    Pastor Tacos

My delivery was quick! The food was warm. I got the pastor tacos and they were great. I was expecting some pineapple in the taco but it did not have any. Maybe that is why they had the option to add extra pineapple? I am unsure. The papas supreme was tasty and the verde salsa was by far my favorite, the flavor was so vibrant.

Amazing! Keeping the legend alive that El Paso is the taco capital. 4 wonderful taco with all the fixings and a beer for under $12.

Garnishes for tacos, cucumber, marinated onions, 2 salsas and guacamole.

Was in El Paso for work and looked up taco places and the reviews and pics were good so decided to give it a try. Very clean restaurant in an older part of town. Waitress was polite and quick. I ordered the tripa tacos and my wife got the alambre. We also ordered queso fundido to try as well. Service was fairly quick and our food looked great. All the food was great and i would definitely recommend the tripa tacos there.

Just flew in to El Paso from Hawaii less than an hour ago. We were hungry, so naturally we had to find some authentic local food. Boy.. did we choose right. We ordered asada, tripe, and pork tacos. Unreal delish flavors that hit the post flight spot. The combo of the fresh salsas, cilantro, lime, cucumbers, and the seasoned onions topped these tacos off to perfect. The ambience was so clean, spacious and cute. Parking was easy in the back and the service was fantastic. If we didn't have only a weekend I would def be back. Highly recommend!

From California but was visiting in Texas. Decided to come here because they were open later than other places. First off, the young lady who took our order was so sweet! We ordered 4 asada tacos & an asada quesadilla. My boyfriend is picky about his Mexican food and we both agreed that the asada was perfectly cooked seasoned! You're also given a side of chips and salsa and each salsa is so flavorful. I was very surprised that this place wasn't packed on a Saturday. It was quiet but it was nice.

Tacos are good as well as the salsas , the service is definitely need to be worked on as I was sat down and paid no attention to for the rest of my visit . I don't know if it is worth the $18 . Hope they improve this as

Look at this taco condiment spread! It makes you question your culinary prowess on the weekends.

You are hungry and looking for tacos in El Paso Texas, so you are here reading this review. Look no further, believe me when I tell you that this place you are looking at and about to eat at will be well worth the trip. No sense in eating good food if it's in an uncomfortable location and vice versa right? This place hits all the marks with the presentation, food quality, and above all ambiance. It's the simple things done masterfully that lift the spirits and provide that motivation you needed when you were hungry. With perfectly located televisions and awesome parking, I think you are going to make a wise choice here. My hats off to the staff there since a taco place like this is extremely hard to come by these days. You can thank me later. Enjoy.

    Pastor/Asada Parrillada
    Yamel C.

So happy we decided to eat here!! The service was amazing and they were always making sure we didn't need refills on water, more agua frescas, or sides for our tacos! Let's start with those delicious aguas! Jamaica and lemonade had the perfect sweetness and weren't quickly at our table that we had to order more! We ordered 2 parrilladas for 4 people each since we were a party of 7. Let me tell you THIS WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH! I have gone to many places were the parrillada states it will feed that amount of people and disappointed and hungry is how we leave but not here! It came with potatoes, queso fundido with chorizo or rajas, and they had a weekend special where we got 4 beers per parrillada! What a steal honestly! The pastor was my personal favorite, the crunchy tripitas were my husbands and mother in law's favorite, and lastly asada which had great flavor! Everything was seasoned well, we had sides like salsas, limes, cilantro, cucumber, onions....they would bring more as soon as they saw it running low! Ask about some tasty mixes they make for your beers! Loved it and will definitely be returning!

Had multiple thousand Google reviews and they were all close to five stars. So I knew I had to check it out. It was super close to my hotel, so I popped in the car and found it without trouble. Trouble. Again, there is pretty limited parking so it's kind of hit and miss whether you'll find a spot or not. Fortunately, I did. When you walk up to the place, the building itself is pretty nondescript. They have a nice selection of outside seating, and your window to order is outside. Very nice lady at the counter gave me helpful suggestions and so I ordered three tacos and an amazing lime and cucumber fresca. Went in and sat down inside and was pleasantly surprised by the interior. It definitely had more of an upscale bar vibe to it than a Taco shop. The waiter that brought out my tacos told me that it turns into more of a nightclub after hours. I may have to go check that out. The tacos themselves were absolutely off the chain! The tortillas were blue corn and everything on it tasted so fresh and so wonderful. The carnitas was fantastic, the brisket Taco was to die for and the blackened shrimp Taco was one of the best I've ever had. Had. The flavors were so balanced and on point, it was one of the most satisfying taco experiences I have had!! I will probably hit this place up a couple more times before I leave El Paso. If you are in El Paso, you probably already know about this place. But I'm telling you what you cannot go wrong for tacos and that lime/ cucumber fresca! Bottom line? It's about 10 hours drive from Las Vegas to El Paso. And this Taco shop will give me a great reason to do a road trip anytime. Do yourself a favor and go check this place out!

I bumped it up to four stars for the super friendly service and the excellent aguas frescas. We got there late, about an hour before closing and they were literally trying to get rid of the aguas for free. I guess they have to dump it if they don't use it all. It was close to our hotel so we gave it a try. Portion sizes are good. The taco platter comes with six tacos! I had the flautas Chinampa which came with four beef flautas, beans, rice, and salad. I forgot, the taco platter even came with a baked potato. Prices were excellent. We had gone to McDonald's in the morning and spent more. They also cave us frijoles charros for free. Not sure if this was standard or if they were also trying to get rid of it. I would return for the service and the convenience, but if you're looking for life changing Mexican cuisine, it's not here.
