I just called them around 11:54pm, Thursday March 12, 2026. I asked if they were still open. The guy that answered the phone said: "Unfortunately", and I thought I heard he was talking to someone else but he clearly wasn't. So I asked again, "so you guys are open?" He said "yeah". So then I said, "alright, would it be okay if I came at like 12:30 or something?" (I just wanted 3 nacho tacos supreme) and he sighed and said, "Sure" in the most annoyed voice as possible. I'm not even going there tonight because of his attitude. He chose to work 2-3 shift, so idk why he's so miserable. Makes me think he's going to sabotage my food just because I pissed him off by ordering. I work at Wawa, I don't always have the greatest days there, and sometimes customers annoy me, but it's my job to help, so I'm kind and I help them. Sometimes orders come at the end of my shift or even afterwards, and I still complete them. I've worked 2nd and 3rd shift, and I've worked doubles and even shifts and double shifts where I only got 1-4 hours of sleep prior, and I've never sounded that way to a customer. I want Taco Bell so bad, but he turned me off to it tn with his miserable and rude attitude. I'm going to Wawa to get a burger instead. Ps: not trying to be a Karen, he just hurt my feelings with his rude customer service. read more

The inside where you would sit to dine in was a disaster. Food on all table and on the floor as well. Looked like a free for all happened, as to the amount of food on said tables and floor. To top it all off, asked if someone could wipe a table off so we could dine in. A worker came out and wiped off a few tables and whatever was on the table was now on the floor. Not in any big hurry to go back to this place. Food wasn't hot maybe room temp if lucky. As for service, I had to place the order on a kiosk and wait for name to be called. Sometimes You Just gotta grab some Tacos. While traveling around I heard My stomach growling and needed to grab something to shove in My face, that's when I spotted this Taco Bell. The friendly Girl at the contactless drive thru window took my order, I waited a bit then grabbed My bag and I was good to go. All in all I found this to be a pretty solid Taco Bell both in service and in satisfaction. I went with the usual Crispy Beef Taco Supreme which they unfortunately left sour cream off of and I also added a Chicken Soft Taco Supreme to try and silence that noisy stomach of mine. So I'm kinda thinking that should keep it quiet for at least another 20 miles or 20 minutes whichever comes first ;D Come And Get Your Munch On!! read more

I always come to this specific location because it is the closest. Tonight I went with a couple of my girlfriends and the service was horrible. First at the ordering screen we were told "they have never heard of that menu item" even though it was on the screen AND we order it all the time! Whatever, ordered something different no big deal. When we got to the window the lady collecting our money and giving us our order was so beyond rude. She didn't even talk to us and was just rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. I get it people have bad days but she was genuinely giving us dirty looks. After the awful experience we just wanna go home and eat our food. Once we got home they forgot to put in 3 tacos to our bag!! Hoping today was just an off day and hopefully when i go again all will be well. read more

So I ordered my usual beefy nacho griller, and I came home to find that there was TWO spoon fulls of meat on my griller. I usually switch to a low carb wrap which is how I even noticed there was literally no meat on it. Awful!!!!!! read more

I waited 6 minutes in the drive thru and no one took my order so I went inside and there's a person with a headset just standing there ready to leave. You should take the orders until someone has a headset on to take your position. Also, we had to use the kiosk which I do not mind but you have only two. Next I order sauces and sour cream, I got none of them. Pretty sure I paid for sour cream. read more

I see a lot of bad reviews for this location but personally never had a bad experience here. Food is up to par with typical Taco Bell quality, I use the drive through and I get served pretty quickly. I have come here 5 minutes before close and they've taken my order with a smile...I'm usually pretty brutal with my reviews and honestly this location has been good to me. read more

First thing first always check on the restaurant viewings. This was a total waste of time and money. The chicken quesadilla was horribly prepared. Several items that we paid for was missing. It is a good idea to check before leaving the restaurant. The food was so bad, we had to find another place to eat. Let it be known if you enter a parking lot and it is mostly empty stay clear. i walked into taco bell around late 8, i ordered a chicken power bowl and then proceeded to sit down and wait for my food, what i wasn't expecting was to wait almost 20 minutes. as i got home, about to absolutely demolish my bowl, i noticed it felt a little light. as i opened it, not even half of the bowl was filled, half the things i asked for to not be in it was clearly in it and vise versa. id rather waste my money by giving it to the homeless than pay for that experience again. curse you baco tell read more

Look, this is a fast food joint, not an authentic, full scale Mexican restaurant. However, I would take their tacos over some of the other tacos I have had from actual "Mexican" Restaurants. Since Chi Chi's went out of business years ago, we have found few really good Mexican Restaurants. Taco Bell is decent for fst food and not overly expensive. read more

Just came back with my take out order. The POTATO grillers were awful. They seemed like they sat all day and the potatoes were so HARD I almost broke my tooth. I thought this taco Bell would have been better than the one in Marshall's creek, however the quality of this item sucked just as much as my Taco Bell. Guess I will cross those off my list here now. The wait in drive thru was a 25 minutes for 4 cars. I bought a party pack, 6 soft tacos and 6 dorito hard tacos, all without lettuce. $19. The woman in drive thru had large, open sores on her face, neck and hands. They gave me 12 hard shell tacos and no soft ones, all with lettuce. Qnd the tacos are cold as ice as if the shells or the entire tacos came out of a freezer and were not warmed up properly. I called and spoke to the manager who hung up on me and then would not answer the phone when I called back. Reporting concerns about woman with open sores to health department. I could get over the order being 100% wrong and the tacos being totally cold. But there is no excuse for poor customer service and health risks. read more

I've been here several times to the new Taco Bell. Presentation is pretty nice. The drive-thru wait has been fine enough and the orders have always been correct and well made. I think maybe my experience was better since I didn't go during any rush times. Prices here are cheaper than a neighboring Taco Bell, which is nice. read more

This is absolutely the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The service is awful. It should not take 45 minutes to get your food. There were only 4 orders in front of mine and 3 orders behind. One of the ladies in the back actually locked the doors so that no more customers can come in because they were "swamped". SWAMPTED? 7 orders and they're swamped? None of the 4 orders ahead of mine were complicated. Yet there was something wrong with all 4 orders. I hope this place gets it together. Otherwise, I don't see it lasting very long. read more

I would rate 0 if possible. Our order was missing some things so we called to get it resolved , the woman Michelle was EXTREMELY RUDE! Told us we were lying about coming through the drive-thru & then refused to deal with the situation because we said , "we did not FRIGGIN go inside!" and told us she would not deal with the "cursing" and to call back in 5 minutes to speak with the manager. We called back and asked to speak with the manager and to our surprise , Michelle gets on the phone and states SHE IS THE MANAGER! She then says she never told us to call back and she told us to come in , which was not true. We told her would could not come in and continued to try to resolve the problem considering we were missing 7 items. She continued to tell us we didn't come to drive-thru because the employee whose name was on our receipt does not work the drive-thru. Upon asking the employee , they WERE working drive-thru. She then asked how we would like it if our child said "friggin" to us , which MY CHILDREN are none of her concern and that was stated. Before the end of the conversation , Michelle had hung up on us. This is not the proper way to handle customer issues nor is the "friendly staff" or helpful customer service. read more
