Excellent tacos. My favorite is the Conquistador which is full of shredded pork and a slice of avocado. I usually get that and try another variety to see if I can find another favorite. My only regret is I wish that they stayed open later, I would like to eat here for dinner too read more

My favorite taco place in Dallas! (Technically Plano). Always super fast, fresh, and plenty of flavor. The guacamole has plenty of spice and so do the salsas. If I could afford it I'd come once a week! Definitely recommend the Delibelly and El Picosito as those are what I get most if not every time! read more

I usually frequent the one on Parkwood, but I ended up being in the area with my hubby and our dogs so we came here one morning for breakfast tacos. There are a few tables outside, in which we were able to dine with our dogs, as they lovingly stare at us while we eat tacos. I love the breakfast tacos here, in which I get eggs, mashed potatoes, and queso fresco. My hubby asked for the same tacos but also got another taco with meat in it (I forget what). The breakfast tacos were definitely different from what I'm used to at the Parkwood location, there's definitely a lot more filling inside, but the tortillas are not as good as the other location. We ended up being full after just two tacos each. Nevertheless, the tacos were still good. I can't complain about more filling. Also, I am a super big fan of the medium red sauce... it is just so good and it's my favorite salsa in the area so far! The restaurant is located in a small strip mall and there's plenty of seating both inside and outside. The staff is pretty cool as well. Enjoy! read more

Again my review based on food and sanitation. Very nice clean place. The tacos, a different story. I ordered the pork adobo taco, nice ancho chile sauce very well executed. The pastor missed all the marks. The pastor taco meat was chopped and not sliced, was not served with pineapple and the flavor or marinade lack spices, very bland. I ordered both on corn tortillas and they served one in flour tortilla, which is ok, if the tortilla was cooked or reheated. It was raw not even placed on the grill, but I guess people in America do not mind eating raw flour tortillas. To drink I had the horchata was good. read more

Found this place on Yelp and grabbed a few co-workers to come join me in trying it out. We all had a variety of tacos between chicken, beef and pork. All were tasty, fresh and the meat was very tender. However, the only negative is the super runny queso. It tasted great but not exactly a dip and is more of a soup. read more

We were in the area and hungry, so we stopped by Tacodeli for a quick bite. The store was really nice and the staff was really friendly so we had high hopes for the food. We got the queso and chips with a side of verde salsa. I got the Pollo Fantastico taco and my husband got the Mexico City Chicken taco. Queso: Luke warm and bland. Salsa: For a salsa that wasn't supposed to be spicy, it was pretty spicy. Maybe just an off day. Mexico City Chicken: Awful. The grilled chicken was over cooked and didn't have much flavor. It didn't look like grilled chicken either. Pollo Fantastico: The shredded chicken actually had good flavor, but it had so much juice in it that the corn tortilla ripped apart instantly. First timer. Ordered the Friday specials which was a tuna taco and a ceviche taco. I ordered online thinking there would be a big crowd, but there wasn't so I decided to eat there. When I opened the tuna taco it was a mess. The entire tortilla was covered with sauce. Like, the entire outside even. I don't even know how they managed to do that. Needless to say it was messy, and took away from the enjoyment. The corn tortilla seemed thin, and the taco wasn't extremely flavorful. The ceviche taco was markedly more flavorful. Still suffered from the too much sauce factor, but at least this one wasn't covering the outside of the tortilla. The tortilla was extremely flimsy however and the taco quickly fell apart. After finishing, a woman who seemed to be a manager came and asked me how it was. I replied, "Pretty good." She said that my response didn't sound enthusiastic. So I gave her the information I wrote above and she seemed disdainful, not really showing any sympathy for my experience. I mean, if you're asking for my feedback, then don't be offended by negative feedback. A more upscale restaurant would've offered a small gift card or something to get my return business, especially given that it's only been open a couple of months. Anyway, it was meh. Torchy's does something similar and is better IMO. There's actually a great street taco place in Richardson called Twister. Tuesdays they have 99 cent pastor tacos which are amazing. read more

