I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be documented for management and franchise leadership. My friends and I arrived at this location before closing and placed our order. The employee taking it struggled to understand us, requiring multiple repetitions of simple items; including a cheese quesadilla, which we stated clearly twice because one member of our group is vegetarian. Despite this, the cheese quesadilla was not included in our order. (1/4 items ordered) We called the store immediately after receiving our food, still prior to the posted closing time. Instead of correcting the mistake, we were told there was "nothing they could do" because they were "closed" and that all food had been "packed away." This response was disappointing, especially because the error was on their end and we reached out before closing, explaining this. The Additionally, the employee taking our order appeared unusually incoherent, repeatedly asking us to "speak slower" and to "hold on," which raised concerns about whether he was in an appropriate condition to be working. When we expressed that this situation reflected poorly on the brand, the staff seemed indifferent. I grew up less than a mile from this location, and over the years I've encountered other issues here, from inconsistent service to disorganized operations, but this was the first time I felt genuinely compelled to report it. The combination of poor communication, refusal to correct a clear mistake, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the standards expected from a Taco Bell franchise. While I understand this is a fast-food establishment and closing time can be busy, basic customer service and accountability should not be optional. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews staff training, closing procedures, and employee conduct. At this time, I cannot recommend this location, and I hope steps are taken to improve the experience for future customers. read more

I rarely give fast food restaurants a 5 star rating unless they are truly exceptional relative to other fast food restaurants and this is one of those situations. I don't know why they only have a 3 star average rating on Yelp, maybe there are some older reviews from before I started coming to this location a couple years ago but since I have been coming to this Taco Bell they have always been consistently very good. Sometimes I would go there multiple times per week and every time I go there they never make a mistake or get my order wrong and they are always pleasant and the food is always good and obviously prepared with care. Maybe some people just don't like Taco Bell or fast food in general, I get it, that's why I usually max my rating out at a 4 for a really good fast food restaurant and I reserve a 5 star for a place that is exceptional and always on point. read more

I give it one star because the managers that were in shift at the time I went which was lunch time were terrible. I have a picture of a table in the lobby that all the employees had their drinks on and drank it in front of the customers. And then the manger that was on register when a customer walked up and she made sure to finish her text while he was right in front of her. Then later on she was on her phone and showing a employee stuff clear in front of all the customers! The drive through line is always horrendous. My experience is always after 9pm. The staff seems to always be different each time I go. I'm sure this doesn't help things. My order however, is always correct. No issues there. A little training in process flow from corporate might go a long way. read more

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme without tomatoes, sour cream cheese and beefy replaced with beans, when I got it the only thing s removed were the cheese and sour cream. I also asked for two bean burritos with no onions or chesse and both had those items. read more

Drive thru Line is always very long unless you are visiting during extreme off hours, and lack of an alternative means you may wait for a half hour or more in line. Other restaurants have offered in restaurant take away service for months now, pandemic or no - why hasn't Taco Bell considered this option? Most people will not wait 30m for a fast food lunch. read more

We waited in the drive thru for a total of 30 minutes. It took us about 20 minutes just to get to the point where we ordered our food. We did and then waited about 10-15 minutes just to arrive at the drive thru window. When we got to the drive thru window, we handed the team member our credit card. At that point, the team member indifferently let us know that the restaurant was cash only & that their credit card machine was down. We let him know we weren't carrying cash and all he said was, "Sorry, man." He didn't offer an apology for not telling us at the order menu, we expressed that we waited for about 30 minutes just to receive our food and all he did was shrug his shoulders. Yesterday, Saturday, April 18th, 2020, I ordered a taco salad and the person taking the order said "We don't have taco salads". I said "What? I got one last week". Then she informed me "Taco Bell no longer carries taco salads. If you look at the menu board you'll see they changed the menu". That's like saying the sun doesn't shine anymore and it's pretty outrageous to a person who loves taco salads! In their pursuit of progress, i.e. making more money, they now offer flaming hot doritos locos and wild strawberry candy or not freezes. This coming during a time we need our comfort food! So then, I unhappily ordered a chalupa box meal. When I got home and looked at it I disappointedly thought "Oh, no, it's a burrito box". I don't care much for burritos but I ate a few bites and ate the tacos accompanying it even though I have a lot of difficulty eating them because I have a plate for my upper front teeth. Although, I do like the cinnamon twists I won't be going back:( Not only that, I haven't figured out how to let the big wigs in California know my feelings. I'm not even mad about writing a review for every single Taco Bell location I go too because they are always awesome. This one particularly was super cool. I was in a bad mood when i went through the drive thru because of a Wendys employee was rude to me and didn't get my order right. My husband wanted Taco bell and i didn't blame him. When i came up to the drive thru window, two employees really stood out to me. Paris and Brett (brent?) Paris was super polite to me while i was placing my order even though i had no idea what i was doing at the time. Very patient. She then complimented me when i was just leaving. Super sweet. Brett, (brent) had a very lovely English accent. she was very sweet and even talked to my dog in the other seat. (You don't understand my dog loves drive thrus and seeing new people.) LONG STORY SHORT, The employees here have incredible customer service skills and I wish i had the opportunity to work with them. Terrible products received. I went through the drivethrough and ordered 2 beef meximelts and 2 chicken quesadillas. Both of my meximelts barely had anything in them and both were missing pico. My quesadillas looked like they were cut by someone without eyes and had very uneven pieces, on top of that, one of my quesadillas had a piece with nothing in it, only tortilla. I ordered from my app and I get charged twice, was told by store manager my money would be refunded in 24 - 48 hours. Here I am 5 days later still waiting on my 30 bucks. I called the store the manager directed me to taco bells customer service, the manager did not know the number then gave me a random number she said was it. (It was not thank you google.) So corporate said they will investigate and that will take a week then after they resolve it I get my money in 7-10 days. So I tried again, after a long shift at work and no desire to cook anything. Big mistake.. unfortunately there aren't many spots that are open late night. This place is open until 2am, but you wouldn't know it, since the staff has a habit of turning off all the lights, including the "drive thru open" light, between 12 and 1am. If you still attempt to drive through, even with all the lights off, they will serve you, but they'll be highly offended that they're forced to actually do their jobs.. not only is the customer service horrific, the food preparation is as well. If I were you, I'd avoid this place as a late night spot, you'll be shortchanged and treated as a burden. Stick to the daylight hours and your more likely to get what you pay for and not be treated as an inconvenience read more
