Don't come here unless you going through the drive thru. This place treats customers who come into the lobby like thrash. This staff has no problem just looking at you sitting in the lobby. They just look at you looking at them and it doesn't cross their minds to ask what the customer ordered after they've been sitting in the lobby for a long time. I used the kiosk and somehow my order gets lost but I have the emailed receipt. I was not the only one. I was 1 of 3 waiting inside and all orders were not prepared until the whole lobby went to the counter! Over 20 minutes waiting on a combo 2.... This has got to be the worst run Taco Bell I have ever been to. The last few times I went their system was mysteriously "down". It would seem reasonable if it wasn't consistent and a group of employees weren't outside in a smoke circle. If there was a way to give zero stars we would. This location always messes up our order and its indoor dining which is advertised as open until 10 is closed by 5 PM, or earlier. When placing a mobile order the employees force you to wait in the drive through line which is often twenty cars long. We have ordered for pickup in store and the employees do not honor this request and redirect us to wait in the drive through line. We are also unable to cancel our order and are forced to wait regardless. After this hastle we have received either the incorrect order or the taco bell employees claim they have not received our order even with proof of purchase on our phone. I ordered the Burrito Supreme meal plus 2 soft tacos and 2 bean burritos ok little more food then I need but Kate night snack. Paid and I was on my way home. Open the bag and to my surprise there was 1packet Of sauce and 1 napkin. Killing me with that one kids. I should of checked my bag. Food was well eh. The burrito Supreme was ok soft taco was usual. All I wanted was a little Taco Bell. But I found myself sitting in this long ass line stuck in the drive-thru and running out of gas. Like, actually running out of gas. And I had a quarter tank when I got in line. This is not fast food. This is ridiculous. When it really looked like I might actually run out of gas right in line, I called into the store to tell them that I am literally going to run out of gas and the complete moron that answered the phone did not understand my concern. She said her name was Lilia after refusing to tell me her name for some time. Said the system was down. I repeated that I was going to run out of gas and asked her to please have the few cars in front of me move to the rear of the window so I could get out. Then she could help them with their orders when the system was up again. She refused. Was rude. Was completely unhelpful. I told her my car might die and stop all future drive thru business for the night but she was unconcerned. The owner of this franchise really should reconsider her employment.
