality was inconsistent and very poorly prepared. But not any more. Placed order online. Went to pick it up and the store parking lot was closed for repaving. Drive thru line was long so we decided to go in and get our order. Checked it while on the way home, it was wrong. They forgot our Quesadilla and crunchy taco and gave us something we weren't sure what it was. Went back in the store and they knew they forgot quesadilla. They tried giving us a soft taco instead of crunchy. Staff did not want to acknowledge me and whole process took about 30 minutes. I'm so upset about my visit our local Taco Bell. After a long day at work, my kid soccer practice we decided to pick up Taco Bell to save me the time of cooking. I order 3 supreme crispy tacos and two soft tacos for my son one beef one chicken both just with cheese. I got asked 3 times at the window drive thru about the soft tacos. Making sure there was one chicken and one beef only with cheese. Apparently there was a confusion. I verified the order not only once but 3 times ! I got charge 1.39 for the beef taco and 2.19 for a chicken taco. Well my surprise is when I get home I got both soft tacos but BOTH Soft tacos had ONLY CHEESE only cheese! I'm furious since I had to cook dinner for my 9 year old since he wasn't just going to eat a cheese taco. But I also got charge for something I didn't get!!! Sad that one Taco Bell can create a bad reputation for all of them. I also tried calling this Taco Bell store and seems like they unplugged the phone. Now, lucky for them I'm usually drunk and willing to wait for those tacos, but it really is ridiculous. The dollar menu is really a $1.50 menu! What an advertising ripoff! Not 3 burritos for $3, 2 burritos for $3. Stupid counter person said " It's almost a dollar" like that makes it OK. The runny cheese food product that gets drizzled in the mix taste like wax and flour. read more

I don't understand how this chain allows itself to operate so poorly. There is always a line and it's not because of outrageous demand for the quality food. The service is slow. Obviously poor management when you have a line wrapped around the building and people are cleaning instead of helping push orders out. Priority and time management. It's been like this for 2 years. If you want to get the wrong order and then when you tell them they made a mistake and be ignored, this is definitely the place to go! Been 3 times received, 3 wrong orders, voiced my complaint 3 times, and still left with the wrong order 3 times. They are always rude. Like I get you work fast food and it sucks but you chose you job. Work it with som dignity. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have been to. Every few months I give them a chance and they always fuck up one simple request.....I ask for no sour cream and I always get sour cream. I get my food to go so I don't find out until I'm home and by then I'm not wasting the time to drive back. This location will probably never get my service again. read more

Normally, I give this place 5 stars. Great food (for a Taco Bell) fastish service, and nice employees. We were there 20 minutes ago, and they left out part of our order and gave us the wrong kind of sauce. We ordered 1 hard shell taco, 1 quesadilla, 1 griller, and 1 order of chips and cheese. When we got home, no chips or cheese, and all mild sauces instead of hot. I've worked in fast foot before, and it is not that difficult to do things correctly. read more
