This Taco Bell's service was TERRIBLE. It was four hours before closing and they didn't have anything i wanted to order. They didn't even have any hot sauce. Like who eats Taco Bell without hot sauce. I asked for three drinks and they only filled them up half way. Not to mention they messed up our order, they didn't give us some of the items. My only complain is they're not consistent with how they make your food. Sometimes ill get a burrito that's nice and full and other times it looks like it got a lap band surgery. The loaded potato burrito never has any consistency and the ingredients are never properly mixed, you'll get a bite of nothing but bacon and next bite is a mouthful of cream Bean and cheese hardly ever has any ingredients you get more tortilla than beans and cheese. read more

Over 40 minute wait with only 6 cars ahead of me. They were out of sour cream but still charged us supreme prices. Soda tasted like cough syrup. Staff moved slow or were just waiting around. Then when we finally reached the window the employee asked if we wanted cinnamon crisps in exchange for taking a survey. Do you really want me to take a survey with horrible service? Ok after a long day of work I got off around 11:00 and at this point I'm pretty hungry and ready to go home. I come to this Taco Bell during the daytime and have no issues whatsoever but for some reason when I came tonight it was the worst experience I've ever had. I sat in the drive-through for about 20 minutes before i was helped at all and once I got to the window I sat there for another 20 minutes. Let me preface this by saying I worked at Taco Bell for 3 and a half years so I pretty much know all of the ins and outs. I came here on my lunch break this afternoon to get a chicken burrito and some nachos. I ordered the shredded chicken burrito but wanted them to substitute the shredded chicken for regular chicken. Not steak, and not ground beef. Chicken to chicken. The woman at the drive-thru didn't know how to make the substitution and it came out to be an extra 80 cent charge. I told her there shouldn't be a charge since it was just a substitute for a different type of chicken and whenever I go to any other Taco Bell they make the change with no issues. She preceded to tell me that "at this location there's a charge." I politely asked to speak with the manager then since I could clearly hear her over the headset asking other team members to help her with my order and she sarcastically agreed. The manager got on the speaker and seconded her sentiment so I took my business elsewhere.
