To elucidate, nothing at Taco Bell is worth eating except the Dorito Locos Tacos, Nacho fries, breakfast crunchwraps, and the Cinnabon Delights. Shut this place down. The employees are miserable and always have an attitude with customers. They make mistakes consistently when mismatching customers orders or when giving you something you didn't order. The presentation of food is terrible, you'll get your meal tossed in your bag with the ingredients falling out everywhere. They'll tell you they're out of something, when you ask if they'd be making any more they tell you 'you should try going to another location'. The North Greenbush Taco Bell opened for business a few months ago. The size of this standalone Taco Bell location with drive-thru is smaller than other area Taco Bells including the Troy Taco Bell up the road. The layout inside seems cramped with virtually minimal room to stand near the counter and wait for your order. There is ample seating in the small dining room (up to about 50 people) with self serve drink station and condiments area. This location offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night eats. I stopped here the other night for some cheap food to snack on. I decided to go inside the restaurant since the drive thru looked pretty busy with a steady stream of vehicles. I ordered a couple of value menu items (2 Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos) for $2.16 with tax. It was not very busy inside of the restaurant (only 2 customers ahead of me). The staff in the kitchen seemed nonchalant and worked like there was no real urgency, though the manager asked me and another customer in the dining room if we were taken care of. Nonetheless, it took about 9 minutes for my 2 burritos to be ready, longer than normal for a routine Taco Bell stop. The condiments bar was stocked with sauce packets and plastic utensils, but no napkins. I did not ring the bell on this visit. My 2 burritos were made correctly and tasted pretty good! I wrote a poor review on this place 3 years ago and decided to update it. This place was originally not the greatest, but had certainly changed. Today, the food is decent and this is a good place to come for cheap food, however the wait and order accuracy is quite poor. I have ordered food, waiting about ten minutes for it just to find out that there are 2 or 3 things missing! Usually this place is crowded, making something like this understandable but mostly for me it is just me and 1 or 2 more people in the restaurant. Whenever I go up to ask for the items I am missing they take for one, forever to come to the counter and for two, they usually take an extra ten minutes to make the food. There have been one or two times when I have had to wait in for twenty minutes just for one burrito that was missing from my order. Overall, this place is good for cheap and ok food but they really need to work on order accuracy and the time it takes to serve the customers. For this reason, I give 3 stars, better than my previous rating of 2 stars. read more
