I just want a say that David the night time manager is AWESOME. My husband and I had a horrible experience at the Taco Bell on Magnolia & La Sierra and couldn't get through to that location to have them fix the mistakes made to our order. My husband decided to call the other nearest Taco Bell which happen to be the one on Arlington and well, I'm happy he did. David was such a pleasure and a nice person all around. Since they reopened they freaking suck ! They've gotten my order wrong every single time. We try to give them a chance and this time was wrong again and they forgot the sauces. They shouldn't ask if we want hot sauces if they weren't going to give it to us anyway . This time is my last time that we are going there and I decided to take my frustrations out on their yelp. Not sure if they even care if they get poor reviews. Either way this place sucks. The food was horrible I was not even sure if I was eating Taco Bell. The horrid smell of the taco shells made my lose me entire appetite before I even ate. It smelt as if these taco shells had been kept under the sink it had a mildew smell to it! Seems as if everyone who works here are all under age teens who are all rude and unprofessional. This Taco Bell is about 2 miles away from where I work and it's sad when everyone at my office knows not to come here and to drive 6 miles away to the Alessandro one. Garbage. Such a nice lookin Taco Bell. Unfortunately the employees are incapable of even serving fast food correctly. My first thought of this Taco Bell after seeing it was "Wow, what a high end Taco Bell" however, my views changed drastically. First off, the lady and her husband in front of us were waiting for 30 mins, she had to leave to open her business so did not receive her food. Then, I ordered my food... a breakfast burrito and a breakfast quesadilla with hash browns on both orders with an iced coffee. They served my coffee first... but with no ice. It's literally in the name... "ICED coffee". And then I told the lady who made it and she copped an attitude towards me saying, "Did you just want a cup of ice, or want us to remake it." And being nice, said I'll just take a cup of ice. Then they called me up and asked if they could just serve me cinnamon twists instead of hashbrowns because they didn't have anymore hashbrowns. So I said twists are fine. Then they served me hashbrowns anyways, which I'm actually happy about. Then my friend who came with me ordered his food to eat "for here" and they gave home a to go box. This all took the course of around 35 minutes. It's really hard to mess up fast food. But apparently there are even people not even capable of making fast food and providing easy customer service correctly. Sorry for any of those who eat here. Be warned. read more

When I just walked in to this Taco Bell, there was a kid changing the trash bags right by the door. There was the security guard standing right next to the register area. When the kid that had just finished changing one of the trashbags, walked up to the register and greeted me, ready to take my order, I looked at the trash container then looked back at him, then asked him if he was going to wash his hands or not. He looked confused and said sure. I started walking away and the security guard said, "He wasn't going to touch your food." I went to the restroom and came back out. The two of them were standing there discussing what had just happened. They didn't seem to understand what the big deal was. I explained to them that food crosses that counter, and nasty hands that had just been touching the trash should not. They just didn't get it. I just walked out after that. Love this Taco Bell! I recently moved to the area and I've been to this Taco Bell 3 times and I will surely be back again and again. The store is always super clean and they play great music. This last time I was in Carlos helped my friends and I at the register and offered great service and accommodated my picky order. And while eating he checked in on us to see how things were going and just offered impeccable customer service. read more

This taco bell has never once gotten my order right. The order shows up correctly on the screen when ordering but somehow they end up always giving me the wrong food. The food itself is good but since myself and literally everyone I know who has gone to this taco bell never get their correct order, and receive awful service, I highly recommend not going. read more

So I had an issue with pricing at this location. I ordered 2 $5 boxes, and my order was almost $12. So when I asked the employee why, he said" oh I don't know why it does but it does that sometimes, I can adjust that for you" I'm pretty sure that's illegal. I have been to Taco Bell twice since they've reopened and both times they got my order wrong. The first time I asked for no sour cream on something and I'm on my way to work so I start to eat it and sour cream gushes out. Then yesterday I went and again I ask for no sour cream again they're sour cream in my burrito. Not only did they mess up on my burrito but after making me wait for seven minutes at the window not even in line that was just at the window they forgot to put my side the cheese that I paid for in my bag so that I had to get out and get it myself.
