She also bussed dirty tables and swept the floor, and offered excellent service to us. She was literally covered in sweat from running all over. The tacos were decent and the street corn app was good. We enjoyed our margarita flights and the different fruit flavors. I think whomever is doing hiring is not selecting people that actually want to serve people. We know it's hard to find employees these days and hope the team can turn this around. In the meantime, seriously, give Eve a huge bonus. She's earned it.
