One of the burritos was less than 3 inches long....literally half the size of the other one, the chips were all crushed...not even 1 single whole chip and the little plastic cup of queso was cold and half full. Three young men working one white, one black and a mexican. All out the back door by the drive thru speaker, the mexican continued to pick up trash and the other 2 ran in the backdoor. This was at 715 p.m. o March 17th. My receipt said Rodolfo was employee. I ordered through Door Dash as I have before. Tonight when we got the food, there were no chips, no salsa, no jalapeño's, no napkins and no plastic ware. It's just careless preparation and a sign that they don't care about what they send out. This location is near my home, so we get food there fairly frequently. The last couple of years the food and service has been very inconsistent. I hate to quit ordering there, but I may have to. It is fast food, but it's not cheap, there are many other choices. This location is by my home and I go here frequently. Lately it's been a disaster! Last week I placed my order to wait in a line with 3 cars in front of me for 30 min. I finally left the line and didn't pick up my food. Tonight I thought I would give them another chance. This time 2 cars in front of me. When they finally asked to take my order as I was giving it they asked me to wait. After I gave my order and turned the corner I could see the young man taking the orders. He was at the register eating. The car at the window I'm not sure how long they had been there but it took 15 min from the time I turned the corner. The car in front of me took 14 min. While I was waiting I was reading reviews of how people weren't getting their entire order. So I finally get my order 7 minutes in. I checked it. Got 1 of the 2 meals I ordered and the dessert with no sauce. I told them I needed the other meal, dessert and both sauces for the dessert. He was friendly about it then 4 minutes later received the rest of my order. Meanwhile what I was given was getting cold. I saw a lot while waiting. The person taking orders eating at the window. Then when he helped with getting part of my order. He went to the register to get my change and then in the same gloves touched my food. The manager was pacing the place walking around taking but doing nothing. I'm not really sure if the management here has changed or what but after tonight I will not be back no matter how close it is. I will drive the 3-4 miles to go to another one. The food was good I will say besides the fact mine was cold and soggy by the time I got home it's it to actually eat. The inside was not busy either so I chalk it down to bad management. Gross, Gross, GROSS! I spotted many heath code violations as we were sitting there eating. 1. The guy in the kitchen making the burritos kept tucking his hair under his cap while wearing the same gloves that he was making the burritos. His hands went straight from his hair to the lettuce. 2. He also went up front to ring up a customer while wearing the same gloves and touching the check out touch pad. 3. The lady making the tacos came up front to clean the salsa area. She used the spray cleaner right up next to the open salsa trays, thus getting cleaner directly into the salsa. 4. Every table in the place was not clean. We had to sit at the long bar in a semi-clean spot. 5. Every trash bin was over flowing. I don't understand why a manager of the local franchise doesn't care enough to check in on the place. Taco Bueno is the best thing of all time. All you out there who do not appreciate taco Bueno are all soggy individuals. Taco Bueno is better than the salt under our feet. This taco Bueno in particular, is often criticized so often, and frankly, I don't give a crud. Some Liberals can not stand the beautiful nature of this taco Bueno, and therefore will never find peace, happiness, or tranquility in their lifetime. Taco Bueno is significantly better than taco bell or Del taco and is often harshly critiqued, which I find, rather uneducated and uncouthness of the highest degree or freight high. Order was not done at pick up time nor were the staff aware of it. No apology nor compensation was offered. Okay can't go inside because COVID so I call the number on the receipt and they bring it out to me in the parking lot. Okay so I make it home and open the bags like a kind on Christmas because I haven't had Taco Bueno in forever. Mega Mexidips: queso was flavorless yellow water. Chips were stale. Wholelotta box: refried beans and party burritos were good. party tacos were basically stale shells with almost nothing in it. Street Tacos: barely any meat Big Frickin Chicken Quesadilla: good And the beef burrito: my party burritos had more beans in them than my beef burrito had beef in it. Usually taco bueno is known for litterally messing everything up, but I highly recommend this taco bueno they didn't get 1 thing wrong.

This is the worst fast food restaurant for customer service. For the second time in a month the coupon I was using didn't work. First time their register did accept it at all and today the coupon for any burrito for $1.99 would not ring up for more than $1 off. The manager said "it doesn't matter what the coupon says!! Do I want it or not??" In other words get the heck out of here. No apology or explanation of any kind. I got in the drive through line at noon and it was 12:25 when I got to the window to find out Taco bueno does not honor what is printed on their own coupon!! Isn't this considered a lie or stealing? The lady at the drive through was clearly new. She screwed up the order before ours, we had to tel her everything twice for our order. Which normally, especially during a pandemic I could forgive. What I can't forgive is that my card didn't go through? (I checked my bank there is zero reason for it not to go through other than user error) but she then proceeded to chase us down, ask us for another card, and then, the best part, she yelled 'you better pull in right there! I have your tag number!' ...I have your tag number?? Why imwould I have given her a second card if I planned to steal? 4 cars in the parking lot and multiple employees visible inside and outside building yet a piece of paper written on the doors and drive thru says they are closed until tomorrow. Several of the other Taco Bueno's are also close and have been for a while apparently none of them are going to make it through the bankruptcy or don't have staff but there was plenty at this location. The price of the food is reflected in the quality. Very cheap food but is good if you are broke.

When I asked them to update their menu online so I could order their promotional items online and the manager told me it was too much work to change it every month because he's busy. Disgusting. For fast food, this place is great. I feel like the ingredients are fresh and relatively healthy (depending on what you order of course). The plave is always clean and the salsa bar sets Buenos apart from other day food tacos. The salsa bar is so fresh and they have Pico and a wide variety of stuff to liven up a pain been burrito or a taco! read more
