Cameron, absolutely amazing gentleman. As a late night bartender with a select amount of options for food when I get out, taco bell is always my first choice. For the food yes; but also just to get to experience a wonderful conversation with Cameron. An absolutely amazing gentleman who's always able to put a smile and laugh on my face. Through the small interactions i get "as he's always trying to attend and please the next guess behind me". Cameron is always so kind, professional, polite, respectful, and enlightening. Have been to this location several times, always had a good experience. last time i went was pretty late, almost 4am and the food quality was good and service was friendly, especially for that time slot. We all know how things can turn out late at night at a fast food restaurant. But turns out there was nothing to worry about! I went here during the morning and the service and food were surprisingly good. The inside is new and clean, as this is a new location. My only gripe is trying to get attention from a cashier/worker can be difficult. using the app is fine, ordering from the kiosk is fine. But in 1 case, we received our food but did not receive drinks. Trying to flag down someone from the back to get our drinks was not easy, i know everyone is busy so not sure how to remedy that. once we got someone's attention everything went fine. read more

A long long time ago this was the only place to get a take or other faux Mexican street food. But today the food is a hot mess The beef used in the zTacos is a puréed mess that has been puréed beyond recognition. The lettuce is old Iceberg lettuce chopped into ugly chip like squares. That one single star goes to Jack- without his kindness and cheerful vibe, I would be going wherever I had to to avoid being served something that wasn't even close to what I ordered. I paid a total of $7 in add ons and ONLY order online because your app has way better offers. Never was, never will be a Karen but..I mean look at what used to be one of my fave spots in Norwood charged even multiple add ons like...only positive about the experience and actually he's the only reason I'd even consider giving this place one more chance was their above and beyond employee- Jack. The man saved only hope left for this Taco Bell and the worst part is he offers a level of customer service that is extraordinary. I was so looking forward to eating what used to be my go to location executed perfect every time at first. I'm embarrassed to say I had to make a microwave soup instead but hadn't had any hot food or a calm bite of food dealing with a tragedy this week. But it is a terrible look to then charge me $21 for this... every single add on was missing and not only that but EVERY. SINGLE. ITSM. had sour cream which i wrote in the note under my name on the app. I don't know why you allow people who call this edible at all to be working for a place that used to have standards. I went to this Norwood MA location when they first opened ordered Tacos and got them with VERY little meat. I figured that it was just a training issue. Well I stopped a couple of years later 3/25. I waited over 40 minutes watching customer after customer order and receive their food plus 3 employees walk out with boxes of food. Half the customers ordered long after me. I got up to ask them what problem was and looked into the kitchen. Disgusting doesn't start to describe it. How long does it take to put together 4 Tacos? The Walpole Taco Bell has been filling orders in less than 5 minutes for years. I'm done with this place. read more

What if I were to tell you that four kids who came from nothing but struck it big in the California Gold Rush of the 40's had the most authentic Mexican fast food of their entire GD life at the Taco Bell on Providence Highway in Norwood? Would you believe me... or just let it slip? While we did not get an order of this Taco Bell's World Famous Spaghetti cooked up by Momma Bell herself, we did get four (4) Crunchwrap Supremes that would make Diana Ross (formerly of The Supremes) cry like a baby on a barnacle. We rolled up to the club like four snacks looking for snacks figuring we might just be able to sink our teeth into some cheesy roll-ups but we never could have imagined what the next three hours of fine dining and underwater basket weaving would bring. To start - a tortilla soup that was so hot, it'd make John Stamos (objectively, a hot guy) jealous. Next - a taco salad fit for a(n Instagram) queen #fitfam. Just when we thought the police were going to show up for committing such a ruthless (snack) attack on this unsuspecting fast food restaurant and its several employees, we were served up the three most exquisite Doritos Locos tacos our eyes had ever seen. Compliments to the executive chef - let's assume their name was Steve because it probably was - and his sous chef, a microwave on the fritz. The culinary team could sense that we no longer needed our forks, knives, and plates because we were eating right out of the palm of their hands, and at no additional charge. Knowing that they were en fuego (topical wordplay), Steve and Carmy from The Bear whipped up a Mexican Pizza just like nonna used to make... but better because nonna was trying to get cute in her old age instead of sticking to the script. Needless to say, we put her in a home before we really needed to do so but punishment fits the crime. We were ready to burst (toomanytacos.gov) and had to get home before we all got grounded by our respective parents for spending three (3) hours at Taco Bell but, just as we got up to leave without paying a thing, we were all handed a serving of the most savory MTN DEW Baja Blast gelato. While the introduction of this menu item was clearly done in an effort to be ironic and poke fun at Americans, this was no joking matter. As we floated out of the Taco Bell, Dan remarked that TB Norwood's interpretation of MTN DEW Baja Blast was, without fail, the best anyone could find this side of the Mississippi. It was the seventh time he'd used that expression that day so you just KNOW that he was not speaking in hyperbole. In summation, the Medfield Bar Crawl was one for the books, though perhaps the best crawl of them all was the friends we made along the way. read more

Very horrible customer service at the Taco Bell in Norwood, MA. It was my and my daughter's firt time visiting this location. I stood in line with my daughter for about 15-20 minutes and only had one person ahead of us. Three different staff members (1 girl & 2 guys) walked from the food prep area to the front registers multiple times but not one person greeted us nor took our order. The person ahead of us had to continously for items missing from her order and the two staff members that assisted her were slow to do anything. A guy walked in behind us to pickup a mobile order. He was immediately greeted and tended to. Meanwhile my daughter and I were still being ignored and patiently waiting. Once looked at my watch on my wrist, took out my phone to start writing my review on Google and turned to leave the store, that's when we heard one of the guy start members saying "Awhhhh Hello". It was the same guy that walked by us multiple times. By this time we're no longer interested. So, I turned and said, "Nope. We're all set, thanks!", then continued to walk out of the store. If I could give zero stars for everything, I would. We drove further up the road to the Taco Bell in East Walpole, MA. We were greeted with a smile within 2 minutes of us entering the store and received our order about 10 minutes later. read more

I generally refrain from reviewing fast food spots because, well, it's fast food. I'm not setting myself up for a fine dining experience. That being said, I believe I got a degree of food poisoning from this taco bell. I had 3 hard shell chicken tacos and everything seemed normal. The next day I woke up feeling extremely sick and had the worst runs of my life. I don't have any concrete "proof" that the T-bell caused this, however those tacos were the last thing I ate before going to bed after a late night. Check your order before driving away, they like to get cars through the drive thru as fast as possible to improve their "speed of service" rating and are willing to send you on your way without everything in your order. Several times I have had to drive back around because they forgot at least one or two items from my order and when I pull up, what do you know, the missing items were right there, ready to go. I even called them out on it once and the manager just laughed in my face. I used to work in fast food and I know how disrespectful it is to check your order in front of the person handing it to you but you have to here because it's almost guaranteed you are missing something. read more

Went to order through drive thru and was told cash only. No signs posted at drive thru. Had to sit through a line only to watch customer in front pay with card. When asked drive thru employee about why the other people can pay with card and I could not a manger was grabbed. Manger said I'll do it this time but from now on it's cash and slammed window shut.
