-0 stars from me. Every time I go to this Taco Bell my order is wrong, wrong, wrong. You would think getting paid what they do, these people would be able to manage something as simple as making a family meal, but no. Not only is my order constantly wrong, but they let you sit in drive through for a half hour only to tell you that they can't take your money. Can't take the $100 bill my husband worked hard for and earned from a decent job. So now after driving 12 minutes to Susanville Taco Bell, sitting in drive through for 25 minutes, then driving 12 minutes home, and probably over drawing my bank account because my money wasn't good enough, I am left with no dinner because they can't read, or think, or work, something, not quite sure what's wrong. All I know is this is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to! I used to live Taco Bell, worked at 3 different stores myself when I was younger, but this Taco Bell is crap. read more

Food was good, hot and fresh. Just would be more pleasant if they'd cleAn the dining area more often. It wasn't real busy but the employees weren't motivated to sweep up or wipe tables. It was pretty messy; lots of spilled food on floor. We've been here more than a few times and this seems to be the usual thing. It's honestly made me NOT choose to eat here a few times. They've been really lagging lately waited like 15 mins just for my food to come out not including the time I had to wait to order my food. By the time I got home to open my food up it looked like they slapped it together and called it a day. Been here multiple times and they continue to ALWAYS mess my orders. read more

We have never once gotten our correct order. You really need to check and make sure everything is there before you leave.

I dont expect much from taco bell, it's not like I'm eating at a nice place that I expect to have amazing food. As long as my order is correct and hot I'm happy as far as fast food goes. This taco bell is horrible, the staff is incompetent and rude, the food was ice cold and they were out of everything, they were even out of taco sauce, like completely out lol. STAY AWAY. read more

How do I give half stars? This place is trash, smells like weed, and the employees are mean and not friendly at all. I also didn't my my full order multiple times, and if you ask for certain things on and off your burritos or tacos good luck because they'll mess that up to. Over all I give it a half star the half is for the nice lady that works drive though in the mornings. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever ate at. I went September 3rd at 11:45 and I'm 99% sure the workers were high. They were rude over the mic and frantic. Worst experience ever! Obviously We don't go into fast food establishments with high expectations but this was so bad. After waiting for our order for 15 minutes we asked if it had been forgotten. The lady at the counter walked back to the cooks and they did not acknowledge us after that. We waited another 5, at which point I asked them to cancel the order and refund us. She walked back again to check and then said let me help the customers in line first. By then the food was brought to us and was NOT what we ordered! Never going back. The wait times are not exaggerated. Expect to wait anywhere from 15 minutes minimum to 30+ minutes for a single item. If you see a long line in the drive thru, don't be fooled into thinking you'll have a shorter wait inside. read more

Great place for the munchies, and you rarely get diarrhea. You can just stroll in all hungry like, buy a big box of friggin tacos, a huge cup of soda, and some cinnamon twists, walk home, blaze up, and eat tacos and watch some walking dead. My standards are not very high for fast food restaurants- I've been to this taco about four times through my trips of Susanville 3/4 times have been painfully slow... Inside is small and became very crowed. Not too many places to sit and the line to order my food was long but went by quickly. Cashier was friendly. My order was incorrect but they were very apologetic and fixed it rite away. Overall the food was what you can expect from any Taco Bell. Gave 4 stars because the great customer service. read more

Bought a Grande meal with all soft tacos and the packaging was soaked in greasy oil. The tortilla was soggy from the oil. Messed up the rest of my drive thru order as well, took almost 15 minutes to complete. read more

I've given this Taco Bell 10 years of 2nd chances. Each time, I think "Could this be the time? Maybe!" but no. I order just a simple bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and extra red sauce. For 10 years Taco Bell. 10 years....I get extra beans and sparse cheese and almost no sauce. I choke it down and eventually go to Reno again for some reason and order a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese and extra red sauce. Every time it is.....HEAVENLY. It is delicious. It is exactly what I have ordered. It's almost like the manager tells the staff "on EVERY single order, give them the most of whatever is the cheapest, make it gross, but make sure you charge for their extras". July 5, 2015. Went to Taco Bell for a quick meal on our way to Chico, there were only 4 cars in the driveup so we pulled in. We waited and waited and luckily were able to back out after such a long wait. We decided to go inside, only to be told by an employee (filling the napkins) that we couldn't be waited on for 30 minutes because the driveup was such a zoo. ???? There were only 4 cars! Shouldn't you be taking orders and helping your crew instead of turning customers away? Just thought the manager should know about this. The worst Drive-Thru wait times you will ever experience. I have waited up to 30 minutes with only three cars in front of me. On one occasion I waited in line for 28 minutes. I would have backed out but there was a steady amount of cars that kept pulling in behind me, backing up, and leaving. I tried several times to do the same, but there would be another car pull in behind me. just to back out and leave a few minutes later. But this isn't the only time this has happened. We went here at around 9pm on 9/4. This place was a serious dump! Had to wait almost like 30 minutes in the drive thru for a small order and then when we got the food, it wasn't even correct. The boy in the drive thru didn't even apologize. Had to go inside to complain...Manager was a young man, looked like he had not taken a shower in days, hair messy, uniform looked like it hadn't been washed for a few days. Also, he was playing tag with his employee's in the back. He barely cared when we complained, offered us some free drinks for our inconvenience. We had to help him make it right by suggesting what most good manager's would suggest, 'How bout make our burrito correct??!!" So he did make us a new burrito free of charge. I used the bathroom and it was disgusting! Floor looked like it had never been mopped and just plain dirty. When I was leaving I also noticed the glass on the doors were filthy! I have been a manager in many different business's and one of the main rules is to have a clean entrance with clean glass doors! Not that clean glass doors would have mattered at that point though. I also noticed when we needed to throw something away, there was no trash can outside! We were very displeased with this Taco Bell...almost felt like a bad dream in every way! Whoever owns this place needs to seriously get some good management and clean the hell out of it from top to bottom and put a freaking trash can outside! read more

30 min wait for three items. In that time witnessed the manager give three refunds for ordering errors beyond repair. Several staff members leaning in cooking equipment as the restaurant was imploding. But my favorite part was the cashier with pant sagging so as to show his underpants, and red bandanna hanging, neatly folded, from his rear pocket. Save yourself the frustration and waste of time.
