When we lost our first taco bell back in the earlier parts of the 2000's I was devastated. Had to commute all the way to escondido to get my taco bell fix and had no hope of Ramona ever getting a taco bell again. Thankfully this new one opened up so now I can get all the taco bell I want again. The food quality goes above and beyond that of a normal taco bell, at least it has been the past 8 or so times I've been there. Hopefully that doesn't change. Not only that but the workers are absolute angels. Super kind and welcoming. Occasionally they have given me a free item because someone else didn't want it. All around this taco bell is tasty, has welcoming and efficient employees, and is as good as I've experienced from the chain so far. 5/5. read more

I'm glad there is one taco bell in Ramona area, there's not a lot of choices here. I just don't like that they close the drive-thru BEFORE midnight or before 12AM. I work night shift and comes home around 11:45pm. My boyfriend and I are bummed that they do this almost every night like tonight. I hope the management will notice. read more

I ordered a taco salad at the drive through. I asked if I could substitute beans for the steak or chicken. I was told I could. I was handed the salad in a box and a huge paper bag. Once I parked I saw that the salad had no meat as requested, however there was almost no beans either. Just enough to barely cover the bottom of the shell. The paper bag contained just two packages of the mild sauce I asked for and a fork. I was charged full price. I see this establishment is not getting rave reviews. "Is the order correct on the screen?" Yes... but it doesn't matter, you're gonna mess it up anyway. NO JALAPENO SAUCE... you messed that up. 2 ORDERS OF FIESTA POTATOES... and somehow one of those potato orders found it's way into the quesadilla. They get my order wrong more times than they get it right. Things missing from my order, but they made sure to charge me for everything, whether I got it or not. You have to check EVERYTHING, step-by-step, because they can't get it right. It's too difficult. read more

During my "delicate conditions", I'd appreciate it if you all could comprehend a simple order receipt and not mess it up every single time. Taco Bell is the best fast food in my opinion, however this one in particular is in the worst location. The drive thru is set up so strange, one line of cars can come from the side of the building and the other one can come from the front, but both have to form one line without skipping one another. The employees are always nice and the place is usually clean. read more

I rarely eat taco bell, but I gave it a shot today and the service was fast. But they only gave me 2 hot sauce packets for 2 tacos. I use 2 per taco, most taco bells give you a little under a handful. Not to mention one of my tacos had sour cream on it and only on one side. Taco fillings should be spread out, not on one side. Hopefully they fix how they prepare the tacos. read more

OK. Where to start... Went here twice in last 3 days. They definitely have something I haven't had before that I really love. First time was in the dining room around 4 p.m. and I was greeted immediately. There wasn't a soul in the lot. I was greeted immediately by the girl working in that area and she was friendly, somewhat knowledgeable, and helpful. The speed of my order was par for industry intent and the food tasted good but didn't have requested customization's. There was literally a large bag of trash within 4' of the cooking counter. The kitchen area was an absolute wreck with trash and food all over and the total number of people in line was 2. The people in the kitchen area seemed disinterested in their jobs based on their body language and how slowly they moved. The bathroom was-YIKES!! It smelled clean but wasn't and it was poorly designed. The lot was too dirty given the current guest count but they do share with a couple other places so that can always make things a bit difficult. The next trip was in the drive through around 6 p.m. I now see what so many people have complained about. It's too bad for Taco Bell that they have to use that location because without purchasing the lot behind them I see many people getting turned off trying to trudge through it while having to avoid street traffic but still keep their spot in line without having to pick the line up in the K-Mart lot! The dumpsters were literally overflowing. The wait time to the window was very long and one of the customers in front of me actually just left. The time from order till order was at least twice as long as it should be but the food was hot, fresh tasting and, again, they messed up the customization along with very inconsistent appearance an a part of my order was smashed but still tasted great. I'll be going back for the cinnamon cinnabon things they have-THOSE ARE AWESOME!! Other than that if I ever go again it will probably be during the day and mass ordering the cinnamon thingies. read more

Everyone is soo friendly! I love the food. I'm so happy they got one back in ramona. I love it love it love it.

Firstly when they first opened they had some really good employees. There was a short brown haired girl chubby really sweet she was efficient in taking orders. She made it seem really personal on a nice level chatting with cistomers who were clearly regulars. The dining room was always emaculate and the bathrooms too. Unfortunately I believe she was fired or quit. She was treated poorly superiors and told on several occasions she didn't do her job. I caught her crying on her break at least twice. I will not be returning here. You do not treat your employees this way. I have been back twice and my order has been wrong and they made almost no attempt to fix it or apologize. I will not be returning back. I would rather drive to poway to get my fix then go to a bad tacobell. read more

Went through the drive through this am the employee at the window was very pleasant and took my order correctly. I live in Julian (which is 25 miles away) and when I got home to eat it the food was made in haste and very sloppy. There was sauce all over the paper and the burritos were not completely wrapped so the ingredients fell out everywhere. I called the store they gave me a credit for my purchase and the Manager was very Apologetic and was sorry to here that had happened. read more
