Really good food good quality too also nice people there too fast drive thru asked me for condemints

The wife and I were in town visiting and stopped by hoping for a quick, easy dinner after a long day. It took 45 minute for us to finally get our food. During the almost 15 minutes alone I was at the drive through window, they mixed up my order and tried giving me someone else's and I got a snarky attitude from the employee when I said it wasn't mine like it was my fault, my wife's Baja blast was practically water with little to no flavor, when we finally got our actual order (which was practically tossed at us) they shut the window on us without a word or "have a good night" or anything, and our food was some of the worst quality I've had. I understand it's a fast food restaurant, but I wish our experience was better. I don't recommend this location in the slightest. read more

this taco bell was rather interesting. upon entering this Taco Bell I encountered an employee doing burpees on the sidewalk still in his gloves. I would like to also add they were out of mild sauce, which felt rather diabolical. Some other customers in this not so fine establishment reeked of way too much cologne. Hours on Yelp show 4 PM. Google says 10 PM and their door says midnight or later. We chanced it and showed up at 10 minutes until 8 PM which apparently is the ACTUAL close time. They locked the doors as we were walking up and yelled "CLOSED" at us. Judging by the other reviews - it's probably a good thing we didn't eat here. Horrible service took me an hour to get something I ordered through the app 30 minutes prior to getting there. I got a refund but I still will never get that time back that I waited. Don't accept online orders for pickup if your store is closed. Nobody wants to wait an hour to get a burrito. When I get there they won't cancel my order after I called and couldn't cancel on the app. They said it wasn't made why can't you cancel it. I'm through with app orders, being held hostage to wait in this slow drive thru to pick up an online oder. Cause I can't cancel my order. Slowest and stupidest taco bell I've ever been too. Why close the store to online orders you don't even take orders inside anymore. Close the kiosks and let people come in for there food. I am in disbelief with the Taco Bell here in Redmond. The wait time in the drive thru is one thing, but for me it's the lack of attention that they have when it comes to adding extras and getting the orders right. I couldn't tell you how many times I've paid for extras on my orders only to never get them. A complete disregard for people and their money. I don't know if it's because they don't care, don't know how to read/follow instructions, they don't want to work or a combination of the three. I wanted to order a number 8 large with a Baja dream freeze and I added another freeze at the window (I told them to add another of the same freeze) I didn't realize until driving off my girlfriend noted they weren't the dream freeze they were the regular freeze so whatever we barely drank any I took them back and the same girl that took my order tried telling me I didn't say dream freeze? I proceeded to tell her I definitely did and must've been mixed up because I was making sure my drink was a freeze by confirming it was changed from a fountain drink at the drive thru speaker but my mistake Is didn't mention AGAIN that it was a dream freeze i shorted it and said "that was made into a freeze right" referring to the fountain drink being changed to a dream freeze but when I came back I didn't understand her trying to tell me I didn't say something which I certainly did, even my girlfriend heard me say it at the speaker and the drinks are literally the same price? Just give me the other drink I wanted I even brought the drinks back to prove we barely drank any it was 3 sips gone at most and I offered to throw them away which I had every right to just keep them since places can't take products back, she then gained a attitude but did what she's supposed to and gave me the dream freezes,with little to say. Not very impressed by this customer service since I work in the food industry and I have to deal with confused customers (I work at a brewery) all the time in which I definitely treat them differently and proceed to give them what they wanted. Thumbs up for being super modern and having so many outlets. That was awesome! Thumbs down because I get green sauce everytime I go to Taco Bell. I have been to maaaaany Taco Bell's and have never been charged for green sauce. This specific location charges .50 for a side which was weird but whatever. I ordered two. Well on top of having to pay for them, they put sooooo little in. Usually I get two for free and they're filled up, but these were basically empty and they charged for them. Also they charge to add onions to your food which also never costs anything at any other t Bell. Weird. Food was okay though and they give mints which is nice. read more

Do not go here! I ordered on the app to pick up inside the store. Got there and all the doors were locked. Knocked on the doors and the employees working there just sat and looked at me. There were 15 cars in the drive thru and in the 20 minutes that I sat in that line, 2 cars were served! If you close your dining room and still can't attend to the drive thru in a timely manner, you have problems! If you are the owner of this establishment, please consider selling it to someone who actually wants to operate a business!! What is going on with this Taco Bell?!?! It was supposed to finally be open from 12-6pm on Saturday. We got in the drive thru line, which seemed to be moving when we got there. Then it came to a complete halt and we sat there behind only a single vehicle for 20-25 minutes with no sign of movement. As we left, we could see that the window was closed up. People are moving around in there even though the lobby is closed. This location used to be the busiest Taco Bell we had ever seen. Now it is only open about half the time. The Madras Taco Bell is open 6am-1am 7 days a week. Is the management of this location so bad that they can't get any employees??!?! read more
