I want to start off by saying WTF, knowing how long they take to make a burrito and waiting in the drive through line like it's a DMV for as long as 1 hour 15 minutes I decided to order online. I went and ran errands and when I received the message that my order was ready I walked in just to find out from the woman placing orders that she had given my order to someone else. She then stated the "to be honest our online order isn't ever accurate". After all this she said "I am getting all your stuff from your receipt". Worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. Placed our order and paid using the Kiosk. Told they clerk we placed orders using the kiosk and got our drink cups. 30 minutes later I inquired why our order was delayed. Clerk said the Kiosk have not been sending orders to the kitchen screens, so no one knew we have ordered or what we ordered. Someone wrote down our order and said they would fill it. We aren't a family that eats out a lot, usually we go to our local Taco Bell, we get soft tacos or regulars, we always order supreme. Last 6 times we have gone asked for supreme.They always charge us for it, other-more they put supreme on the screen, and on the receipt. Taco Bell is loved by thousands, we still love it. But a taco without sour cream and tomatoes is sad. Would love to know why things take so long here. Still sitting in the drive-through as I have been for over 25 minutes now.If things are that bad for them they really need to hire More people. The lady at the window is friendly enough however for having waited almost a solid 30 minutes after I ordered, it would've been nice to get a sorry for the delay or sorry the wait was so long or thank you so much for your patience. One of the slowest Taco Bell's I've ever been to. Must of had 10 cars in front of me, maybe 12, which in my experience is not abnormal for Taco Bell. Didn't even order until 30 minutes after I pulled up in line. I don't know what takes them so long. The Taco Bell in McMinnville where I'm from would be done with 12 cars in 15 minutes or less. WTF Ended up taking 48 minutes total to get through the drive thru line. Got 7 soft tacos. I did ask for mild and fire packets. There were, I kid you not, about 40 sauce packets in my order. 48 minutes! Do not go here and get food someplace else if you are passing through. read more

This is the worst taco bell I've been to(I tried it twice hoping the first time was a fluke) I assure you it wasn't, the manager there is absolutely not someone who should be in customer service! Definitely a long wait, whether you drive thru or dine in it takes a while to get a few burritos and tacos made. It's not rocket science putting together a burrito or taco, which half the time is missing toppings or they just tossed everything in the wrapper or if you order a specialty item they don't make it right. Almost every time they are out of at least a few items, not one but a few. Last time they were out of shells, large and medium cups, and syrup for they're freezes. If your lucky, they may not miss any items to your order. Once I got items I didn't order, which I think was somebody else's order. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The drive thru took forever with only two cars in front of me and the service was terrible. Things are not good when there is a couple there with their parked truck outside that still has the painted on words of "Just Married!" It had been some time since I was in Taco Bell and wanted to see if they had added anything to their fresh (fresco) menu. No, they had not, but I tried their grilled steak taco. A couple pieces of small, tough beef. The veggies inside tasted stale and were cold. Not recommended. Their $1 spicy tostada was very good as were their rolled tacos. They had Cinnabon nuggets. Quite good, but don't bite into one or you'll spray filling all over the place. Pop it into your mouth, whole, and you'll save yourself some embarrassment.
