We ordered: -- #8 with cool ranch regular tacos (verbally confirmed and entered correctly initially) -- 2 chicken quesadillas (no sauce) -- cinnamon twists -- Pepsi As we left, the screen was updating and I was more concerned about the $37 total since in 2021 this would've been $18 at best. What we got: -- #8 with nacho supreme tacos -- 2 chicken quesadillas with extra spicy ranch sauce -- cinnamon twists -- no drinks (had to pull around and get them) When calling the management staff, Cecelia stated that they asked if it was correct so it was our fault (even though they were changing the order at the end) then offered after a heavy sigh to remake it all. Absolutely horrible. Came here and ordered a beefy five layer and a chicken quesadilla. My burrito was not evenly portioned, one bite with just sour cream nothing else (nasty) and my quesadilla was burnt with little to no cheese on it. Unfortunately it took half an hour to get them because there were four people working and it seemed like they needed to be six. I'm frequently disappointed when I go to this location, but it's the closest one to our house and we don't have a ton of options... Welp... today, they really kicked the disappointment up a notch. Just a little follow-up to my visit. 1. Just curious- why would you ask me if I wanted sauce AND repeat the flavor- if you weren't going to put it in the bag? is this a teaser? Were you just asking which was my favorite? Next time I'll be more clear about actually wanting to take some home with me. 2. Is it standard practice to confirm my drink order and then treat me to a flavor other than what was ordered? I've just never experienced this level of service at other Taco Bells, so I was just wondering if you guys do this to set yourselves apart from the competition? (smart...definitely memorable!) 3. When I ordered crunchy tacos, that's kinda what I was expecting. Imagine my surprise when opened up each and every one of them and the shells were broken... the parts that weren't broken, were soggy canoes of meat stuck to the paper....soggy canoe nachos with lettuce... funny- I didn't see those on the menu? Thank you for the extra sauce on the Quesadilla... but next time, I'll specify that I'd like the sauce to be INSIDE the quesadilla...instead of spread generously all over the outside.... my fault... I rarely go to Taco Bell, maybe once per year. This one happens to be in my town and I needed a quick meal. Furthermore, I rarely feel the need to leave a review to places I dine, but my visit to this location inspired me to take the time to write this. Everyone knows the feeling of indecisiveness when confronted with an unfamiliar menu. No one enjoys feeling like you're annoying the person taking your order. For this reason, I used their order screen off to the side to explore the menu. When I felt ready to order, I decided to go to the counter because I had a couple questions. Immediately, I was noticed and helped. Kylie, the young lady attending to me was not only patient but kind. She even helped me select some sauces for my nuggets, which may not seem like much, but the kindness she offered me mattered very much to me after the week I've had. In the name of adventure, I ordered a sampling of their newest items (nuggets, fries, and a triple layer taco). As a safety net, I ordered a trusted favorite, the ever reliable bean burrito. My order came promptly and my name was called by another smiling friendly worker. I noticed my sauce was missing, so I went to the counter, and again, I was immediately noticed and the mistake was remedied politely and quickly. All the ordered items were good. The outer cheese shell of the taco flaked off, but it was fine to eat like little chips or sprinkled on top. The nuggets and fries held up against the meal without competing or feeling out of place. As it goes, the bean burrito transported me to the 90s when I was a kid and my dad would take my sister and I to the beach where we played hard all day. Afterwards, we were ravenous, and a bean burrito was a feast fit for a queen. Man, how we all miss that 39 cent price point though. They are currently 2.29 plus 20 cents for added onions and 90 cents for sour cream, which I'm my humble opinion is the master modification to this perfect item. Besides the food, the lobby was clean and 90s country played while diners tucked into their lunches. Lastly, I'd like to add that the ladies' bathroom was clean and well stocked with seat covers, TP, soap and paper towels. My only recommendation would be to place a trash can near the door for people to place their used paper towel after opening the door with the paper towel to keep their freshly washed hands clean. I would give this taco bell 3 1/2 stars if possible. The nacho fries are always a bit limp or soft as if they were not cooked long enough. But I also believe the little fries box they out it in might also contribute to it. Most of the time food items are not made consistently as that should be a given working there. Maybe more training is needed. I'm not sure. I love taco bell and always have since the 8th grade and that was in 2000. So when Wheatland finally got a taco bell added, I was ecstatic. I would order everyday from there when they opened. But when the orders I put in which was always the same never came out consistently or sometimes not even in good quality I started going there less and less now. Didn't have a good experience here tonight. There was hair in my food. I know it wasn't mine since the hair is straight and my hair is super curly. The cheesy fiesta potato bowl did not have the nacho cheese on it, only the sour cream. The potatoes were cold and tasted old/expired. I order soft tacos with the chipotle sauce on it. My Local Taco Bell. Let's me down every single time. As time goes on I forget about it and sometimes don't want to cook bad enough to try it again. Today I waited inside for 35 minutes. All of my visits have been nothing but pleasant, with the exception of minor hiccups you'd expect from a busy fast food place with minimum wage workers. As long as you're going through the drive-thru, the service is good. If you go inside, you'll be in for a wait. Sometimes it takes 2-3 minutes before you're even seen and they always seem to make the drive-thru food first before attending to your order. They also like to close 15 minutes earlier than their sign claims. read more

I have a disease which caused me to have a severe allergy to animal protein. I ordered a taco salad with no meat sub refried beans. Of course they gave me no beans and tons of meat. I like how we finally have a taco bell in town but there are some issues. Almost every time I go through drive-through, they always forget something and when I order cinnamon twists they ALWAYS forget them. One time I asked for two watermelon freezes with no seeds and they repeated it back to me but when I got them, there were seeds in them. I couldn't be more disappointed. First I should mention are used to work a few miles away and would use the drive-through frequently. I had a few different experiences but I've never been disappointed enough to review. Tonight I pull into the parking lot and see they're open, I have a trailer so I park it in the back of the lot. I attempt to order on the app but since there are no designated storefront pickup options the only availability is drive through because it is after the i store hours. Since the drive through is shaped with two 90 degree turns there's no way I could pull my trailer through it. There are 5+ cars sitting out waiting for orders to brought out to them so I walk to the store front and patiently wait for them to come out. I then ask the young man working if I ordered on the app if I could just tell him my name now and they could bring out to me because I can't go through the drive through because I have a trailer. He proceeds with let me ask my manager... fine enough. Then comes back out and tells me the manager said no because it's 10... mind you it's 10:07 and they close at MIDNIGHHT!!!! I'm not asking to come in store I merely want to order online and wait in the parking lot like all the other people... because I can't drive through to say my name in the speaker my money is no good here? Whoever is the manager should get a large hard talk about customer service especially in a rural area with tons of trailers. I will not give my money to this particular store from now on... read more
