Time and time and time again I get suckered into coming here for my Taco Bell cravings. Every single time save for maybe the slowest day of the week this Taco Bell takes at least 20 minutes if not 30 to get you your food. Taco Bell in general in Rohnert Park seems to throw proper labor out the window and expects their employees to sweep it under the rug. I'm surprised the employees don't complain more unless it turns out it's their fault. I would love see how many bad yelp reviews were written while people were waiting in this drive through line. This is my last time coming to this location. Went through the drive thru and was greated by a friendly employee. Went home and my order was missing one Doritos Locos Taco and there was no sour cream on my nachos. So I drive back and went into the store and requested them to make my entire order since the items are going to be soggy by the time I get home. So they "remake" my entire order. When I got home I noticed they did not! My nachos lacked the sour cream and were soggy and so were the Doritos Locos Tacos. I've been to this Taco Bell several times, mostly at night. I've never had a problem here. The employees are all friendly, at the drive thru I'm always asked if my order looks correct on the screen, I'm offered hot sauce, and my order has always been correct. The only thing I dislike is the loooong drive thru line. Not sure if it's because the time that I come and the only place that's open at that time of night or what. It would be great to give NO STARS for this location. they are always out of apple empanadas. period. every time i go, they are out. they changed the cantina menu around, it was a surprise to have stuff missing out of new cantina burrito. although they refunded me for the burrito that i did not like, but still they could have made it the old way for me. this visit also sucked because they were out of Mexican pizzas. Taco Bell is good, fast, quick bite at the end of the day. It is not the same as a sit down Mexican place.It is not super, but it hasn't killed me yet. 2.5 stars may be a better rating. I usually have Crunchy Tacos (3) or Tostadas (3) with a drink and some Nachos. Lately (the last several visits) I have noticed that the Nacho Cheese (in the small black container) is now coming in a 2 oz container, as opposed to the 3.25 oz container it has come in for years. Not sure but I bet there are fewer chips too, since I still run out of the cheese about the last chip (same as before with the 3.25 oz container). This will not stop me from going, I don't think, but I may rethink my order some. Anybody else notice this change? read more

I hate to give a negative review. My last three trips to Taco Bell in Rohnert park on Redwood Drive have left my husband and myself very disappointed. They used to have the best jalapeño poppers. They still have them on the menu but they are nothing like they used to be. Dried out, tasteless, and the cheese inside is terrible and just collapses and practically disappears. Such a disappointment! Tried these three times in the last month, and the jalapeño poppers are consistently bad. All things considered I love taco bell but this place is beyond extremely slow. Especially if you ordering something at night time through the drive through. Even if you have two cars in front of you might as well figure 20 to 40 minutes. I have been to lots of locations in Sonoma County this and Farmers Lane in SR are the worst time wise. Ok seems like every time they seem to get the order wrong or forget one thing. I'm having to check before I leave every time. I understand accidents happen but every time I go which is at least once a week or every two weeks. On top of that having to wait for ten mins ..which really wasn't that big of until when I got home the cinnamon bun things I paid for wasn't in my to go order. Went here today for a breakfast crunch wrap. I ordered my meal and was told to pull around front and they would bring my meal out to me. There was no one else behind me in the drive thru. 15 minutes later my meal was brought to me. It as cold and soggy like it had been sitting on a counter sone where. This is the slowest drive thru ever. I'm a pretty patient person, but this place is unbelievably slow. I tell myself every time I have a craving for TB not to go to this location, but it's closest to my house and when you have a craving you have a craving...thankfully those cravings are rare, but I'd still like my dose of the Bell every now and again. I suppose I wouldn't mind the sluggishly slow service if I actually got the food I ordered and paid for. The last few times I've gone through the drive thru they completely messed up my order and left out several things. I have some fault for not checking the bag as thoroughly as I should, but after waiting in line for days you just want to get your bag of tacos and get the hell out of there. It seems like the staff is really unhappy, and I can only imagine what working in a fast food restaurant must be like, but there's plenty of people out there that would do their job better and with less attitude. I don't expect much from Taco Bell or any fast food place...after all, it's fast food. All I ask is that if I have to wait in line forever that you as the employee at least double check the bag with the receipt to make sure you've got it all in there before you hand it to me. I wish I could give this less than 1 star! I went through at breakfast and ordered the breakfast crunchwrap and an order of hash browns. I pulled up to the window to pay and she handed me my food. I double checked my order, and she had given me the crunchwrap and an order of cinnabon delights. So I sat there and waited for her to come back (as I'm yelling hello through the window) She finally comes back and says "Is everything alright?" I replied " I ordered the hash browns, not the cinnabon delights. Can I swap these out?" She said "No, you ordered the cinnabon delights." I was floored, I didn't know what to say. Finally, I said "No, I'm sorry I think you misheard me over the speaker. I ordered the hash browns." Once again, she says "No, you ordered the cinnabon delights. I heard you." At this point I'm pretty angry. I say "Are you really arguing with me right now?" For a final time, she says "YOU ordered the cinnabon delights." So I hit the gas and drove around to the front of the store. I went inside asking for the manager. I explained to him how his employee had treated me, and all he could muster up was a weak "sorry". I had a very bad experience with this place! I came by at 9:10 am and the store was closed and dark, I saw employees walking around so I pulled on the door. They saw me but didn't acknowledge me at all, so I thought maybe they're running late so I left and came back at 9:30am. Still the same thing, so I looked up the number and called them and the manager name Korilea was extremely rude saying she would open the store when she was good and ready. First of all her English sucked and she was rude! I emailed the company about this but was afraid to leave my number because I don't want prank calls from them. But i did leave an email, I'm sure she gets a lot of complaints but i don't think the company cares. And I actually wanted to place a large order and pick it up later for my son's little league team. I don't know what happened to this Taco Bell. But today I got there about 11 AM so before the lunch crunch there were two cars in front of me in the drive-through. The first car was there at least 20+ minutes at the window waiting. Then the second car's order was taken that car was another 20+ minutes at the window then when it left the girl took my order. Why is this important? Because during the time I was waiting to even place my order four more cars pulled in behind us. Two cars left before I could even placed my order she was just so slow. And then when I pulled up and I paid I watched her and I felt bad for her. It look like she was waiting on customers that walk-in and through the drive-through. And they must only had one cook back there because again it took another 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The food is just so-so.
