We really like going to Taco Time but the last time it was not great. I order the bean taco platter ( I did not order beef or chicken on it). When we got home it had beef on it, I don't eat beef. We usually don't have a problem with an order. I called the restaurant a couple of times & it always took me to leave a voicemail & they would call back. They never did. I called the guest relations (number that was on the receipt the next day. I called twice there & left a message to call me back. But, again they didn't call. It was very disappointing to have a restaurant you like but they don't care about their customers. read more

I don't typically write reviews on fast food restaurants - but after coming here several times, the consistently above average service and food has compelled me to do so. I have only ever been through the drive-through here, every time I have it has been the same employee at the window. She's a middle-aged I believe Indian woman. Extremely courteous and a professional and sweet. She is amazing at suggesting add-ons when I am ordering that, I probably don't need but are always so good... Such as Jalapeños or other ingredients. Obviously it is Taco Bell food but I feel like their food is just a couple notches above any other Taco Bell I have eaten at. I was out running errand's...stopped in to get a simple chicken quesadilla... There weren't any customers inside, but all the convenient parking spots close to the front door were all taken ...that can only mean the employees are parking/taking the customer's convenient parking spots for themselves... In going inside to order, I was surprised to find they won't take your order...they told me I had to do the ordering through the order-kiosk...I'm not going to do their job for them...I told the employee I wasn't going to use the kios...so, the employee had to come out from behind the ordering counter, for her to use the kiosk to order my quesadilla... She said I had to give her my name...I told her I'm not giving them my name...she said I had to...I told her my first name is "Chicken"...last name is "Quesadilla" I paid with cash, so the same employee had to go right back to the cash register behind the ordering counter to use it to take my money, and give me my change... Made a mobile order on the Taco Bell website in which it says this location is open until 12 AM on fridays. My husband works late hence why I was making the mobile order for pick up at 11:45. Get there to go to the drive thru to pick up our order and all the lights are off like they closed early... Not the first time... Been here for over an hour, took us 20min to get our complete order. Had to ask for sauce because the supply containers were empty. Cashier gave us some but didn't bother restocking the dining room. Dining room hasn't been serviced since we have been here. Drive-thru was having completed orders bagged and tossed to her. Water and ice all over counter where you get your own drinks. While we waited for our food we were watching them make it.....OMG the floor is disgusting, I witnessed them kicking a wrapper around instead of picking it up. One doesn't really go to Taco Bell expecting top quality. You go there for cheap food and perhaps even hangover food. However, after spending too much money at the nearby grocery store the last thing I wanted to do was go home and cook. I swung by this Taco Bell and was impressed by the inside as it was very clean and they even had a TV playing with a nice variety of music. I was instantly greeted and the cashier took my order. I waited at one of the dining tables and was impressed at how clean they were. Again, so far everything was above and beyond what I would expect from a Taco Bell. I ordered the crunch wrap supreme meal and holy smokes, the crunch wrap was a good inch thick and it was actually crunchy! Usually they're smushed and flat and the inner shell is soft. Of course, not that that stops me from ordering them. I finished my meal and sat there playing on my phone. One of the workers walked by and asked if he could take my tray for me. I declined because the trash can was only a few steps away from me, and I could have done it myself. However, the thought was very nice. It was something you'd expect from a restaurant not a fast food place. The State St Taco Bell is actually closer to me, however I will go out of my way to visit this Taco Bell knowing the quality is much better. read more

I'm a truck driver and I delivered my load next door and wanted something to munch on. I noticed this Taco Bell across the way and pull up to go inside. I walked up to the door and to my dismay the dining room was closed as it was about 10:30 at night. One of the employees came to the door and told me to go thru the drive thru. I said kinda hard to fit pointing at my semi. He went around the corner and talked to his boss. Another young guy came out and said here is what we can do. We can get in my car and I'll take you thru drive thru and you can order what you want! I thought, now that is going above and beyond for customer service! I never thought I would be writing a review for a Taco Bell... but here I go. Me and my girlfriend had to get a bite to eat and decides to go the quick and cheap route. When we walked in we noticed some awards boasting "Best in the West" and jokingly said we must be at the "best" Taco Bell. As we went up to order we were blown away by the happy and friendly service we were getting. The girl named Patrice who was ringing us up just had gotten a promotion to management and was so helpful. Even after we got our food they would come over and ask us if we needed anything. ......It kind of was like a restaurant..... I wasn't sure if I should tip.... So Taco Bell food is what it is. It is fast food. I had to rate this particular one because I've been to so many Taco Bells in my time and the experience is always about the same. We went in on a weekend and the place was clean and a nice young man was sweeping and making sure the sauce/ utensils area was clean. He asked us all if he could hand us some sauces or napkins or if we needed anything else. And he came by a couple times during our lunch to see if we needed anything taken away or if we needed more of anything else. The person that took our order was very pleasant as well. It was a unique experience that in all my years I've never had at any Taco Bell ever. In case it was a fluke I will have to go back there in the future to see what my experience is like. I've been going to this taco bell location for over five years (probably close to eight), and very rarely have I had a bad experience. Often times I get very large orders for my whole family (six people) with custom orders and they're precise 99% of the time. The service has always been good and really fast, and it's a main reason we always come back. All the tables and bathrooms are always sanitary (which may not seem like a big deal, but if they were dirty it would leave a bad impression) and this makes the setting more comfortable. I've read a few other reviews and they've stated that they've had bad experiences, but I never have in the same manners that they have; The Cashiers have always been nice and willing to help, the window workers have never been rude or stared at me, in fact they've always been really nice and have even inquired about my day, and asked interactive questions. Inside the restaurant there is always music playing and it is generally acceptable (Not likely to offend anyone). Drive through lines are surprisingly fast for how busy they get. \191/ This location is on on the way to my work and if I'm hungry then giving myself 5-7 minutes to stop here is usually sufficient. TL;DR Overall this location in my opinion goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a fast food joint in service, cleanliness, precision, and time efficiency. I highly recommend trying this location if you're in the area because they do their best to make each and every visit satisfactory for the customers. read more

Besides long drive thru lines occasionally, I've never had a single issue here. And frankly, if a drive thru line is long, it means they're busy, not that those guys fixing your lunch are lazy, just over burdened. The staff are polite, I've never seen it dirty, and despite my husband hemming and hawing in the drive thru over whether or not he REALLY wants a fiery shell vs a normal one, they're always very patient. I regularly sub vegetarian options, jalapeno ranch for nacho cheese, stuff like that, and it comes back fine each time. read more

I've been coming to the Taco Bell location regularly since moving to Marysville in the Spring of 2009. Over that time period, like all fast food restaurants, there have been (obviously) many different employees, menu options, etc... But, this location is set apart in my mind as being far superior. In six years, they have never once, ever screwed up my order! That is pretty incredible to me. I've never encountered a rude employee, in fact, they've trained their employees to ask about your day at the drive thru. I've never had to wait, even at lunch or dinner time when the line has been long. There is a Carl's Jr. in the same lot area as this TB, and they are so slow that it's ridiculous! Anyway, all this to say that I feel a little silly writing a review for Taco Bell, but I want this location to get the recognition they're due, and I think they are pretty great.
