We have received the wrong order several times and when we called the manager says they're now closed and can't fix the order after they take our money. Worst Taco Bell I've been to. If you see a line of more than 4 cars don't bother, unless you have 45 minutes to waste. They are always closed, I have even looked online before making the trip to see if they were open and have been disappointed on more than one occasion when finding out they are closed. One of the slowest drive throughs you will ever experience! Could've worked a minimum wage job while waiting in line and paid for my food...it's that slow. 30-40 minute waits to get through a line of 5 cars. This location is consistently like this and has unpredictable hours which means it's sometimes closed on Friday nights. For the last year "short staffed" is the excuse. No other fast food place that's still in business operates this poorly in the area. Owners/management do better! The staff they have is nice and the foods fine. read more

Look... Taco Bell is a treat for me so it's hard for me to be in a bad mood when I'm there. let's not beat around the bush. This location IS slow. The drive through line does take way longer then it should. HOWEVER, the employees here crack me UP. 10/10 times the employees match my energy and chat it up while they're charging me. I've worked in a drive through setting and I know what it's like being short staffed. I enjoy coming here even though it's a very long stay every time lol. read more

We placed a fairly large order for a bean burrito, a cheesy bean and rice burrito and all the stuff W ordered and our order was exactly right. We have returned maybe 5 times since and our orders have been right. I have to give props to this Taco Bell for paying their employees $15.75, plus free food and benefits. More than likely they will have gotten the order wrong which makes you question what they have been doing for an hour with a simple order. I would give this a No Stars, but because I believe the workers that were preparing food were working at a "sprint!" I am giving it 2 stars. This whole set up has the workers working at a full run even though there is no cashier or customer service anymore. The employees were working at a speed that Planet Fitness would sell as personal training. But even though I ordered my food myself at a kiosk and made sure to exclude dairy, it was served anyway. And when I asked for my food to be remade without dairy, they told me it will be a few minutes. I sat by the counter for 27 minutes from start to finish because they didn't remake my food and there was no customer service to pay attention that I was there. I looked at over 4 employees who saw me and asked me nothing. Including the manager who just sat in the back with the door open in direct view of me standing there while she stared at her computer screen and her employees worked at a sprint speed. I know its Taco Bell, but when you now charge $6.19 for a single Chalupa can you at least pretend you serve food?? I was then confronted by a employee who told me she already gave me my food. Which I told her had dairy on it. I totally respect the fact that I had watched this one girl working her tail off, completely doing 90% of the work while I saw so many others doing nothing. So to her I tip my hat, but to the entire process as a whole..... I will be one step closer to giving up fast food. I don't find this to be any worse than any other Taco Bell I have been to, and I looooove Taco Bell so I'm a fan. Food is consistent with other locations, and (like other reviewers have said) the service is hit or miss, but that's also to be expected with fast food. My last couple visits have been very quick to get my food though so I'm happy. Even when it's been a longer wait, they've been friendly and I think that makes up for it. If there's a problem, they've always been quick to explain why there's a wait. It's fast food so it's understandable if they get backed up sometimes, if something suddenly stops working etc. I'm sure if you're going to Taco Bell you already know what you want, but my favorites are the chicken quesadilla and the crunchwrap. To begin with the management is the problem. Anytime I use the drive-thru my order is completely screwed up and usually crushed for some reason. I just got done ordering a box from them and she threw it at me out the window with a pile of hot sauce on the box dumping it all over inside my car and on the ground and when I asked her what's up can I get a bag for this mess, she said nope and slam the window. Too many times we have ordered Taco Supremes only to get home and they are regular tacos. Tonight we ordered 6 Taco Supremes and a Burrito Supreme, only 2 cars in front of me in the drive-thru. 20 minutes later I get my order and the gentleman at the drive-thru said they gave my order to the car in front of me. Fine, mistakes are made but we get home and our 6 Taco Supremes have 1 to 2 tomatoes each and we could count the shreds of cheese. Instead of compensating this customer for waiting, I get home and have the worst tacos ever. My husband and I have had enough of Redmond, Oregon's Taco Bell. Taco Bell needs to change their photos of what you think you are ordering and post what you are actually going to get. read more

This Taco Bell is awful. The food is thrown together and the burritos are tiny. I had a quesadilla that had cheese on just one half, and the half that had the cheese was sparse and dry..oh and the whole thing had like 4 little slices of chicken in it. I would have given one star for my experience here but once I actually did get my tacos they were better than your average Taco Bell tacos...unless the chain has improved in general... it's been a while since I have been to one. I wanted just something small and presumably quick to eat before going to bed for the evening at our hotel. Hoping we would get just that we wound up waiting to get our order for 20 minutes! We were not the only ones forgotten either or were getting slow service. Another guy came in and had a big order and said that he was waiting forever for his food order to come to him. Despite his complaint it didn't seem to speed things up more. Another girl came in and seemed to know one of the workers there who was going on break. When the worker came back from her break and saw her friend still there the worker replied, "You are STILL here waiting?" It seemed like you may get faster service if you go up to the drive up window but with such slow service it could be a Joe Pesci situation that he encountered in Lethal Weapon 2. Unlike most Taco Bells this place has napkins and peppermint candy at each table...I'm not sure if this is to make up for anything or if this is a new thing as well but it did not squelch the situation much. Very short staffed; new order system that existing staff either wasn't fully trained or it was fool of bugs where order numbers got messed up. Worst of all is that the various food delivery services like DoorDash and two or three others that the drive through window advertises are given priority over the drive through traffic.
