Taco Lindo is a bit far from my house, but one night I was craving some fast Mexican food and it popped up as a recommendation on DoorDash so I decided to give it a try. And wow! I am so glad I did. Every single bite I took I kept telling my husband, "This is the best Mexican food I've ever had." And he totally agreed. Everything was incredibly flavorful, authentic, and just plain delicious. The only downside is that it's not closer to where I live, because this would easily become one of my regular spots. I went here yesterday morning for a new breakfast burrito experience. They had over a four star rating. I ordered a California size Breakfast Burrito and it was. The only difference it was not what I ordered. And it was premade. I specifically ordered a Bacon, Chorizo, Chili Verde, add Cotija cheese burrito. What I received was a standard premade bacon, chorizo Californian size breakfast burrito experience minus cheese. That was disappointing, huge burrito, taste good. But you can't fool a chef. I can taste an see every ingredient. The establishment looks clean and organized. I just didn't know why they didn't just make what I wanted, an ordered? After a doctors appointment nearby, I decided to check out this location. I've driven by here so many times, and I don't live too far from this location, however, I've never stopped in. I have not found a good location for tacos near the 93720, so I gave this one a try. It is a small location, with one table for dining in, so mostly a take out location. The cashier was very friendly and bubbly. I ordered 3 tacos to go, chicken, shrimp and carne asada. It came out in about 10 minutes! The chicken is diced, not shredded which I enjoyed. I am at a loss of words for the incredible breakfast burrito that I ate this morning from this place. The quality of my meal was a 10/10, very authentic Mexican food. The burrito was massive. For what your paying, the portion is huge. Went with a ham and cheese breakfast burrito with extra cheese. This burrito was truly a 10/10 in terms of flavor. So good!! First time trying this place. First impressions-I'm impressed with the burritos. IMO, they are huge--I mean double the size of what you would get at Roberto's or Aresnios (at least when it comes the California burritos). I regret not snapping a photo, but I know I'll be back so I'll share next time! I also tried the asada sope, shrimp taco, and ordered an asada quesadilla with no veggies. I've never had a sope before so I think I'm just not a sope fan and don't have enough experience to comment on this food item. Shrimp taco was decent and tasted fresh. The quesadilla as for my son, he said he was delicious. Also a note on the number of salsa cups you receive; I received 3 total salsa cups for each of my food items (2 for the sope). Tried this place after it being highly rated on food delivery apps and seeing good reviews here as well and... I was not disappointed! The food was fabulous even after takeaway! We got the carne asada quesadilla, the Al pastor torta, and asada fries and all were great! I think the fries had a tad too much nacho cheese sauce which made them get a little soggy but all the toppings were well seasoned and tasted great! Today I was disappointed I ordered a shrimp burrito. It was 19 something and I expected it to be the same size as a breakfast or lunch one which are much less but sadly it's small and it is a lot of tortilla. I love breakfast here and I wish they always had the same service. read more

Eggs, hash browns, bacon, & cheese, all well-proportioned (a little more cheese would have been welcomed) and distributed inside a thin, tender flour tortilla. Red & green sauces on the side. It was presented piping hot (should travel well) & big enough for two to share. After eavesdropping on the other customers' orders, I got a Carne Asada taco to go. And glad I did: again, excellent! Small "street taco" corn tortilla with meat, diced tomato & onion, cabbage, guacamole sauce + some radish slices, a lemon wedge, little cup of red sauce and a pickled jalapeño on the side. If you want a good breakfast burrito, you need to come here. For breakfast burritos are the bomb they have a good selection to choose from which I like they offer chorizo, hot link, bacon. Ham. Sausage or no meat breakfast burrito you can even get a California burrito. They are definitely going to fill you up and they also include salsa. There might be a bit of a weight because they're pretty popular but they estimated my time to be a 10 minute wait and it was way done before that. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is small. I don't think it's meant to be a sit down preferably just takeout. I will have to go back and try their tacos. read more

Sometimes chicken can be a little lackluster, but this was not one of them. The service was fantastic prompt and very nice cashier. The ambience is just a basic Taco Bell conversion to Mexican fast food joint. Nothing to write home about. But it is clean and there are plenty of tables to sit down at. It would be nice to see them make it more appealing to sit in. There are several broken chairs that are easy repairs and no overall real aesthetic vibe inside. The menu is typical of what you hope to find at a take-out restaurant. Dishes include tacos, burritos, breakfast burritos, combo plates (with beans and rice), tortas, sopes, asada fries, asada nachos, shrimp cocktails, flautas, quesadillas, chicken salad, burrito bowls, taco salad, and tostadas. Beverages include soft drinks and Mexican sodas. Sides include beans and rice, chips and salsa, and fries. Meat choices are the following: beef steak (asada), chicken (pollo), beef tongue (lengua), pork rinds (chicharon), marinated pork (al pastor), slow-cooked pork in green sauce (chile verde), and shrimp. I have tried most of the meats and my two favorites are the asada and pollo because of their juiciness. All the meats I tried, however, are well-seasoned and tender. And they will pile them on the tacos and burritos. Both the red and green salsas are delicious. I also like the beans and rice here, so I normally get the combo plate when I order tacos. Tacos are served with diced onions, cilantro, shredded cabbage, guacamole sauce, red and green salsa, lemon slices, and a grilled serrano chili on the side. The tacos are on par with some of the best take-out restaurants or food trucks I have visited throughout the city. They are smoky, juicy, made-to-order, and flavorful. Driving across town and bam!, hunger hits. It's a perfect rainy day for a good breakfast burrito and after minimal searching, came across this local shop that happened to be on my way (less travel time always helps). Anyways, I eat a lot, and love to eat. I'm not a one plate at thanksgiving type. So I pull in to this small parking lot, see the sign, and I'm ordering a California Breakfast Burrito, chorizo, bacon, and sausage. I decide to sit at the one table and enjoy an enormous burrito. First bite, not bad. 2nd through the last bite was delicious. The green sauce (not spicy) had good flavor, kinda wish it was a little warmed up. Texture, flavor of meats, quantity, quality was all top notch. As I sat quietly eating, I realized their customer service was good, always greeting customers and same attitude (a good one) to every customer. Also realized it's a pretty busy place. In short, or long as you keep reading this, I can't wait to try other items on the menu. The price for quantity and quality in this cost rising times was perfect. Tucked away in a small strip mall, this is the best al pastor in Fresno/Clovis area that I've found, and I have done some extensive research. The family who owns the place are so welcoming, kind, and hard-working. The size of the tacos are perfect for the price point; I believe they are $2.89 apiece, but two tacos is enough for a meal because they aren't too small. Tacos are served with a side of radishes, lemons, salsa, and a hot pepper. I've tried carne asada, chicken, and lengua, but the al pastor is by far my favorite thus far. One salsa is simply not enough and since I used it all..my gf was saying it was okay only because she had no salsa. I had TLG cater my husband's birthday party this weekend. I got 100 tacos and asked for the basic fixings on the side. I expected cabbage, cilantro and onions, and then an order of beans and rice. I live close to this place and a friend of mine recommended. I was hesitant to try because the last place we went to left us unsatisfied. So we played it safe and ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito. The burrito is big and can be shared with 2 people. This chorizo has so much flavor and the salsas were delicious! Everything from the food to the people was great!
