I'm so fond of the crisp burritos and their excellent salsa! They still serve some of their plates on ceramic dishes. They provide BIOPLASTIC straws and cutlery, which is completely biodegradable!!! And they still actually brew their ice tea. Way to go, Taco Time!!! I'd give you 5 stars, but I ordered the crisp burritos take and bake because I love so far away and want to be able to make them more often. I got the Beef instead of Bean. Wish I'd looked closer before I left. Also, when the guy dropped off the food at my table, he wasn't very friendly. I work in restaurants 10 years. It doesn't take any extra effort to smile and be polite. Otherwise, amazing experience, as usual when I'm fortunate enough to be geography close enough to go to a Taco Time. I'm not sure what has happened to the East Wenatchee taco time but the food is DISGUSTING and the service is HORRIBLE. We used to eat there a couple times a week because the food was always good and so was the service. Well yesterday was the last straw. I came to pick up my food and it wasn't ready and they hadn't started it either. Employees just standing around ignoring customers. Mind you I was the only customer in the store and they had 2 cars in drive through , so they weren't busy . I had to yell hello is anyone going to help me and they stood and stared then finally came and helped me. As I was waiting on my food I went to fill my sodas and the pop machine had no pop or ice . They had only been open an hour so no reason why they would be out of soda . They had to come stalk the pop machine so I could get my sodas. I get my order and get home and my order was complete wrong and the Mexi fries were frozen in the middle. Crisp beef burritos were soggy with grease and not completely cooked. I didn't bother taking the food back because it would have been a huge hassle and the food would not have been any better. This used to be a very good taco time that was clean , great food and great customer service. Not sure if it's new management or what the issues are but all I know is this place has went downhill fast and their food is going to make someone sick. I have not ate at a TacoTime in probably 10 years. Received excellent customer service at drive through from a gentleman. EXCELLENT with joy, manners and a smile! So refreshing after being treated so rudely by the general population these days everywhere you go. FYI, I did go back three times that week. I ate here before I read the reviews. They messed up my order, but fixed it quickly and apologized. The food was actually good for fast food. We couldn't finish the tater tots, the salad was fresh and delicious. The White Chili Soup was also very hearty and hot. The cup portion was large. I would come here again for fast food. Was clean. After 5 bad experiences it's time for a review. Taco Time in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee are not capable of getting orders correct. Tonight they took my order wrong and therefore filled it wrong. When I called to talk to the manager Wendy who took my order she argued with me about what I ordered. So no customer service either. So I went without dinner because no one wanted the fried burritos we got. Their prices are high enough to expect good service but that's not what you get. This review is for my dinner experience at the Wenatchee Taco Time for Friday, April 28th around 7:45p-8:15p. First impression..... Dirty! I am visiting family and needed a quick dinner after being on the road for a few hours and thought a quick taco or two would hit the spot.... The staff looked unorganized when I walked up to the counter although they were friendly. Ordered 2 chicken burritos and a order of the pinto beans. The burritos were tasty but the beans weren't hot all the way through. A little lukewarm in the middle and the cheese on top not melted. The place was a so dirty... Tables not cleaned, ALL of the trash bins full and even a trash bin pulled out of a station area and just sitting for all the patrons to see. Napkin dispenser was empty as well. NEVER GOING BACK! Taking my business elsewhere. Went there for lunch, drive thru guy rude had no customer service skills. Was not friendly. Said thank you, said hello, he said nothing...Serving size bs one soft burrito was very small ate in 6 bites!? The 2nd soft burrito was normal size of the beef soft burrito. Menu prices go up, portion size goes down! $11.39 for 2 soft burrito's is way over priced for fast food... I'm taking my business elsewhere not eating at Taco Time East Wenatchee. read more

Get my food, it was fresh, (imagine that, no one was working) Sitting there eating my food I hear the cashier telling his life story to customers about how tired he is. "I'm sorry I forgot what you wanted to drink because I barely slept last night" Completely unprofessional staff and awkward atmosphere. Mr. Manager looks terrible in appearance, dress and body language. Completely uncaring of his cashier like he's not 6 feet away. I cannot figure out what problem people have with this restaurant. The restaurant's exterior appearance is nothing to shout about but, hello, it's fast food. It does take awhile to get your food, but that's because it hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp since before you decided where you wanted to go to eat. While not as cheap as Taco Hell, it's worth the money for the quality. I've always been treated very well by the friendly staff and have enjoyed my food. For fast, healthy(ish) food, it's my family's first choice. read more

I was hard pressed to even give them a 3. #1 - menu choices are hard to read and even harder to understand. #2 - messed up our order of a party of 4 not once, not twice but 3 times. And these with just standard orders no modifications. #3 - best part of Mexican food is the chips - which were stale. Was there this past Monday at approximately 2 pm. I heard it has new owners and there are quite a few changes. My complaint is the entire restaurant was filthy! We couldn't use the restroom as it was filthy! The staff was standing around appeared to be arguing about you should bus the dining room so no one did. Overflowing trash cans and trash on the floor! Food at the East Wenatchee and Wenatchee Taco Wenatchee Taco times is better than most other Taco times... however the Wenatchee store has YET to get an order right and we have been four times since they opened. You have to double-check your order every time, even when they remembered to put the sauce in the bag it was the wrong one! read more

I have tried to go through corporate but this location Is not available, that's odd! I love Taco Time, but this one is awful, the service is awful! It takes forever to get your food, on top of that, the food is not good! The chips & taco shells are stale, the food is not like the other taco time's. I just went over the weekend to the location in Monroe, wa & it was fantastic! The food was tasty, the service was good, & they had my food to me quickly. I hope something is done to the East Wenatchee location! It's sad that I have one so close & won't go to it. read more

The last 2 times I have been in there, they have ripped us off 3 items. Make sure you check your order before you leave. The service is one of the worst in town. They do not honor Taco Time coupons or have the same menu as the other franchises. read more

Wow, just wow. Waited 15 minutes for my food and to get my food finally that was missing half the items I ordered. This is just too crazy, also they were out of chicken:( Also out of the 2 kids meals only one had a toy and they were all out of apple juice. First things first: it's rather comical to review a fast food restaurant to begin with, because you basically know what to expect going in. But anyone who knows me, knows how much I love Taco Time. Now that I'm an Arizona resident, I no longer get to enjoy the crisp pinto burritos and mexi fries I've come to love. So on the rare occasion I'm back in the Wenatchee Valley, I make sure to get my Taco Time fix, preferably without mistakes. When I load my family into the car and make the trek across the bridge, then proceed to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru, after repeating my order twice (and like the previous reviewer, our orders were standard, no mods) I expect to--at the very least--receive the right amount of food made with the desired ingredients. Sadly, I had to deduct a star for each mess up: a crisp chicken burrito in lieu of pinto and a mexi platter missing the chips and taco. To be fair, shame on us for not checking our bag thoroughly before leaving, but this is the kind of thing I expect from Taco Bell, not its much pricier, more delicious competitor. read more
