First of all the lobby was closed. The person that took my order screwed up my order. I ordered a black bean burrito with no chipotle and was rang up for a bean burrito. The wait to get the food in the drive thru line was about 10-15 minutes. When I paid, I was not given the receipt until I received my food as they put it in the bag. When I went to correct the he error, since the lobby was closed, was told by staff that they couldn't help me and I had to get back into the drive-thru line to fix their mistake. As the line was already 7 cars deep and the service was exceptionally slow, I am writing this review so that people are aware. If you can avoid this Taco Bell, go down the street, you'll get better service. read more

We've always gotten a young guy who is personable and polite (we usually come during the week around closing time). The food is always amazingly made, highly impressed for a fast food place. Looking for a little Rocklin adventure? This location is for you! The tables are usually all dirty but the place itself is clean overall. The staff is super friendly, helpful and fun to be around. That is a good thing because your food order is where the adventure begins! Order whatever you want! It really doesn't matter because there is only a 50/50 chance that it will be in the bag and another 50/50 chance that it is made properly. When you get your order.... surprise! It could be anything in that bag! Some of what you ordered will be there but there will things you didn't order in there too! I guess that is to make up for what they forgot. ;) The added bonus....nothing is labeled right! It might be circled bean burrito on the outside but once you open it.....BAM! Beefy 5 layer instead! They are also very creative and add sauces and ingredients that don't normally come on the item and you don't even have to ask! Why is that power burrito suddenly like lava? Surprise! They added creamy jalapeno sauce at no charge or request! I've never had the cheesy potato griller made the same way twice. One time, there was only 4 potatoes in it but they made up for that by adding lots of sauces! If you are super lucky, they will accidentally give your order to someone else in the drive thru and remake a surprise bag for you! Don't worry, they will give you a water cup or maybe even a soda cup while you wait. Whatever food you do get is pretty good 80% of the time (when it isn't too spicy to eat). I have loved Taco Bell ever since I was very little and have never had any usual problems coming to one, I've always gotten everything I ordered and I've had pretty mediocre customer service, but I came to this location about a week or so ago and had went through the drive through, I had told the girl taking my order how I had wanted a combo, which comes with a drink, she specifically avoided asking what drink I had wanted with the combo as if she wasn't planning on giving me one in the first place. Pulling up to the drive through window, she had been very rude, no smile on the face, and was in a complete rush to get me out of there. However, today when I had bought 2 taco twelve packs for my coworkers to enjoy, one of soft tacos was full of only meat. This was not how I expected my tacos to be made. I enjoy coming to this establishment whenever I'm in the area it is very clean in the dinning room area very clean beverage area very clean floors the staff that work at this location are very friendly and very helpful they have lots of new delicious items added to the menu the big items are the $5 boxes the chalupa box is a great deal it comes with 2 crunchy tacos and a cheese chalupa and a medium drink for $5.00 before tax which is a really great deal they also have the buck deals as well another favorite item of mine is the nacho bel grande and the nacho supreme they are always good and of coarse the cinnamon twists are always a great dessert choice I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area looking for a great place to eat very clean restrooms very clean parking lots very clean atmosphere very great delicious food I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great food read more

It is very disturbing and bothering that this place didn't have a shift supervisor/manager. Well, that was at least we were told. Due to lack of professionalism, the lack of work ethic, and plainly rude of some of their employees lead to confrontational circumstances. We were at the drive-thru about to order, the employee's tone of voice was rude, just to cut the long story short we asked for a supervisor on the floor and we were told "there ain't no supervisor anymore." we then proceeded to the window and again to cut it short the employee who supposedly should have taken our order and another employee were at the window an exchange of conversation was exchanged and things just got blown out of proportion and the next thing you know one of the employee cursed at us F***-O**and closed the window on us. We then proceeded to the main parking, parked went in to speak to the employee outside again the other employee who is not even involved (who cursed at us, and shut the window) came out and try to get himself involved. We called 911. A police officer was there in no time and then the supervisor showed up out of nowhere. There were more to this but the point is that this could have been prevented if there was a supervisor present to oversee the flow of the employees task and duties and ensures that everything is under control and makes sure that the positive experience of guests or customers as well as staff by overseeing all aspects. read more

I have been to the Taco Bell on Wildcat in Rocklin CA a bunch of times. The managers are not very effective at leading their teams. The kids are struggling to stay positive under intense scrutiny. It seems that they have a lot of turnover in staff because every time i am there its always filled with new people. Everyone at this location is friendly and very polite, food is as good as the next (good) Taco Bell. What I don't understand is how this location can get 80%-90% of our drive through orders WRONG! It happens on almost every trip there. We had a large order the other evening and when we arrived home everything was wrong. Unfortunately you don't know it's wrong until you bite into it. We called the location and asked f we could bring it back but the young woman said they don't return food and the order was too large and that they didn't have enough money in the register. After checking the Taco Bell website for the posted hours of this location and seeing that this location closed at 12, I thought it wouldn't be too unreasonable to order some dinner after I got off work at 11. Apparently this was too much to ask. As I enter the drive-thru, I could see an employee working on the floors in the lobby notice me pull in. No problem friend, I can wait until you're done finishing up your floors. It's a Saturday night and you want to get out on time. I get it, I've managed fast food before. After waiting ten minutes in the drive-thru with no interaction at all, a line had formed behind me so I decide to call the store to give the guy a heads up as to what was going on in his drive-thru. After the phone had went to voicemail, my heart sank. Is this guy for real? I pull further forward and I make eye contact with the employee and he's motioning his hand cutting at his neck as if to say, "we're closed buddy, go elsewhere". Now we have a problem. If you're not serving customers, turn off your drive-thru lights or block it off with a cone so customers don't get misled into thinking that they're going home with Taco Bell. At the VERY least, acknowledge your customers waiting in the drive-thru and simply say you're closed or not serving customers anymore. It's that easy. None of this wait until I pull through so you can motion at me nonsense. If you're not going to stay open for the posted hours, then change them. I entered that drive-thru giving the employee the benefit of the doubt which was clearly my mistake. Don't mistreat customers to this extent. I couldn't be more dissatisfied with how I have been treated and how this situation was handled. A complaint for this location has been filed with corporate and hopefully some form of disciplinary action is taken. At the very least I urge the managers to coach this employee better, for everyone's sake. He represents the store and ultimately the Taco Bell name, and he couldn't have made the brand and this location in particular look any more foolish. I will not be coming back. One sour grape spoiled the whole bunch. read more

Honestly the thought of yelping a Taco Bell is kinda odd.....it's Taco Bell....but there was an employee there that I had the pleasure of meeting. His name is Colby....this was on one early November evening....everyone that he helped he made small talk with...super professional and witty.....I listened to him for almost 15 min while I sat and ate with my kids....even they noticed how friendly and nice he was.....this young man is a true asset to the location and I can see him doing great things in his life. I moved to rocklin 5 months ago and I started going to this Taco Bell, I fell in love with it the food is great staff is nice I have found it to be a great hang out spot with me and my friends. The staff always kindly greets me when I walk in. They well know be because I am a regular here.
