So I had placed a doordash order at 10:04pm and after waiting nearly AN HOUR, after seeing the dasher was "picking up my order", it was cancelled by the store. I call and ask what happened, APPARENTLY, they were closed yet on here it says they close at 1am and on google says at 12am, Meaning they'd stop with delivery orders about an hour prior. This Taco Bell sucks, the drivethru has long lines and they always get my order wrong. Once again, after placing my order through the app, during arriving it says go to the pick up counter but the doors was close, with no signs telling me how to pick up my order and the worker just looking at me through the window. My only option was to go in the drive through, after waiting 25 minutes in line we get are food and of course they short are order. So I get home, trying to call i get no answer and a voice says to call the 800. What a inconvenience and waste of time. The owner needs Stop being cheap and pay to get some help. read more

My husband and I stopped at the Taco Bell on Milliken and Kenyon one morning and was greeted with a great smile and awesome customer service from Brandon. He was so courteous and helpful. Came to this Taco Bell around 3pm today. They were busy, but still got my food pretty fast. Food was good.... had to leave a yelp for the customer service though. This used to be THE Spot to stop off after a long night to grab some late night food on the way home. Its right off the freeway and in the perfect stop to grab a quick bite. I took my toddler grandson to the park across the street and decided to get a quick lunch but ended up waiting over an hour in the drive thru. Ok I get that sometimes shit happens. I tried it once more a week later and the line was soooo long I wasn't about to make the same mistake. Absolutely the worst! I had a couple of bad experiences at this location. One time, I was waiting in a long line of cars for the drive-thru and the line was not moving. I got out of line and parked my car so I can order inside. The doors were locked and there was a hand written note taped to the door stating that ingredients were not delivered so their menu was limited. Today, was the last straw. I was again waiting in a line of cars and when I finally got to the speaker to order, I was told that they were accepting CASH ONLY and if that was OK with me. I did not have any cash so I angrily drove away. Why didn't the manager have the courtesy of standing outside and informed the people waiting in the drive-thru line that there were issues with the service? So I really love Taco Bell. As far as fast food goes, they always have been consistent in their flavors. I have enjoyed it since I was a teenager going there with my friends. So now that I have a teenager, it is a fun treat for me to have with her. So I came to pick up lunch for us and got in the drive thru. Next thing I know they are shutting down the drive thru because there system is down. They could have easily sent me on my way. Instead they said,"let us make you your order. Don't worry about paying." They were more worried about the fact that I had to wait in line to get out. They did what I think a lot of places don't do and that's worry about my happiness. Horrible! This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The wait time is the worst. Person working the window(Jamie R) I would try to get A different job. He was making me laugh while also asking if I needed anything asking how was my day and making small talk to show that actually cared for the customers. AT 8 PM!!! No genuine apology for the length of time we all waited in line for food when obviously they should've known they didn't have enough food to satisfy orders. This location is just flat out disgusting! I came in earlier with my mother and everything from the floors to the tables were filthy. ALL of the tables had food all over them and a melted ice drink was splattered on a good portion of the back table area. The staff on duty weren't all that great, but one of them was very rude. She was the pregnant employee named Kansas (I believe) before leaving, she had a few bags of food. My mom thought was her's so she asked if that was her's. The employee rudely said "no! That's mine!" Then walked out to her car all while trying to stare down my mom. Well she forgot something and came back in, sure enough she kept eyeballing my mom. Is this place being ran by bums? People who hate their jobs, but only work just to stay off the streets? What is it? My mom had to deal with rude employees just as I have at this same location.
