I walked into TB this afternoon for lunch and first thing I see is this beautiful young lady who greeted me with a smile from ear to ear. "Hello! How are you doing today?" She was so friendly, inviting, enthusiastic and professional. She was very funny as well and had the sweetest laugh and asked me about my day. She defiantly had something about her that was so warm and kind. The lobby was clean, bathrooms clean, even all the sauce packets were faced up and fully stocked. Food came quickly, portions were good, and tasted great. The tables were all cleaned, floors and drink area as well. She even checked to see how my food was, and when I was done she even took my tray and threw away my trash! As I left, we exchanged a few words and she wished me a great day! She defiantly made my day today and I will defiantly be returning! Best Tacobell worker I've ever met AND she's cute! I just wish I kept the receipt I didn't catch the young lady's name. Interior is updated, fresh and clean. Food is same as ever. Flowers on the tables add a more upscale touch.

I have to say I was looking forward to getting the Grande Nachos Box seasoned beef......well I was disappointed, it was nasty. My husband got the chicken one and it was not much better. Got it right after my husband ordered it and was very soggy and not very tasteful. It's like it had been prepared and set out awhile. Ended up tossing in the garbage. . It was 11:00pm on a Saturday, when my friend and I went to this location (which is known for being prime drunk fast food time), so I kind of expected to be served/treated as part of that "crowd" (which was not the case). I was SO happy when Cindy at the drive thru greeted us with a smile that wasn't at all jaded by past experiences with late night drunk patrons. When I went in I was totally ignored for a few minutes (as the only customer there) until finally the girl who was supposed to be off working came to take my order since everyone else totally ignored me. The two guys in the kitchen were goofing off. And my crunch wrap supreme was lopsided and falling apart and barely was put in the griddle. Just total crap. Don't go here. Just had a real bad experience in the drive thru. I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal with a Baja blast that comes with a taco supreme, and a taco sub beans for the meat. There was miss communication and I guess they thought I wanted the taco that came with the meal as the one with the beans instead of meat. Got to the window to pay and I was missing the one with the beans. I explained it to the guy that I was missing my taco and I was told I had to get back in like to order it. How is it my fault that there was mis communication and I have to get back in line when there's 10 cars behind me? For one taco. I asked if there was someone I could talk too, a manager came and I explained the situation and they gave me my taco. During the whole 5 minutes that we were talking about me paying for my food just to get back in line they could of just made it right and gave me my 1 dollar taco. I was very disappointed because many times I've come here to just get a soda and they say don't worry about it no charge. After several visits I can honestly say I love this place. When I want something quick and delicious I go to this Taco Bell. I usually get the Chicken Stuffed Burrito, no sour cream or tomatos. Went through the drive through and I'm really irritated with the guy that took my order...Noor N. He made me repeat myself 4 times and then told me to wait because I guess he wasn't ready or something. I'm normally patient...but the way he told me to wait (he didn't ASK if I could wait) seemed rude like he had no time for me even though there were no other people in the line. I've been in customer service...and I still am working in customer service. You're supposed to ask customers to hold or ask them if it's okay to transfer them to someone else. This Taco Bell is pretty good. The staff, especially at night, is full of nice people while the place is always clean when I come in. However I can't give more than 3 stars because of one problem: one of the people that work in the morning. I'm talking about the small Mexican dude with no neck. This guy doesn't know how to treat customers properly. I've seen him act annoyed by customers even when they are being polite to him. Whenever someone asks him for something minor (like a cup he forgot to give), he gets angry. Whenever he's doing the drivethrough, he closes the window before I can ask for more napkins. Overall he's just someone I hate seeing whenever I buy something here. I doubt the people who run the store will care enough about this review to fix this guy's attitude, but hopefully they do something in the future just because he pretty much ruins an otherwise perfect Taco Bell. read more

I used to love this Taco Bell but now I'll never give it my business again (not that it matters to them) and I recommend you all don't either. A good restaurant is not dictated by just good food, but good employee and environment as well. Anywho, I attentively watched the managers threaten to fire their cashier over something stupid for about the 20 minutes I was there (they weren't being quiet about it). The cashier didn't know that what he did wrong was actually wrong in the first place. Instead of "we can fire you for that" being repeated constantly, a decent effing human being would tell him that it's fine this time but don't do it again because of reason a,b,c. I had to maintain my composure due to the type of uniform I was wearing; however, I would have given those shitty managers a lesson on how to treat your employees and not use scare tactics and make them hate themselves for working there. I was so furious and I'm still kind of mad about it now. However, two stars for always having consistent food ( not like it matters for me anymore lmao). So leisure town it is. Although the male in the drive through spotted us 36 cents, the order was incorrectly provided to us. We ordered a medium Baja blast, a bean burrito, and a chicken quesadilla. The Blast machine was broken, the bean burrito was missing beans, and chicken quesidilla did not have chicken. I went to this location on April 5 2018 at 4:00PM and I was served by Pat P who was really awful. As I was coming in to the restaurant he was busy talking to people around his age right in front of the entrance, then he goes back to be behind the cash register, he was not trying to notice there was a customer in front of him (which I was the customer), he was looking out the window, completely ignoring me, I had to tell him really nicely that I was ready to order but he still continued to ignore me for a few more minutes, he did not bother to greet me, the whole time I was there he had this anger face on, he was really mad, he would come out of behind the cash register walk around the floor very mad, he was swearing, he would go to some of the tables and he would grab the things left there by almost throwing it across the room, he kept doing things like that, when he went to the back there was a guy who I think was some type of manager Pat P snatched the keys in a very rude manner, I guess he did not want to do what the other guy had told him to do, then about a few minutes later when I went to the bathroom, I had closed the door and locked it, here Pat P unlocks the bathroom door walks in on me, he did not bother to knock on the door, and after he walked in on me with a really bad and disgusting attitude he says "oh" and he did not even try to acknowledge his mistake or even try to apologize.