If I'm being completely honest, this place is fantastic. Hats off to the employees here. They are very kind and always willing to help a customer with anything. The food is a burst of flavor, and when it says something is spicy, it is very spicy! The facility is kept in a very good condition. Tasty tacos and I appreciate the well-sourced proteins. If you're in the area and have to decide between this location and the one on Parkwood, then go to the one on Parkwood. Food: Compared to the other locations in the area, it tastes like they dialed down on the seasoning. Parkwood location definitely has better cooks and service. Literally tasted like they only used 60% of the usual amount of rub/seasoning. And the salsa was more like salsa-water. Service: I ordered my food online to save time since I assumed that around 1pm there'd be a lunch rush. Order was estimated to complete at 1:50 and I arrived at 1:25. The restaurant was mostly empty, with only 2-3 tables occupied. I pay for my order and they said they'd get to making it right then since mine was literally the only order that was up... I wait for almost 30 mins (thinking maybe they're just going by the original time). By 1:58, noticing the lack of sound of things being cooked, I go to ask about my order. Turns out it was made already and no one called me as I sat 10 feet away from the register. It had been sitting in the warmer for the last 20 min or so. Sooooo, if you are ordering ahead then opt for the flour tortillas so that they'd hold up better... because I had to eat my tacos (on corn tortilla) with a fork since they were mushy and falling apart. read more

This rating is partially my fault. I'm trying to be more health conscious so I ordered a salad instead of tacos. First mistake, I guess. First visit and I'm overwhelmed by the selection of innovative handhelds. I study the menu a while and suddenly the little phisically fit angel on my shoulder is shaking a package of kale at me and the portly devil on the other side is smacking down a hunk of barbacoa. I'm fed up. Ensalada Espinaca. Let's do it. Add shrimp. Gotta be great, right? Total is just under $12 and this is for the large entree portion. I'm expecting a hearty salad to tied me to dinner. What I got was 4 commerical bags of baby spinach, half a dozen juvenile shrimp, and ONE slice of avocado and a total teaspoonful of roasted corn. No complaint on the pickled onions (with a profit margin of 8169%). I sliced up the shrimp into 3 pieces each so I could have a bite with every 6th bite of roughage. Now that I'm thinking about it, I believe the description listed bacon, and I don't remember even a hint of smokey, salty lovin' in there. Anyway... So disappointed. I could have gone to unnamed casual dining establishment across the street and had a similar salad for less than the price of tacodeli and still taken some home with me. I may go back on cheat day to try a taco, they looked good. But, again, expensive for portion size. This is the kind of place home cooks should venture to for new inspiration for the household supper rotation. I was excited to try out tacodeli for the 1st time ever today but my experience was lackluster. The staff were really friendly and I appreciate the locally sourced farm to table concept, but the inconsistent service I received today was not worth the nearly $30 I paid for 5 corn tacos (no sides or drink) to go that took nearly 25 minutes to receive. I did get an apology and some free breakfast taco coupons, but the cold tacos with some overseasoned and some underseasoned was extremely frustrating especially as a first timer. Not sure if I will be brave enough to venture back again for a repeat. read more

I've tried so many taco places and this is by far my all time favorite!!!!!!! The meat is so incredibly flavorful and not gamey like some other places can be. They give you many small cups of salsa to put on your tacos at no extra charge (as far as I know) . Let me tell you, it gives an extra punch of flavor that makes you feel like you're in heaven!!! Forget taco Tuesday, Taco Deli every day is more like it! Service is great, plenty of seating and food comes out pretty quickly. The tacos are a little pricy but it's well worth the money!!! My only two wishes is that they would label the individually wrapped tacos. It's a little hard to know which one you're eating especially if it's your first time. My second wish would be if they could add more toppings in the tacos to balance out the price a little more. On the bright side, the menu has plenty of options to choose from, organized by your protein;beef, chicken, seafood and vegetarian . They have some great menu suggestions however we love that we can customize our tacos. This is a distinct departure from the generic taco joints in town that claim to be unique, fresh, etc. The food is incredibly fresh, feels very custom/not mass produced and often organic. Doña salsa is the best condiment I've ever had. Lunch is awesome, but breakfast is even better (served all day on weekends). Favs include Otto, sirloin egg and cheese, akaushi picadillo, al pastor. Salads are great as well. I probably eat here 3-4x per week. Only grievance is not being open for dinner, do get there by 3:00. read more

Breakfast taco lovers rejoice! The wife and I love coming here for breakfast tacos on a weekend morning. Just make sure to arrive before 3:00 pm. as that's when they close daily. Great selection of not so typical taco options. Regardless of choice, the fresh flour tortillas really make a difference! My usual is the Otto which is an elevated bean and cheese, adding bacon strips and avocado slices. The Huevos Ahogados is another excellent choice and comes pre-smothered in their zesty salsa verde and topped with queso fresco. Choose between four salsas to top your taco ranging from a mild salsa roja to a fiery habanero. Although not terrible, skip the queso, order another taco, and avoid any disappointment.
